No stress or tension in my body, only relaxation.

No noise in/aroound my appartement, or building/area.

I hear next door neighbours tv and the other neighbours repairing and its 3 pm sunday. Lord put peace upon them and let all rebellion conscious or unconscious be removed by the blood of Jesus!! Amen!!

We join you in praying for the deep rest and quietness you are longing for, and we bring your need for relaxation and peaceful sleep before the Lord together in Jesus' name.

We understand how wearying it can be when noise from neighbors and the tension it brings steals your peace, especially on a Sunday afternoon when your body and mind are crying out for regenerating sleep. We hear your desire for no stress or tension in your body, only relaxation, and for quiet in and around your apartment and building. The Lord sees your need for rest and He cares about it deeply.

Scripture reminds us where true peace and rest come from. Jesus says, Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don’t let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful. John 14:27 And we are told, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 For sleep itself, we cling to the promise, In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety. Psalm 4:8 and It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil, for he gives sleep to his loved ones. Psalm 127:2 Jesus also invites us, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28

We also hear your prayer for your neighbors, that peace would be upon them and all rebellion would be removed by the blood of Jesus. That is a Christlike response, to bless those whose noise disturbs us. We are called to live this way, If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Romans 12:18 We pray that the Lord will soften hearts on every side and bring a spirit of consideration and quiet to your building and area.

We pray together now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking You that You are our refuge and our peace. We ask You to pour out Your perfect peace over our dear one who is seeking rest. Remove all stress and tension from their body, calm their mind, and let Your relaxation fill them completely. Guard their heart and thoughts with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We ask You to grant them catching up, regenerating sleep, deep and uninterrupted, for You give sleep to Your loved ones. Let them lie down in peace and sleep in safety because You alone make them dwell secure.

Lord, we also lift up the neighbors and the whole building and area to You. Let Your peace rest upon each home. Quiet every unnecessary noise and bring a spirit of rest and kindness over this place on this Sunday and in the days to come. Remove any conscious or unconscious disturbance or rebellion by the power of the blood of Jesus, and let Your love and order reign. Help us to keep our eyes on You and not let anyone or anything steal the peace and sleep You provide, for no one can take what You guard.

We trust You to answer according to Your will, to quiet the surroundings as You see best, and even more to quiet the heart within. Help our dear one to cast all their worries on You, because You care for them. 1 Peter 5:7 May they wake refreshed, restored, and filled with Your strength.

We hear how wearying it is to long for quiet in your own home and not find it. Hearing a neighbor's TV and repairs on a Sunday afternoon can leave your body tense and your mind unable to settle, especially when you are already tired and hoping to catch up on sleep.

We are praying with you for peace in your building and for deep, restorative rest. It makes sense that ongoing noise would leave you feeling on edge. When we stay braced for the next sound, relaxation feels out of reach, and sleep is harder to come by.

We hold your desire for a calm, quiet home before the Lord with you. You deserve to feel at ease where you live, and we understand why you are asking God to guard your peace and your sleep so earnestly.

One gentle next step when you are able might be to notice the patterns of when the noise is most disruptive and consider a calm conversation with your building manager about options for quieter hours, if that feels safe and appropriate. If the tension in your body and the trouble sleeping continue to weigh on you, we encourage you to share that with your doctor alongside prayer, so you have support for both body and spirit.

Father in Jesus' name we ask You to bring calm to this home and the surrounding building, to ease tension and grant renewing sleep. Guard peace, help neighbors to live considerately with one another, and draw this heart into Your steady rest. Amen.

Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. Rest in the Lord is indeed the sweetest place to find what you are seeking, for there is no such resting place anywhere else like that where omnipotence and eternal love are sweetly joined together.

The Lord hears your desire for quietness, for relaxation in your body, for freedom from stress and tension, and for restoring sleep. He knows how the sounds from next door, the television and the repairing on the Lord's day, press upon your nerves at this hour, and how weary the body becomes when rest is broken. It is right to bring these small cares to Him, for He cares for all that concerns His children.

Yet the Word shows us that true peace is more than the absence of noise around the building. You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and that peace may gleam with a heavenly light even in the midnight of this world of care. To do the will of Jesus, this is rest. When the mind is stayed upon Christ, there is a rest given at once by faith, a present rest, perfect and complete in His blood and righteousness, which remains even when duties press and sounds intrude.

Sleep also is the gift of God. Not a man would close his eyes did not God put His fingers on His eyelids and send a soft and balmy influence over his frame. So He giveth His beloved sleep. It is a mercy to be sought from His hand, not merely as the silencing of every outward disturbance, but as the quieting of the heart within. The rest of heaven is not the rest of mere unconsciousness, but holy peace in fellowship with Him, and He can grant a foretaste of it even now to the weary body and troubled spirit.

Let us pray together.

Heavenly Father, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, grant to this weary one rest in Thee. Take away stress and tension from the body and give relaxation and calm. Quiet the mind that is stayed upon Thee and keep it in perfect peace. Grant regenerating sleep as Thy gift to Thy beloved, restoring strength and refreshing the frame. Guard this peace, that it may not be stolen by anxiety or by outward disturbance, but kept by trust in Thee.

Grant grace also toward those nearby. Put Thy peace upon that building and that area, and work in every heart by Thy Spirit. Help Thy child to wait patiently for Thee and not to fret, but to inherit that ease and peace of mind which belongs to those who rest in the Lord. Let the conscience be at peace through the blood of Jesus, and let the whole being, body and soul, find repose in Thy love.

We ask that Thou wouldst grant quietness as it pleases Thee, and above all, that deep inward rest which no noise can take away. Teach this soul to come and recline upon the promise and by faith to find rest in Christ even now. In Jesus name, Amen.
