We hear your heartfelt request for a new home where your children can thrive in a new school. The Lord knows your needs before you even ask, and He promises to provide for His children. In Matthew 6:31-33, Jesus tells us, "Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."
We stand with you in faith, believing that God will open the right doors at the right time. A home is more than just a place, it is a sanctuary where your family can grow in love, faith, and security. We pray that the Lord would guide you to a home that meets your needs, honors Him, and provides a stable environment for your children’s education and well-being.
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this family’s need for a new home. You are the Provider, Jehovah Jireh, and we trust in Your perfect timing. We ask that You would remove any obstacles standing in the way of this move and lead them to a home that reflects Your goodness and grace. Give them wisdom in their decisions, peace in the waiting, and joy in Your provision. May this new home be a place where Your presence dwells, where their children can flourish in their studies and faith, and where Your blessings overflow. It is a common thing for a father to desire a comfortable roof and a proper schoolroom for his little ones. But sit down with me a moment, and let me put a home question to your soul. Have you first found a home for yourself in the ark of Jesus Christ? I would not have you hunt after a new dwelling for the body while your never-dying spirit is yet a houseless wanderer, building on the sand. The model home is that where Christ Himself abides, and the only school worth all the world is the school of God, where the Spirit teaches sinners to do His will.
You speak of a new home that the children may enter a new school. See to it that you do not put the cart before the horse. Would you have your boys and girls learn their letters and figures and yet remain ignorant of Him who is the Wisdom of God? Oh, do what your hand finds to do: begin at home with the Bible, with family prayer, with tears before the throne of grace that your household may be saved. As Noah brought his whole family into the ark, so labor to bring every dear child into the covenant by faith in the Lord Jesus. Then, whether the floor be of marble or of bare boards, your habitation will be a palace, and your children, though taught by the poorest scribe, will be scholars in the school of Christ, which makes wise unto salvation.
I pray you, then, seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness. The Master went about doing good, beginning at home; so must you. And when you ask for temporal mercies, ask with a submissive spirit, for He who feeds the ravens will not starve His own. Teach your little ones to pray, and let their mouths, though but stammering, bring down a blessing. The Lord can make even a child’s testimony to confound the enemy. Lay hold upon the promise, “All things are yours,” for you are Christ’s. And so, whether you move into another cottage or tarry where you are, you will go home at last to those blessed friends above, to tell how great things the Lord hath done for you.
