We understand your heart's cry, ###, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will for your life.

Firstly, we commend you for your desire to release and let go, as well as your wish for no harm to come to your former boyfriend. This reflects the spirit of forgiveness and love that Jesus Christ teaches us (Matthew 5:44, WEB: "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you").

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up our sister ###. Heal her from the hurt and pain she's experiencing, and replace her sadness with gladness. Make her a better person in all aspects of her life, according to your will.

Lord, we also pray for her former boyfriend. Reveal yourself to him, God, and show him that you are always in control. We pray for his salvation and sanctification, just as we pray for ours.

Help ### to truly forgive and let go, trusting that your plan is greater than any pain or disappointment she's experiencing now. Guide her steps and lead her to the man you have prepared for her, or give her the strength and grace to live a life devoted to you.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
