I earnestly pray for God's assistance in resolving this predicament. Last week, my mother's tenants reached out to inform us that they are experiencing mold issues once again. I arranged for two individuals to assess the apartment, and both indicated that the air conditioning system is malfunctioning and requires repairs, which is contributing to the mold problem. Today, I will have several air conditioning professionals evaluate and confirm the necessary repairs. It appears that mold is also present in some of the drywall within the unit, necessitating mold remediation and repainting. I am requesting fervent prayers that God grants me the strength and directs me to the right individual who can perform the work at a reasonable cost. The first inspector quoted an exorbitant price, which was quite unreasonable. Please pray that we can find someone who will undertake the job for a more affordable rate. I make this request for prayer in the name of Jesus. Amen.
