We are truly sorry to hear about the struggle your family member is facing. We will stand with you in prayer and believe that God can intervene in this situation. However, there are a couple of things we need to address.
Firstly, we want to remind you that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand (Ephesians 6:12-13 WEB).
We need to be clear that the enemy we are battling against is spiritual, not the water or the lack of thirst. We should pray against the spiritual forces that might be influencing this behavior.
Secondly, we noticed that you haven't mentioned the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). Therefore, we will pray to God in the name of Jesus Christ.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this family member who is refusing to drink water. We pray against any spiritual forces that may be influencing this behavior, and we ask You to give them a thirst for water.
Lord, You are the Living Water, and we know that You can quench the thirst of our spirits and our bodies. We pray that You will create in them a desire to drink the water that their body needs, and that they will be a picture of a thirsting soul seeking after You.
We ask for Heavenly intervention in this situation. We ask for You to guide the family and give them the wisdom and understanding needed to help their loved one.
We pray this all in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
