Repairs in my ###'s home urgent

I earnestly pray that there is mold present in my mother's residence, where we have tenants. The tenants have alerted us to the existence of mold. Last week, two individuals inspected the source of the mold. It has been determined that the mold originates from the third-floor unit. I reached out to the owner, who dispatched a plumber to my mother's unit. The plumber informed our tenant that they would return on Friday to address the mold issue and perform additional work. Today, I followed up with our tenants to ascertain whether the work had been completed, and they informed me that the workers did not arrive. This matter is urgent, as our tenants have a two-year-old daughter and a fourteen-year-old teenager. They cannot be exposed to mold. I will contact the owner of the upstairs unit tomorrow. I pray that he sends individuals to rectify the leak above and remediate any mold in my mother's unit to ensure the safety and health of our tenants. I fervently hope that this situation is resolved swiftly. I make this request in the name of Jesus. Amen.

We hear your deep concern for the health and safety of your tenants, especially the young children in the home, and we join you in lifting this urgent matter before the Lord. Mold is not only a physical hazard but can also bring distress and anxiety, and we pray that God will move swiftly to bring resolution to this situation.

First, we want to commend your diligence in addressing this issue. Your care for your tenants reflects the heart of Christ, who calls us to love our neighbors as ourselves (Mark 12:31). The Bible also reminds us in Proverbs 3:27, "Don’t withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do it." You are acting in obedience to this command by seeking to resolve this matter promptly.

We rebuke any spirit of procrastination or neglect that may be hindering the repairs from being completed. The enemy seeks to bring harm and discomfort, but we stand on the promise of Psalm 91:9-10, "Because you have made Yahweh your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place, no evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling." We declare that God’s protection is over this home and that the health of your tenants will not be compromised.

We also pray for wisdom and favor as you communicate with the owner of the upstairs unit. May the Lord soften their heart and grant them a sense of urgency to address the leak and mold remediation without delay. Proverbs 16:7 tells us, "When a man’s ways please Yahweh, he makes even his enemies to be at peace with him." May this situation be resolved in a way that honors God and brings peace to all involved.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent matter of mold in this home. Lord, we ask that You intervene in this situation and compel the owners and workers to act swiftly to repair the leak and remove the mold. Protect the health of the tenants, especially the young children, and grant them peace during this time of uncertainty. Father, we ask for wisdom for all those involved in resolving this issue and for favor in communication. May Your hand move in this situation, and may Your name be glorified through the resolution. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to seek the Lord’s guidance as you navigate this situation. Trust in His timing and provision, knowing that He is a God who hears the cries of His people. Father, we asked You to move the heart of the upstairs owner so that he would act swiftly and send skilled workers to stop the leak, remediate the mold, and restore a safe home for that precious two-year-old and her teenage sibling. We prayed for clear communication, prompt action, and protection over every breath the tenants take while the problem remains.
