Proverbs, Chapter 18

18:1 He who separates himself seeks [his own] desire, And rages against all sound wisdom.

18:2 A fool has no delight in understanding, But only that his heart may reveal itself.

18:3 When the wicked comes, there comes also contempt, And with ignominy [comes] reproach.

18:4 The words of a man's mouth are [as] deep waters; The wellspring of wisdom is [as] a gushing brook.

18:5 To respect the person of the wicked is not good, [Nor] to turn aside the righteous in judgment.

18:6 A fool's lips enter into contention, And his mouth calls for stripes.

18:7 A fool's mouth is his destruction, And his lips are the snare of his soul.

18:8 The words of a whisperer are as dainty morsels, And they go down into the innermost parts.

18:9 He also who is slack in his work Is brother to him who is a destroyer.

18:10 The name of Yahweh is a strong tower; The righteous runs into it, and is safe.

18:11 The rich man's wealth is his strong city, And as a high wall in his own imagination.

18:12 Before destruction the heart of man is haughty; And before honor [goes] humility.

18:13 He who gives answer before he hears, It is folly and shame to him.

18:14 The spirit of a man will sustain his infirmity; But a broken spirit who can bear?

18:15 The heart of the prudent gets knowledge; And the ear of the wise seeks knowledge.

18:16 A gift of man makes room for him, And brings him before great men.

18:17 He who pleads his cause first [seems] just; But his fellow man comes and searches him out.

18:18 The lot causes contentions to cease, And parts between the mighty.

18:19 A brother offended [is harder to be won] than a strong city; And [such] contentions are like the bars of a castle.

18:20 A man's belly will be filled with the fruit of his mouth; With the increase of his lips he will be satisfied.

18:21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue; And those who love it will eat its fruit.

18:22 Whoever finds a wife finds a good thing, And obtains favor of Yahweh.

18:23 The poor uses entreaties; But the rich answers roughly.

18:24 He who has many companions [does it] to his own destruction; But there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.

The vocation that Jesus has given to all of us is to spread the gospel to every creature on earth.   Our lives are not ours to waste, but to serve God with all our heart, mind and soul.   In selflessness in all our ways, in the middle of the wretchedness of the world we must be a light that shines for God.  A fools lips enter into contention.  We, as Cristians who love God, must show them the way to heavens gates.  Being there in times of pain and sorrow and in times of joy.  And the consolation of Gods mercy will fall upon us who de His will.

Let us all proclaim the glory of the Lord Jesus.  He is coming very soon for all of us who love Him with all our heart, mind and soul.  Let every tongue confess that He reigns here on earth and above in heaven.  Let our voices join in praise, adoration and worship to Him who lives and reigns on high.  Proclaim the glory of the Lord when you read His word and obey what it says.  Death and life are in the power of the tongue.    O my God and my Lord.  Make me a blessing to everyone I find in the street.  That my tongue be used to glorify Thy holy name and souls will come to Your feet.  Help me proclaim the glory of the Lord.  He is the Messiah, our Savior and our King.  All glory, honor and praise be to Him now and forever more.  Amen

Holy are You o Lord.  The elders and the angels worship and bow down before You.  O Lord our God almighty,   We bow down before You and worship and adore Your name.  His holy presence brings peace down deep in our souls.  Peace is something we cannot buy.  We cannot catch it from the sky.  It comes as a grace given by our Lord.  That is one reason we should worship and adore Him.  The spirit of man will sustain his infirmity.   May our spirits be in tune with the Spirit of the living God.  Something about this is really sublime. It is the holy presence of the Lord in our lives.

You o Lord bring to my soul delight and gladness because in the presence of the Lord there is fullness of joy,.  Melting away the feeling of pain and sadness that filled my heart.  Your word fills my heart with hope in You alone.  The spirit of a man will sustain his infirmity.   May the Spirit of the Lord Jesus will sustain us when we fall.

Let us all respect the old when we are young.  Some day we shall become old and wanted respect from them.  Honor thy father and they mother so your days on earth shall be long.  Help the weak when you are strong.  Old age will tell us how weak can become as years go by us.  Confess your faults one to another so God will forgive and heal you.  Death and life are in the power of the tongue.   Speak the truth. Desire blessings to all.  Call on Jesus when you are in distress.  He will hear from heaven and will heal your soul.

We all shall rise.  We shall not die at all.  Jesus promise to all of us is never ever to die but to live Him forever in heaven.  I am going to prepare a place for you.  That where I am, there you may be also.   This is a wonderful eternal promise for all of us who believe in Him.  A fool has no delight in understanding. Our duty as faithful Christians who love Jesus is to show the fool the way of salvation in Jesus.  They have no delight in Him and are heading for hell.  Pray and fast for them.  That Jesus may touch them and help them see how important it is to know HIm personally.

When the leaves comes down from the boughs and everything starting to die out.  Let our eyes look up to Jesus. He is the giver of all good things.  When nuts and apples are gathered in, then let us all thank the Lord for His blessings continue to fall on our lot.  Reading Gods holy word is like this.  Gather and build more and more.  Our faith grows when we get into Gods word.   Read it carefully.  Think on these things.  We shall carry the eternal word of God in our hearts when we get to heaven God will ask us if we have obeyed what we heave read.   Yes Lord.  We did.

A fools lips enter into contention.... Dear Jesus, we pray for all my friends on line who enter into contention and live so far away from God. Please, save them, cleanse them and purify their souls. Give them wisdom from heaven so they will come to know Jesus as personal Savior and Lord. All contention will stop when we give ourselves to the Lord. In Jesu sname. Amen

Do not offend any brother or sister in the Lord. Upbild their faith in God. If they are in trouble or their marriage is on the rocks, then pray for them, ask Jesus to bless their home and their life. It is better for all of us to pray for those who are in need than to offend them. Jesus smiles and loves those who love others just as He love us.
