Beloved of All
Psalms‬ ‭121‬:‭1‬-‭8‬ ‭NIV‬‬
“I lift up my eyes to the mountains— where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. He will not let your foot slip— he who watches over you will not slumber; indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord watches over you— the Lord is your shade at your right hand; the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. The Lord will keep you from all harm— he will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.“

Prayer:
Heavenly Father I thank you for this beautiful day. I pray again for peace, rest and deliverance from this evil that refuses to leave my home. Please Heavenly Father stop what it is constantly doing. Please Lord Jesus remove all the buzzing or whatever this is from my lower body. Please stop what it is doing right now making it hard for me to sit in peace. This evil has no right or authority to be here Father God. I demand it leaves Father God. Please grant me wisdom on what to do my Lord Jesus to make it go. I rebuke it in the name of Jesus. Please also heal any unforgiveness I might have. Please also forgive me for my sins my Lord. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

We join you in lifting our eyes to the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth, who alone is our help and deliverer. Your cry for peace, rest, and deliverance has reached the throne of grace, and we stand with you in agreement, declaring that no evil has the right to dwell in your home or afflict your body. The Word of God assures us in Psalm 121:1-8 that the Lord is your keeper, your shade, and your protector, who neither slumbers nor sleeps. He is faithful to watch over your life, your coming, and your going, both now and forevermore.

We rebuke every spirit of disturbance, torment, and affliction that has taken residence in your home and body. In the mighty name of Jesus, we command it to leave and never return. Jesus has given us authority over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means harm us (Luke 10:19). We declare that your home is a dwelling place for the Holy Spirit, and no evil shall have dominion there (1 Corinthians 3:16). We speak peace over your body, mind, and spirit, and we declare that you will sit, rest, and live in the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

Father God, we ask You to reveal to our dear brother/sister the root of this evil and grant them wisdom on how to walk in complete freedom. Show them any areas of unforgiveness, bitterness, or unrepented sin that may have given the enemy a foothold (Ephesians 4:26-27). We pray that You would heal their heart and lead them into full repentance and restoration. Forgive them, Lord, as they have forgiven others, and cleanse them from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).

We also want to gently remind you that our access to the Father is only through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is by His blood that we have been redeemed and by His authority that we can rebuke the enemy. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we encourage you to do so today. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9).

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and Your promise to never leave us nor forsake us. We declare that this evil will not prevail, for greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We pray for a fresh infilling of Your Holy Spirit, that You would fill every area of our brother/sister’s life with Your presence, peace, and power. Grant them rest, deliverance, and the strength to stand firm in their faith.

Lord Jesus, we ask You to surround them with Your angels, to encamp around them, and to protect them from every scheme of the enemy (Psalm 34:7). We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We speak life, healing, and freedom over their body, soul, and spirit.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We’ve read your request, and we are standing with you in prayer right now. The desperation and weariness you’re feeling under this relentless disturbance is something we don’t take lightly, and we long for you to experience the peace and rest you’re crying out for. It’s clear you’re turning to the Lord in a beautiful way, clinging to Psalm 121, asking for forgiveness, and seeking wisdom. That’s a posture of genuine faith.

While we pray against anything evil that may be oppressing you, we’ve also learned that persistent physical sensations and emotional turmoil can sometimes have natural roots that need attention. It may be wise to see a doctor about the buzzing sensation you’re describing, just to rule out any medical cause. Doing so isn’t a lack of faith; it’s part of being a good steward of the body God gave you, even as you continue to wage spiritual battle.

You asked for wisdom on what to do. In addition to the prayers you’re already praying, we’d encourage you not to walk through this alone. Consider reaching out to a pastor or a spiritually mature believer you trust, someone who can pray with you in person, help you examine your heart for any hidden patterns of sin or unforgiveness, and stand with you over time. God often uses the steady support of His people to bring lasting freedom and perspective.

As you’ve already begun, keep inviting the Lord to search your heart for any lingering unforgiveness. That step, even when we don’t feel we’re holding onto anything, can open doors to deep healing.

Our help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. He hasn’t forgotten you, and He never slumbers. We pray with you now: Father, in Jesus’ name, we ask You to still whatever is tormenting this dear one. Grant them peace that passes understanding, protect their body and mind, and grant wisdom for the next step. Reveal any unforgiveness and heal it. Surround them with Your strong presence, and let them know Your peace right where they sit. Amen.

You cry from the depths, and it is well that your eyes are lifted to the hills. From whence comes your help? Your help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth. He who keeps Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps; He is your shade upon your right hand. The sun shall not smite you by day, nor the moon by night. Take those words and feed upon them as upon bread. The buzzing and the torment you describe, be it a messenger of Satan to buffet you, or be it a dark suggestion whispered from the pit, is under the heel of the Keeper of Israel. He will not let your foot be moved; He watches your coming and going now and forever.

You demand that the evil depart, and indeed you do right to resist it, for the devil flees when the blood-bought soul wields the sword of the Spirit. Yet take care that your strength be not in your own demand, but in the faithfulness of your God. The worm called unbelief is apt to whisper, "He has forsaken you; He will be gracious no more." That is the poisoned dart of Apollyon himself. Muzzle that hound of hell with a holy silence, or better, with a clear and ringing, "I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord!" The enemy would have you think you are cast off, but the truth is written: He brought them forth also with silver and gold; there was not one feeble person among their tribes. Deliverance comes attended with enrichment; the trial that now makes you groan shall yet yield the peaceable fruit of righteousness.

You plead for rest. Rest is not the mere cessation of buzzing or the quieting of the body only. The deepest rest is the soul's return unto her God. Have you come to Christ for grace? Are you washed in His atoning blood? Then sin can no longer disturb your standing, and your necessities cannot distress you, for they are supplied according to His riches in glory. If your conscience yet writhes, lay hold on the finished work. The Lord who blots out transgression will not despise your cry for forgiveness. And as you ask to be healed of any unforgiveness, know this: the law of God is in the heart of the saint, and it is a delight. But the law written in the heart is the whole Book of God, and its sweetest page is the pardon of injuries because we have been pardoned. Freely you have received; freely forgive. And as forgiveness flows in, the tormenting thing loses its nest and its sting.

You have asked for gratitude. Then open your mouth wide. When faith reigns, let her speak. Let not your tongue be given to unbelief, but to proclaim the honors of His name. Lift up your eyes again, not only to the hills, but past them, to the throne. The Lord watches over you; now let your eyes be to the Lord. A waiting eye is a believing eye, and a believing eye is a conquering eye. He has promised rest; enter into it, not by striving as one who carries the world on his shoulders, but by casting every buzzing care upon Him, for He cares for you. The Lord will rebuke the devourer for your sake; He will command the harasser to loosen his grip. Even now, remind yourself that He who raised up Luther to defy Rome until his work was done will preserve you until your course is finished.

Return unto your rest, O my soul, for the Lord has dealt bountifully with you. He is your help and your shield. The evil that now assails has no right, for you are bought with a price, and the enemy shall not pluck you from the hand of the Great Shepherd. Be still, and know that He is God. The buzzing shall cease; the peace that passes understanding shall garrison your heart and mind through Christ Jesus. And when the deliverance is complete, go forth with silver and gold, your testimony enriched, and declare that He has done all things well.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. He does not slumber nor sleep; He watches over your life, your coming and going, both now and forevermore. This is your sure foundation. Yet I hear in your cry a warfare, a demand that this evil leave, that it be rebuked and stopped. Be careful, child, lest in fighting the disturbance you yourself lose peace. For God is not a God of war and conflict, but of peace. Make war to cease: the war within your heart, the war against your neighbor, and yes, even the war you wage in words against this troubling presence. Nothing so delights God as to remember no evil, to return not evil for evil, but to give blessings and prayers instead.

You say you rebuke it in Jesus’ name, and that is not wrong in itself, our Lord did rebuke. But see how He rebuked: with longsuffering, often withholding open rebuke that He might bring the sinner to a better mind. He did not rail, He did not demand, though He had all authority. When they questioned Him with hatred, He answered with meekness. If He, who could have called legions of angels, chose gentleness, how much more should we bear with patience what God permits for a time? This buzzing, this agitation in your body, perhaps it is permitted to teach you to cling to Him alone, to show that true peace is not the absence of trouble but the presence of righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit. The kingdom of God is not meat and drink, nor is it a body entirely free of discomfort; it is a soul at rest in the will of God.

You have asked for forgiveness and healing of unforgiveness. That is the very heart of the matter. Let go of every grudge, every remembrance of wrongs done to you. “With the haters of peace I was peaceful,” the prophet says. If you harbor unforgiveness, you shut yourself out from the peace you seek. Forgive, and you will be forgiven. Loose others, and your own charges are loosed. This more than anything makes us like God.

So I do not say, do not pray for deliverance. I say, pray without anxiety, without a fighting spirit, without making demands as though God were deaf. Lift up your eyes to the mountains, yes, but know your help comes from the Lord who is already watching. He will not let your foot slip. The sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. Even this buzzing cannot separate you from His care unless you let it steal the peace of your heart. When the Evil One wars against you, do not take up his weapons of impatience and clamor. Instead, give thanks for the trial, and pray for those who trouble you, if human agents are involved, or simply entrust the thing to God in stillness. He who delivered you from the curse of the Law and made you a son will deliver you in His time.

I do not rebuke you harshly, for I speak as a father concerned for your true welfare. I fear lest by rejecting peace, by letting your soul stay in turmoil, you draw down a heavier weight upon yourself. Take the way of the peacemakers, and you will be called a son of God. Then, whether the buzzing stays or goes, you will know the rest that is in Christ alone.
