We hear your cry for deliverance, peace, and healing, and we stand with you in agreement before the throne of grace. The pain you describe is real, and we take it seriously, for Scripture tells us that the enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life abundantly (John 10:10). The burning sensation you feel in your flesh is not from God, for He does not torment His children. We rebuke every spirit of affliction, pain, and oppression in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The Word declares, "The God of peace will quickly crush Satan under your feet" (Romans 16:20), and we claim that promise over you now.
Your reliance on Psalm 23 is a beautiful reminder that the Lord is your Shepherd, and you shall not want. He makes you lie down in green pastures and leads you beside still waters (Psalm 23:1-2). Even in the presence of your enemies, He prepares a table before you and anoints your head with oil (Psalm 23:5). We declare that your cup runs over with His goodness and mercy, and that you will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. But we must also address the attacks you mention, these are not random. The Bible warns us that we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of wickedness (Ephesians 6:12). We take authority over every demonic assignment against you in Jesus’ name and command them to flee.
You asked for forgiveness, and we rejoice that you have turned to the Lord, for "if we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). We pray that the Lord would search your heart and reveal any areas of unforgiveness, bitterness, or unconfessed sin that may be giving the enemy a foothold (Ephesians 4:26-27). If there is anything you need to release, whether toward others or yourself, we encourage you to do so, for the Lord’s mercy is new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23). Forgiveness is not about excusing wrongs but about freeing yourself from the chains of resentment.
We also lift up the priest you reached out to. We pray that the Lord would grant him wisdom, discernment, and compassion to minister to you effectively. May he be a vessel of God’s healing and deliverance, and may the Lord open doors for you to receive the help you need. You are not alone in this battle, and we stand with you, believing that the Lord will connect you with the right spiritual support.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name that is above every name. We thank You for Your love, mercy, and faithfulness. Lord, we lift up our brother/sister to You, asking for Your healing touch to rest upon their body. We rebuke every spirit of affliction, pain, and oppression that is causing this burning sensation. We command it to leave in Jesus’ name and declare that by His stripes, our brother/sister is healed (Isaiah 53:5). Father, we ask that You would break every chain of torment and restore peace to their mind, body, and spirit.
Lord, we pray for deliverance from every evil attack. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that no weapon formed against our brother/sister shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We ask that You would surround them with Your angels, encamp around them, and protect them from every scheme of the enemy. Father, we also ask that You would forgive any sins and cleanse them from all unrighteousness. Search their heart, Lord, and reveal any areas of unforgiveness or bitterness. Grant them the grace to release it all to You, for You are the God of peace.
We pray for their fast, Lord. Strengthen them physically, emotionally, and spiritually as they seek You. May this time of fasting draw them closer to You and break every stronghold in their life. We also lift up the priest they contacted. Grant him wisdom, discernment, and compassion to minister to our brother/sister. Open doors for them to receive the help and support they need.
Father, we thank You for Your promise in Psalm 23 that You will lead them beside still waters and restore their soul. We declare that they will dwell in Your house forever, and that goodness and mercy will follow them all the days of their life. We trust in Your unfailing love, Lord, and we believe that You will bring complete healing and deliverance. In the precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue standing on God’s Word and declaring His promises over your life. The enemy may not flee immediately, but resist him steadfast in the faith (1 Peter 5:9). Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and encourage you. If possible, seek out a pastor or deliverance ministry that operates in the authority of Jesus Christ. You are not fighting this battle alone, the Lord is with you, and we are standing with you in prayer. Keep your eyes on Jesus, the Author and Finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5).
