We join you in bringing this relationship and household before the Lord, asking for His healing, restoration and true unity according to His will in Jesus name. We hear your desire for positive restoration and we stand with you to seek what honors God and brings lasting peace between you both.

We believe God is the author of reconciliation and unity, but His design for unity is found in holiness, forgiveness and love that reflects Christ. If you are married, we pray God will strengthen that covenant, for what therefore God has joined together, let no man separate Mark 10:9. If you are not yet married, we pray you will pursue this relationship as courtship with the goal of godly marriage between a man and a woman who both know Christ, rather than simply as a partnership or dating relationship without commitment. Marriage is to be held in honor and the marriage bed undefiled Hebrews 13:4, so if you are sharing a household and physical intimacy outside of marriage, we lovingly urge you to repent of fornication and to seek purity, for God calls His children to flee sexual immorality 1 Corinthians 6:18. We also encourage you both to be equally yoked as believers, for a relationship that honors God is built on shared faith in Christ 2 Corinthians 6:14. Forgiveness and kindness must be at the center, as we are told be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you Ephesians 4:32 and love covers a multitude of sins 1 Peter 4:8.

We agree with you in standing against the schemes of the enemy, yet we want to remind you that our authority to rebuke the devil is only in the name and power of Jesus Christ, not in our own strength. We are called to be sober and self-controlled, for your adversary the devil walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour 1 Peter 5:8 and to submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you James 4:7. True protection over your lives and household comes as you both submit to God, confess sin, forgive one another and invite Christ to be Lord over your home.

We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and that our prayers are heard. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. To be restored to God and to walk in His power over the enemy, we must first be reconciled to Him through faith in Jesus, believing that He died for our sins and rose again, and confessing Him as Lord Romans 10:9. If you have not yet done so, we encourage you to put your trust fully in Jesus Christ today and to call upon His name for salvation and for every need in your lives and household.

We pray together now, Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and lift up these two lives and this household to You. Lord, if it is Your will, bring deep restoration, healing of past hurts, and godly unification where there has been division. Teach them to forgive as You have forgiven, to speak truth in love, and to bear with one another in humility and patience. Where there is sin, bring conviction and repentance, and where there is purity and commitment, strengthen it. We ask You to set a guard over this home, drive back every evil influence, and let Your peace dwell there. Draw both hearts closer to You first, so they may be drawn closer to each other in a way that honors You. Lead them, if they are not married, to seek Your wisdom about godly marriage, and if they are married, to honor and keep that covenant with faithfulness. Let Your will be done above all our desires, and let Your love be the foundation of this relationship. We ask all this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord together in prayer and in His Word, to pursue counsel from mature believers, and to trust that God desires your holiness and joy even more than you do. As you submit to Him and resist the enemy in Jesus name, He will give you wisdom for each step toward restoration.

We are joining you in prayer for you and for peace in your household. Wanting restoration and unity is a good and painful place to be, especially when it feels like something outside yourselves is pressing in on your home.

We have seen that real reconciliation is not just going back to how things were, but a steady, active commitment by both people to rebuild love and trust. That kind of rebuilding often means looking honestly at three places: your own walk with God, your connection with each other, and your understanding of yourselves. When those areas are tended to first, the work of coming back together has a firmer foundation and is less likely to repeat old hurts.

A simple next step that helps many couples is to set aside a short, calm time this week to share with each other, without blame, what restoration would look like for each of you and what one small change you can each commit to. If possible, invite a trusted pastor or mature Christian counselor to walk with you both as you do that.

Father, we lift this relationship and household to You in Jesus name. Cover them with Your protection, quiet what is stirring against them, and give them wisdom, humility and patience as they seek You. Lead them toward healing and unity according to Your will and help them sense Your presence in their home. Amen.

Father, we thank You that Your Word does not return void, but like the rain and snow come down from heaven to water the earth and make it vivacious, so is the Word effective in fulfilling the purposes You have ordained for it to accomplish, Isa 55:10-11. Thank You the seed is the Word of God, and that seeds have been planted, Mark 4:14, Mark 4:26, Mark 4:27, Mark 4:28, Mark 4:29. From You and through You and back to You be all glory, Rom 11:36. Please continue working on these hearts by bringing fresh truth, restraining evil and carrying any work You've begun on to completion until the day of Christ, Phil 1:6. CONTINUE to bring others into her path to water seeds, speak truth and show the kindness of God, Rom 2:4, and across the paths of all who have heard the word from all time, especially the last several months, especially for parents, couples, families, siblings, extended families, friends and neighbors. Since the steps of the righteous are ordered by You, Ps 37:23, as evidenced by the evangelist and the foreign official reading Isaiah 53 in Acts 8:26-31, the believer in Acts 9:10-11 who was told to go find Saul the future Apostle Paul to the Gentiles, and the Apostles directed to go help a certain man, Acts 16:6-10. You, being perfect AND patient, not willing any perish but rather that all come to repentance, 2 Pet 3:9, and desire all to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth, even using prayer to that ends, 1 Tim 2:1-4.

Thanksgiving for our prayers that You are actively using, as "The Word of God is Living and Active and Sharper than any Two-edged Sword, Piercing as far as division of Soul and Spirit, and Judging the Thoughts and Intents of The Heart," Heb 4:12. "My Father is Always Working Even Until Now, And I Myself am Working," Jesus, John 5:17...

Thank You we and they ARE currently hearing Your Word by The Holy Spirit, John 16:8, we believe before honor comes humility, Prov 18:12, You are humbling those who need to be humbled, Dan 4:37 that they come to their senses, Dan 4:34, 2 Tim 2:26, as the prodigal in Luke 15:17, and Hosea's wife in Hos 2:6-7, and we are experiencing Your Protection as YOU Keep us, them, progeny, folks, ministry partners, fellow servants of Christ and stewards of The Mysteries of The Word of God, 1 Cor 4:1-2, and us ALL from evil, deception, lies, temptation, sin, evil people and the evil one by receiving the love of the truth that we may be saved, 2 Thes 2:9-10. Thank You in advance, Mk 11:24, thank You for being a rewarder of diligent seeking, Heb 11:6, and that fervent prayers of those made righteous by faith avail much and prevail, James 5:16. Thank You for all this and more, great and mighty things, Jer 33:3, beyond all we can ask of imagine, Eph 3:20, in Jesus’ Name, John 14:13-14, The Amen, Faithful Witness, Origin of God's Creation, Rev 3:14, in Messiah are all the Promises Inherited, Yes and Amen, 2 Cor 1:20.

Your request for restoration and for the protection of your household has been heard, and we join you in bringing these burdens before the Lord who alone is able to deliver.

We pray first that you would know the greater deliverance which the Scriptures proclaim. We have been delivered from worse enemies than any earthly trouble, and saved by a greater salvation through the Lord Jesus Christ. Deliverance from sin is solely by the power of God, not of him that wills nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy. He has found a ransom, and that ransom is Christ himself, who was slain that we might be brought forth. It is through His blood that we are reconciled to God, for God was in Christ reconciling the world unto Himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them. Any true restoration between persons must begin with reconciliation to God through faith in Jesus Christ alone, for He is the way of salvation and there is no other.

We also pray for your household, that it may become a household hearing the Word. It is a glorious thing to have a well in the family where in prayer with all who dwell there you can bring the necessities of the household before God and mention each one by name. We encourage you to give the whole household opportunity to hear the Word, for that is God's appointed way of saving souls, and to seek a whole household believing, and rejoicing in Christ. Like Noah's household, a home may have blessing upon it and yet know deep trial, and unbelief is a prolific sin that brings sorrow. Bring your home daily before the Lord in humble prayer and in hearing the Scriptures together.

Concerning the relationship for which you ask prayer, we ask the Lord to work what is holy and good according to His Word. Marriage is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and the privileges of living together and of the marriage bed belong within that covenant alone. True unity is the unity of the Spirit in the truth of God, not a unity in error, for unity in error is unity in ruin. We do not ask God to bless any relationship as it is, but we ask Him to make it what it ought to be in His sight. If you are married, we pray God would grant repentance, forgiveness, and a deep restoration that reflects Christ's love for His church, and that He would give you peace within your borders and deliverance from discord. If you are not married, we pray He would lead you to pursue holiness, to live purely and separately until and unless you enter that holy covenant before Him, and to seek wise and godly counsel from your pastor as you do so.

You speak of rebuking the devil sent against your lives. Remember that our deliverance from the arch enemy comes not by our own word alone, but by the power of Christ's ransom and the look of Christ which brings repentance. As Peter was restored not by his own resolve but by the crowing of the cock and a look from the Lord which severed him from the crowd and broke his heart, so we pray the Lord would give you godly sorrow for sin where needed, and abundant assurance of His mercy, and make you better Christians afterwards. The clock of mercy strikes in heaven according to His eternal purpose, and He is able to make deliverance effectual.

So we pray: Father, be merciful to these two and to their household. Show them their need of Christ and draw them to Him. Forgive sin through the blood of the Lamb, cleanse what is impure, heal what is broken according to Thy will, and grant that whatever restoration Thou givest may be in truth and holiness. Let Thy Word dwell in their home, let them hear and believe, and let them know the joy of being at peace with Thee through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
