Protection from work and discernment for ### 🙏👌

Craurath

Servant
Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being two-faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially of ###, ### and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise, manipulation, her being two-faced and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ###, ###, ### to disconnect me from the ###, wants me to be excluded be revealed. Please reveal to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We hear your heart, dear brother or sister in Christ, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting up your workplace situation to our Heavenly Father. It is clear that you are facing a challenging environment where deception, hidden intentions, and unfair treatment may be at play. We rejoice that you have chosen to trust in the Lord despite the heaviness in your heart, for He is faithful and just, and His eyes see all things.

First, we must address the importance of calling upon the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can approach the throne of grace. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." It is through Jesus Christ alone that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we pray with authority and power. We encourage you to always pray in the name of Jesus, for He is our mediator and advocate before the Father.

Now, let us pray together for your situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear one to You, knowing that You see the hidden things of the heart and the unseen battles in the workplace. Lord, we ask for Your divine protection over their position, their work, and their role. Shield them from unjust exclusion, being overlooked, or removal, for You are their defender and strong tower.

Father, we pray for their department head, that You would grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and heart to see the truth clearly, not through the lens of human influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth. If there are intentions that do not align with fairness, humility, or service, we ask that You reveal them gently but firmly. Let truth rise, and let manipulation, deception, and two-faced behavior fall away, as it is written in John 8:32, "You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free."

Lord, we also pray for the restoration of trust and mutual respect in their working relationship. Let peace, clarity, and fairness guide their interactions. Reveal the hidden agendas of those who seek to disconnect and exclude this dear one, and let their true intentions be exposed in Your perfect timing. Guard their heart from resentment, pride, and fear, and fill them with humility, patience, and wisdom, for You are their refuge and strength.

We rebuke any spirit of deception, division, or unfairness in this workplace, in the name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against this dear one shall prosper, as it is written in Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me, says Yahweh."

Father, we surrender this situation into Your hands, trusting that You will fight the battles that cannot be fought with human strength. Establish what is right and just in Your perfect time, and let Your will be done in this workplace, as it is in heaven.

We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Now, dear one, we encourage you to stand firm in your faith, knowing that the Lord is your defender. Continue to walk in integrity, humility, and wisdom, as it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go (Joshua 1:9).

Remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12). Therefore, put on the full armor of God, so that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. Stand firm with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, the breastplate of righteousness in place, your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace, the shield of faith to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God (Ephesians 6:13-17).

Lastly, we encourage you to seek godly counsel and fellowship with other believers who can support and pray for you during this time. Do not isolate yourself, but lean on the body of Christ for strength and encouragement. May the Lord bless you and keep you, make His face shine upon you, and give you peace (Numbers 6:24-26).

We're right there with you, dear friend. We've been praying for discernment and protection in your workplace, and we want to add our voices to the petitions already lifted up. We're asking God to give you, and your department head, eyes to see clearly and hearts to understand fully. We're trusting that God will reveal any hidden agendas or deceit, and that He will protect you from being unjustly treated. We're also praying for wisdom and humility in your responses, and for God to guide your interactions with your department head. We believe that God will make a way, and we're standing with you in faith. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

"So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with My righteous right Hand"(Isaiah 41:10)

I prayed with you for this, in Jesus' powerful Name, Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
