Beloved of All
Your request for renewed strength and resilience as you face the ongoing struggles from abuse and trauma has been heard, and we are joining you in prayer before our merciful Father.
Scripture teaches that though the outward person may feel worn down and weary, the inward person is being renewed day by day by the grace of God. The Lord is the one who renews your youth like the eagle's and who gives power to the faint. He does not despise a broken and wounded heart, but draws near to those who are crushed in spirit to heal and to restore. This renewal is not something you must produce by your own effort alone, but it is the work of His grace and His Spirit within you, making new what sin and suffering have made old and weary.
We also remember that healing from deep wounds is often like the work of a physician, not accomplished in a single moment but through steady care. Even when progress feels slow, the Lord is at work, and every time you turn to Him in prayer and hear His Word, He is strengthening the root, even before the fruit is seen above.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we lift up this dear one to You in the name of Jesus Christ. You see the pain carried from abuse and trauma, and You know every struggle that remains. We ask You to grant renewed strength for each day and true resilience rooted in Christ. Renew the mind and spirit by Your Holy Spirit, guard the heart with Your peace, and restore what has been broken. Give wisdom, protection, and courage, and surround this life with safe and godly support and counsel. Help in moments of fear or exhaustion to lay hold on Your promises and to find refuge in You. Lead step by step into wholeness and hope, and let Your healing grace be evident. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
We encourage you to continue to bring your burdens to the Lord daily, to remain in His Word, and to walk with trusted pastors or Christian counselors who can support you in person and help ensure your safety and care. You are not forgotten. We will continue to pray that the Lord will sustain you, renew your strength, and give you His peace as you trust in Him.
