Proverbs, Chapter 9

9:1 Wisdom has built her house; She has cut out her seven pillars:

9:2 She has killed her beasts; She has mingled her wine; She has also furnished her table:

9:3 She has sent forth her maidens; She cries on the highest places of the city:

9:4 Whoever is simple, let him turn in here: As for him who is void of understanding, she says to him,

9:5 Come, eat+ of my bread, And drink of the wine which I have mingled.

9:6 Leave off, you+ simple ones, and live; And walk in the way of understanding.

9:7 He who corrects a scoffer gets to himself reviling; And he who reproves a wicked man [gets] himself a blot.

9:8 Don't reprove a scoffer, or else he will hate you: Reprove a wise man, and he will love you.

9:9 Give [instruction] to a wise man, and he will be yet wiser: Teach a righteous man, and he will increase in learning.

9:10 The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom; And knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.

9:11 For by me your days will be multiplied, And the years of your life will be increased.

9:12 If you are wise, you are wise for yourself; And if you scoff, you alone will bear it.

9:13 The foolish woman is clamorous; [she is] simple, and knows nothing.

9:14 And she sits at the door of her house, On a seat in the high places of the city,

9:15 To call to those who pass by, Who go right on their ways:

9:16 Whoever is simple, let him turn in here; And as for him who is void of understanding, she says to him,

9:17 Stolen waters are sweet, And bread [eaten] in secret is pleasant.

9:18 But he does not know that the spirits of the dead are there; That her guests are in the depths of Sheol.

Who am I my Jesus that comest to me?  I have sinned against You so many times and have grieved your heart. I have caused you pain and hurt your heart and I will never do it again.  Please help us to be faithful to You wherever we are and with whoever we are talking to.  Proverbs 9.16  Whoever is simple, turn in here.  Let us all pray for those people who are so simple and do not want to hear the word of God.  Specially the agnostics and the atheirts.  They really need God in their hearts.  May Jesus hear your prayers today.

Commune with God each morning so your day will become brighter and brighter as the sun. Others will see your relationship with Jesus and will start praising God for what He has done in your life. Proverbs 9.5a Come, eat of my bread. Jesus is the bread of life, let us eat the Bread He want to give us and be satisfied with the blessing He will send us. Dear God, quench our thirst for your holy presence. Make us light to the world and salt to the earth. Amen

God did not bring you this far to abandon you or to forget about your problems.  He is always there to help and if you are going through a rough time...then it is time to reflect on what you are doing for Jesus today.  Are you feeding the hungry?  Are you clothing the naked as Jesus said?  Are you visiting the sick?   If we are obedient to the word of God, then we have nothing to worry about. Proverbs 9.14a  And she seats at the door of her house.   Tell all the women you meet that Jesus loves them and want to be their savior and Lord of their lives.   Specially the secretaries that seat at the desk and wait for calls, please tell them about Gods love to them and invite them to church to get saved.

My Father in heaven is a loving Father  John 3.16.  He cares for me a lot and never leaves me alone. Mat. 6.26  His heart is full of compassion and mercy toward all sinners. Psalm 103.4,5  He understands all my problems and gives me peace. Psalm 139.1,2  He satisfied my heart and soul when I am sad or wants something else. Psalm 107.9 He pardons and heals my heart from all pain and sorrow. Isaiah 53.5  He is gracious and loving. Ephe. 1,7,8  That is one reason why I love Him, praise Him and adore His holy name now and forever and ever. Amen

Master, which is the great command in the law?   Jesus said unto him.  Thou shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul and with all your mind.  Mat. 22.36,27   This is my desire.  To love the Lord our God ...just as Jesus have said.  Prov. 9.10a   The fear of Yahweh is the begining of wisdom..  Lord Jesus, I love You today.  I praise you for your holy word.  May the fear that I have for You will become a light to others so they too will come to know Thee as their personal savior and Lord.  Amen
