Proverbs, Chapter 16

16:1 The plans of the heart belong to man; But the answer of the tongue is from Yahweh.

16:2 All the ways of a man are clean in his own eyes; But Yahweh weighs the spirits.

16:3 Commit your works to Yahweh, And your purposes will be established.

16:4 Yahweh has made everything for its own end; Yes, even the wicked for the day of evil.

16:5 Everyone who is proud in heart is disgusting to Yahweh: [Though] hand [join] in hand, he will not be unpunished.

16:6 By mercy and truth iniquity is atoned for; And by the fear of Yahweh men depart from evil.

16:7 When a man's ways please Yahweh, He makes even his enemies to be at peace with him.

16:8 Better is a little, with righteousness, Than great revenues with injustice.

16:9 The heart of man devises his way; But Yahweh directs his steps.

16:10 A divine sentence is in the lips of the king; His mouth will not transgress in judgment.

16:11 A just balance and scales are Yahweh's; All the weights of the bag are his work.

16:12 It is disgusting to kings to commit wickedness; For the throne is established by righteousness.

16:13 Righteous lips are the delight of kings; And they love him who speaks right.

16:14 The wrath of a king is [as] messengers of death; But a wise man will pacify it.

16:15 In the light of the king's countenance is life; And his favor is as a cloud of the latter rain.

16:16 How much better it is to get wisdom than gold! Yes, to get understanding is rather to be chosen than silver.

16:17 The highway of the upright is to depart from evil: He who keeps his way preserves his soul.

16:18 Pride [goes] before destruction, And a haughty spirit before a fall.

16:19 It is better to be of a lowly spirit with the poor, Than to divide the spoil with the proud.

16:20 He who gives heed to the word will find good; And whoever trusts in Yahweh, he is happy.

16:21 The wise in heart will be called prudent; And the sweetness of the lips increases learning.

16:22 Understanding is a wellspring of life to him who has it; But the correction of fools is [their] folly.

16:23 The heart of the wise instructs his mouth, And adds learning to his lips.

16:24 Pleasant words are [as] a honeycomb, Sweet to the soul, and health to the bones.

16:25 There is a way which seems right to a man, But its end are the ways of death.

16:26 The appetite of the laboring man labors for him; For his mouth urges him [thereto].

16:27 A worthless man devises mischief; And in his lips there is as a scorching fire.

16:28 A perverse man scatters abroad strife; And a whisperer separates best friends.

16:29 A man of violence entices his fellow man, And leads him in a way that is not good.

16:30 He who shuts his eyes, [it is] to devise perverse things: He who compresses his lips brings evil to pass.

16:31 The gray head is a crown of glory; It will be found in the way of righteousness.

16:32 He who is slow to anger is better than the mighty; And he who rules his spirit, than he who takes a city.

16:33 The lot is cast into the lap; But the whole disposing of it is of Yahweh.

Jesus command is this.  Go ye therefore and make disciples of all nations.  Mat. 28.19  Let us start praying for our own nation.  Then go to your city, and town and your neigborhood.  Jesus will be so pleased that we are praying for souls to be saved everywhere. Bring your nextdoor neighbors to church, your loved ones and those you meet in the street. Proverbs 16.7  When a mans ways please Yahweh.  He makes even his enemies to be at peace with him.   Pray for your country that God wil save them all and when we die we will see them in heaven.  That will be a great victory for you and the souls you have won for Jesus.

Jesus cast out seven devils out of Mary Magdalene and she was so thankful for being delivered from a horrible torments of hell. Now she was closer to the heart of Jesus and when Jesus was carrying His cross through the Via Dolorosa, she was crying and following Jesus along the way. Come and mourn with me for a while, Jesus is suffering so much for us. Jesus, our lord and savior is being crucified.  For our sins, yes... for all of us.  Our iniquities He took on Himself.  Have million tears to shed for Him while others scoff and deride.  Oh, look, how patiently He lets Romans crucify Him.  Full of love, full of mercy for the crucifiers and those who look on. Proverbs 16.13a  Righteous lips are the delight of kings.  Jesus lips was full of mercy for us all.  He never cursed, he never showed hate. He said.  Forgive them Father, for they know not what they do.

But whoever wants to be my disciple, must deny themselves take up his cross and follow me.  Luke 9.23  Let us all be a disciples of Jesus.   It is worth it.  Your life will change forever and Jesus will be the Lord of your life.  Proverbs 16.31a  The gray hair is the crown of glory.  Every year that goes by we are coming close to Jesus.  Our heads turn grey because the call of heaven is in our door.  Jesus will redeem us and He will give each one of us a crown of glory because we have done His will and served Him with all our might.

God never said that the journey will be easy and you will run fast to the finish line.  It will troubles and tribulation that will come your way.  But wait.  Jesus is at the end of the line waiting.  Well done good and faithful servant.  Enter into the joy of your Lord.  He will say to you.  Are you gona be happy to hear those words??  The highway of the upright is to depart from evil.  Prov. 16.17a  We must walk in the highway of the Lord Jesus.  He is the One who make our paths straight.  The upright will walk in it and will be safe.

My heart belongs to the Lord Jesus Christ because He has died for me on the cross.  He suffered and died for each one of us.  Let us all be thankful and praise His holy name.   PLeaant words are like a honeycomb.  Prov. 16.24a  Be kind to everyone you see in the street and invite them to church this weekend.  Jesus loves them all specially your coworkers who need Gods forginess today.
