Prayer for my daughter and a new home

Thank you for prying for my daughter's class. She still hasn't been changed. I've just got a trust to score knows what they're doing. But also, I'm very concerned for my daughter and she's being into something that I don't agree with. But her dad said just a programme and I see there is a lot darker, and since watching the programme, her behaviour has been very questionable. And alarming, she gets very upset and says, there's a notey tea. ### in her head telling her to do naughty things, and then she has a massive breakdown. If I take something away from her and she physically said it hurts, and the other day, she just cried her either and sobbed, and I just put my arms around her, even though some of the things that she was saying were very Alarming. But as a mom, I just wanted to comfort her, I have spoke to the school, and I spoke to the doctor I'm speaking to the doctor because her anxiety is so bad, and it's at least it stems, since she's actually transitioned to year 2 and in that class, her behaviour at home has been very unsettling, and I'm quite worried about her. As I said, this had also started since been starting to do taste today's in her new class. She's admit to me that one of the boys who has basically targeted her from reception, she's scared of and this make i'm very sad. I sit to have anything happens and I have spoke to school and said, if there's any more incidents, I'll be taken it further. Oh, so we have had our mortgage in principles out so we can get a new home, but I just would like to pray that God leads us to the right home as we want to get out of here because Each just without growing it, but not just that, it's not positive behaviour around.You get teenagers coming in, because people keep door open i'm teenagers, stairwell, and smoke drugs allow, and to be there it's a bit intimidating, and I don't want my daughter growing up around that in her own high. She cannot go out in the garden because his constant dog muck out there and people just fly tip out there. At the moment, people's put old chairs out there and the kids just want to sit there and be loud right outside the window. We're ready to go. We've got our mortgage and principle. It's just finding the right Home for our family.

We hear your deep concern and love for your daughter, and we lift her up to the Lord with heavy hearts. The alarming changes in her behavior, the distressing thoughts she’s expressing, and the fear she feels toward this boy at school are not things to be taken lightly. We rebuke any darkness that has taken root in her mind or heart in the name of Jesus Christ. The Bible tells us, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places" (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). This is a spiritual battle, and we stand firm against any influence that seeks to harm her.

We also want to address the concerning content she has been exposed to, whether through a program or other influences, that has clearly affected her behavior. The Bible warns us, "Do not be deceived: 'Evil companionships corrupt good morals'" (1 Corinthians 15:33 WEB). As her mother, you are right to be vigilant about what she consumes, both in media and in her relationships. We encourage you to continue monitoring her environment and setting godly boundaries, even when it is difficult. The Lord has given you authority as her parent, and He calls you to train her in the way she should go (Proverbs 22:6 WEB).

Your daughter’s mention of a "naughty tea" in her head telling her to do wrong things is deeply troubling. This could very well be the voice of the enemy, who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10 WEB). We rebuke those lies and command them to leave her in Jesus’ name. We pray that the Lord would surround her with His peace and protection, and that she would learn to recognize His voice above all others. "My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me" (John 10:27 WEB). We declare that she will know the voice of her Good Shepherd and follow Him alone.

We also lift up the situation with the boy at school. Bullying and targeting are not to be tolerated, and we stand with you in addressing this with the school. The Lord is a defender of the weak, and He calls us to do the same. "The LORD is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble" (Psalm 9:9 WEB). We pray that the school would take this seriously and that your daughter would be kept safe from harm.

As for your housing situation, we understand the urgency and the desire to move to a place that is safe and nurturing for your family. The Lord knows your needs before you even ask Him (Matthew 6:8 WEB), and He promises to provide for His children. "Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). We pray that He would lead you to the right home, a place of peace, safety, and blessing for your family. We declare that the doors that need to open will open, and the ones that need to close will close, all in His perfect timing.

We also want to gently remind you of the importance of grounding your prayers and your family in the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can approach the Father or find salvation. "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB). If your daughter has not yet placed her faith in Jesus, we encourage you to share the gospel with her in love and truth. She needs the hope and security that only Christ can provide, especially in the midst of these spiritual battles.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts for this precious daughter and her family. Lord, we ask that You would surround her with Your protection and peace. Drive out any darkness that has taken hold of her mind or heart, and fill her with Your light and truth. We rebuke the lies of the enemy and command them to leave her in the name of Jesus. Lord, give her the strength to resist temptation and the wisdom to recognize Your voice above all others.

Father, we pray for her school environment. We ask that You would intervene in the situation with this boy who has targeted her. Give the school wisdom to address this issue and keep her safe from harm. Lord, we also ask that You would guard her heart and mind from any ungodly influences, whether through media, friendships, or other sources. Help her parents to set godly boundaries and to guide her in the way she should go.

Lord, we lift up their housing situation to You. You know their needs, and You have promised to provide for Your children. We ask that You would lead them to the right home, a place of safety, peace, and blessing. Open the doors that need to be opened and close the ones that need to be closed. Give them wisdom and discernment as they make this decision, and let Your will be done in their lives.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would draw this family closer to You. Let them know the hope and security that can only be found in a relationship with Jesus Christ. Give them the courage to share the gospel with their daughter and to live out their faith in a way that points her to You. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and to surround your daughter with godly influences. The battle she is facing is real, but the victory is already won through Christ. Stand firm in faith, and trust that the Lord is working even in the midst of these challenges. "Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid or scared of them; for the LORD your God himself is who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you" (Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB). You are not alone in this.

In the middle of all this, the search for a new home makes so much sense. It’s not just about wanting more space; it’s a holy desire to give your daughter a place of peace and safety, a place where her own backyard isn’t a source of stress.

Let’s pray together. Lord, in Jesus’ name, we lift up this worried mom and her daughter. You see the fear, the confusion, and the tender love between them. We ask You to guide the doctors and counselors, giving them sharp insight and genuine compassion. Please hem this little girl in with your protection, and calm the storm of fear and confusion she’s experiencing. And Father, as they look for a new home, we pray you would pave the way to just the right place, somewhere safe, quiet, and life-giving, where healing can take root and their family can flourish. The very anxiety which arises through your being in this difficulty unfits you to meet it, yet you have done well to speak to the school and to the doctor, and I trust you will not cease to bring this child before the Lord, for spiritual life is only from God. That voice in her head telling her to do naughty things is not from Him, and it must be met not with mere reasoning but with prayer, that the Holy Spirit may create in her a new heart and bestow spiritual ears upon her. You went home and you heard of Him there, but now there is an enemy sowing darkness, and your daughter’s broken sobs are the sound of a lamb caught in thorns. So carry her to Jesus whenever these storms arise, take a few minutes in a quiet room and pray for a blessing upon what she has heard of good, and pray against what she has heard of evil. The Word of God was our first school book, and there are children in Heaven who were saved by hearing it when they were but boys and girls. Let her not be left to an inattentive hearing, nor to a forgetful hearing, but plead that she may have that personal hearing of faith, by which the Spirit comes and brings deliverance.

As for the home, God has not made this world to be a nest for us, and if we try to make it such for ourselves, He plants thorns in it so that we may be compelled to mount toward our true rest. Those stairwells filled with smoke and loud idleness, the garden fouled, the intimidation at your own door, these are the thorns that make you cry out for a better country. Yet take comfort: the mortgage in principle is a small providence, and He who cares for the sparrow will guide your steps to the right house. Our Home Mission needs men who can pray, and your prayers as a mother seeking a safer place for her child are precisely that. Do not let grim anxiety about finding it tempt you to doubt, for He has given you hunger for a change and He will satisfy the desire of those who fear Him. Seek intensely until you find, and meantime, look to the home where our Father dwells, where anxiety and fear are forever removed. May your present trials only deepen that brave assurance: “I shall in safety reach my home, My God, my Heaven, my All.”

Your cry has reached the ears of God, even as the Canaanite mother’s did when she pleaded for her afflicted daughter. You see shadows and hear of a voice within your child, and your heart is torn. Yet do not despair. The enemy attacks the young because they are tender, but a mother’s faith is a strong shield. Persist in prayer without waivering; do not cease to cry, “Lord, help me,” and He who put that mother’s faith on display will not turn away from yours.

But see to it that you are not a hearer only, but a doer. You have spoken to doctors and teachers, but have you filled your home with the reading of the Scriptures? The soul of your child needs more than earthly remedies. Bring her to the house of God, let her ears hear the holy words, and let your own hands be washed with reverence every time you open the Bible with her. Even if at first she resists, even if you see no change, the fragrance of the ointment will cling to her against her will. A child who is taught to groan over her own sins will one day do what is right. Let your home be a small church, ruled with gravity, where the name of God is called upon and all uncleanness is driven far away.

You rightly seek to leave that den of disorder, where the smoke of drugs rises and foul speech echoes at your window. Flee from Egypt and its brickmaking, not merely to escape annoyance, but because a family that fears God cannot dwell in the midst of so much lawlessness without injury. When you obtain a new dwelling, do not be over-scrupulous about every detail, asking endless questions like one who fears; but trust that God, who sees your necessity, will lead you to the place He has prepared. A house is not made safe by a strong door but by the fear of the Lord that dwells within it. Teach your daughter that the true home is Christ, and wherever you lodge, if He is the head, you will have peace.

Do not let anxiety consume you. The worry you feel is a wound from the scourge of the evil one, seeking to make you forget that in all these things you are more than conquerors through Christ. Pour out your soul before God, and as you comfort your trembling child with your arms, comfort her also by speaking of the great Physician who casts out every torment. The boy you mention is not her real enemy; the unseen foe is behind such terrors. Arm her with the sign of the cross, fill her mind with the songs of the righteous, and do not permit her to feast on those wicked programs that plant thorns in a tender heart. What you call a program is often the very gate through which the deceiver enters.

Stand firm, then, for the Lord is near. Continue to seek the welfare of your household, not only in the body but in the soul. And when you find that new home, remember that your first work is to establish there an altar of prayer, so that grace may dwell within your walls. He who granted the woman’s request because of her great faith will grant your own according to His mercy.
