Proverbs, Chapter 16

16:1 The plans of the heart belong to man; But the answer of the tongue is from Yahweh.

16:2 All the ways of a man are clean in his own eyes; But Yahweh weighs the spirits.

16:3 Commit your works to Yahweh, And your purposes will be established.

16:4 Yahweh has made everything for its own end; Yes, even the wicked for the day of evil.

16:5 Everyone who is proud in heart is disgusting to Yahweh: [Though] hand [join] in hand, he will not be unpunished.

16:6 By mercy and truth iniquity is atoned for; And by the fear of Yahweh men depart from evil.

16:7 When a man's ways please Yahweh, He makes even his enemies to be at peace with him.

16:8 Better is a little, with righteousness, Than great revenues with injustice.

16:9 The heart of man devises his way; But Yahweh directs his steps.

16:10 A divine sentence is in the lips of the king; His mouth will not transgress in judgment.

16:11 A just balance and scales are Yahweh's; All the weights of the bag are his work.

16:12 It is disgusting to kings to commit wickedness; For the throne is established by righteousness.

16:13 Righteous lips are the delight of kings; And they love him who speaks right.

16:14 The wrath of a king is [as] messengers of death; But a wise man will pacify it.

16:15 In the light of the king's countenance is life; And his favor is as a cloud of the latter rain.

16:16 How much better it is to get wisdom than gold! Yes, to get understanding is rather to be chosen than silver.

16:17 The highway of the upright is to depart from evil: He who keeps his way preserves his soul.

16:18 Pride [goes] before destruction, And a haughty spirit before a fall.

16:19 It is better to be of a lowly spirit with the poor, Than to divide the spoil with the proud.

16:20 He who gives heed to the word will find good; And whoever trusts in Yahweh, he is happy.

16:21 The wise in heart will be called prudent; And the sweetness of the lips increases learning.

16:22 Understanding is a wellspring of life to him who has it; But the correction of fools is [their] folly.

16:23 The heart of the wise instructs his mouth, And adds learning to his lips.

16:24 Pleasant words are [as] a honeycomb, Sweet to the soul, and health to the bones.

16:25 There is a way which seems right to a man, But its end are the ways of death.

16:26 The appetite of the laboring man labors for him; For his mouth urges him [thereto].

16:27 A worthless man devises mischief; And in his lips there is as a scorching fire.

16:28 A perverse man scatters abroad strife; And a whisperer separates best friends.

16:29 A man of violence entices his fellow man, And leads him in a way that is not good.

16:30 He who shuts his eyes, [it is] to devise perverse things: He who compresses his lips brings evil to pass.

16:31 The gray head is a crown of glory; It will be found in the way of righteousness.

16:32 He who is slow to anger is better than the mighty; And he who rules his spirit, than he who takes a city.

16:33 The lot is cast into the lap; But the whole disposing of it is of Yahweh.

God wants you prosperous, He wans you whole, pure and ready to serve others. God wants you to be your heavenly Father and close friend that you ever had.  A lot of people are looking for love, companionship and care in strange places. God want you to be your friend in whom you can trust.  The wise in heart will be called prudent.  Prov. 16.21a  God will give us wisdom from on high when we are busy doing His work on earth.  People will see your good works and glorify God.

Who will separate from the love of Christ?  No one will.  His love is as big as the universe. The one who separate from Jesus are our sins and the iniquity that He may find in us.  If you are going through the valle of the shadow of death. Fear no evil. God is with you. He loves you so much that no one ever will separate you from Him. Pleasant words are as a honeycomb. Sweet to the soul and health to the bones. Proverbs 16.24  If Jesus lives in your heart then your words should be pleasant. When others will hear you talk they will feel the presence of God in and around you.  Be a blessing today, tomorrow and forever.  God is very pleased when your words are very pleasing to Him.

Incline thine ear oh Lord and answer me. Psalm 86.1  The lord Jesus will hear all your prayers and all your pain will go away. He has carried all the weight of our sin on his back and He promised many mansions in heaven for those who are faithful and true.  Keep praying, keep fasting for souls to get saved and make an intercesion for your pastor and the whole church to grow, to prosper to be victorious in Jesus.  By mercy and truth iniquity is atoned for.  And be the fear of Yahweh men depart from evil. Proverbs 16.6  May the mercy of the Lord Jesus be upon your life and guide you as you worship Him in spirit and in truth.

What sort of people does God bless today?  Are we good enough to be blessed by Jesus?  Who do we really are before God?  Well, the ones that God blesses today are those who do not drink alcoholic beberage, who does not curse anyone, who attends bible schools, who goes to church every single Sunday and gives ten percent of all he has earned and brings unbelievers to hear the word of God. Besides they visit the sick, conforts those who are sad, helps all the widows they find and loves Jesus with all their heart.  Yes, Jesus can bless those but we must keep ourselves unspotted from the world.  That mean sin. Proverbs 16.24a  Pleasant words are like a honeycomb.  Your words should be like Jesus words.  Full of compassion and mercy toward those who are walking in sin.  Blessed Lord, make us all like Jesus was.  To pray for them and to tell them about eternal life. Amen

Many suffer from pride and do not even know it because the devil has blinded their eyes and cannot see themselves how far they are from God.  The love of money and the pride of life will not enter heaven.  Those who seek fortune and fame in this world will not get it.  The only thing this world will offer is emptiness, sadness and loss of joy in their lives.  Jesus came to give us meaning to our existence. He is the One who will solve all your problems today. Commit your works to Yahweh.  Prov. 16.3a  If you do this, everything will be blessed by God and you will lack nothing at all.

This things have I spoken that you may have peace. John 16.33  Let us all hear what Jesus have spoken through the disciples, through the prophets and through His servants.  He delights in our obedience and love for His word. The answer of the tongue is from Yahwey.  Prov. 16.1b  May our lips be used by God to bless others and to share Jesus to all our friends.

I am not perfect. I am not worthy of receive Gods mercy, compassion and love in my life. But once He has come into my heart He has amazed me so many times when I needed help ..He was there by my side to help me out of my troubles.  What kind of person does God bless?  Well, He has blessed me so many times that I cannot count how many.  He has healed me from cancer and from all kinds of pain and sorrow that I had in my heart.  For that I am so thankful.  Blessed be His holy name.  Pride goes before destruction.  Prov. 16.18a   Before I found Christ, I was so proud and did not want to know anything about Jesus. But once He has found me.. then my whole life was changed. Praise His holy name. Amen

Whatever we do in our lives should be done as unto the Lord Jesus. Because He give us the strenght to work and to live a holy and pure life. The work we do on our own it is doom to die and be forgotten. But whatever we do for the kingdom of God will stay here forever because it was stablished by God Himself. Commit your works to Yahweh. And your purposes will be stablished. Prov. 16.3
