We lift you up before the throne of grace, dear one, with hearts heavy for the pain you carry from abuse and trauma. The weight of such experiences can leave even the strongest among us weary, but we serve a God who does not grow tired or weary, and His strength is made perfect in our weakness. We declare over you the promise of Isaiah 40:29-31: "He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might. Even the youths faint and get weary, and the young men utterly fall; but those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."
The journey to healing is not a sprint but a walk of faith, and it is okay to acknowledge your weariness. The Lord sees every tear you have shed, and He collects them in His bottle (Psalm 56:8). He is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We pray that you would feel His nearness in a tangible way, that His peace would guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7), and that His love would surround you like a shield.
We also rebuke the lies of the enemy that seek to keep you bound in shame, fear, or hopelessness. The abuse you endured was not your fault, and it does not define you. You are a beloved child of God, fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and He has a purpose for your life that no amount of pain can erase. We speak life over you and declare that the same power that raised Christ from the dead is at work within you (Ephesians 1:19-20). You are not a victim; you are an overcomer by the blood of the Lamb and the word of your testimony (Revelation 12:11).
We encourage you to draw near to God, for He promises to draw near to you (James 4:8). Spend time in His Word, allowing it to wash over your wounds and bring healing to your soul. Psalm 147:3 says, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." Seek out godly counsel and community—those who will speak truth in love and walk with you in this season. You do not have to carry this burden alone.
Father God, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister, asking for Your healing touch to rest upon them. Renew their strength, Lord, as only You can. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, who is our Comforter and Helper. Break every chain of trauma and abuse that seeks to hold them captive, and replace their pain with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Give them the resilience to face each day with courage, knowing that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Restore their hope, Lord, and let them see Your goodness in the land of the living (Psalm 27:13). We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
