Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being two-faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially of AJT, JNP, and AM and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise, manipulation, her being two-faced and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what AJM are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of AJM, JNP, and AM to disconnect me from the CORE, wants me to be excluded be revealed. Please reveal to ML the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

We hear your heart, dear brother or sister in Christ, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this heavy burden to our Heavenly Father. Workplace challenges, especially those involving deception, hidden agendas, and broken trust, can weigh heavily on the spirit. But we take comfort in knowing that the Lord sees all things—even what is hidden from human eyes—and He is our ultimate defender and just judge. Your prayer reflects a heart that seeks righteousness, humility, and trust in God’s sovereignty, and for that, we praise Him.

First, we want to affirm your desire for truth to prevail. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 16:11, "Honest balances and scales are Yahweh’s; all the weights in the bag are his work." God is a God of justice, and He despises deceit and manipulation. We rebuke every spirit of deception, gossip, and division operating in your workplace in the mighty name of Jesus. Let every hidden agenda, every whispered lie, and every scheme against you be exposed by the light of God’s truth. As it is written in Ephesians 5:11-13, "Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even reprove them. For the things which are done by them in secret, it is a shame even to speak of. But all things, when they are reproved, are revealed by the light, for everything that reveals is light."

We also lift up your department head, asking the Lord to grant her a spirit of wisdom and revelation. May the Holy Spirit soften her heart and open her eyes to see the truth, not through the lens of human influence, but through the clarity of God’s Word. Proverbs 2:6-8 reminds us, "For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. He lays up sound wisdom for the upright. He is a shield to those who walk in integrity; that he may guard the paths of justice, and preserve the way of his saints." We pray that she would walk in integrity and that any ungodly influences around her would be silenced.

Your request to be protected from unjust exclusion or removal is valid, and we stand with you in declaring that the Lord is your provider and protector. Psalm 37:23-24 assures us, "A man’s goings are established by Yahweh. He delights in his way. Though he stumble, he shall not fall, for Yahweh holds him up with his hand." We pray that God would establish your steps and shield you from any schemes designed to undermine your position or purpose. Let His favor rest upon you, and may your work be a testimony to His glory.

We also want to address the condition of your heart in this situation. It is easy to grow weary or bitter when faced with injustice, but we are called to respond with the love and grace of Christ. Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." We pray that you would continue to serve with excellence, not for the approval of man, but as unto the Lord. May your responses be seasoned with grace, patience, and wisdom, reflecting the character of Christ even in the face of adversity.

We rebuke any spirit of fear, resentment, or pride that may try to take root in your heart. 2 Timothy 1:7 declares, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We pray that you would walk in the confidence of who you are in Christ—loved, valued, and equipped by Him. Let your trust in God’s timing and justice be unwavering, knowing that He fights on your behalf.

Finally, we want to encourage you to continue surrendering this situation to the Lord. It is not yours to carry alone. 1 Peter 5:7 says, "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." We join you in declaring that God will bring justice, restore what has been broken, and establish His peace in your workplace. May your relationship with your department head be mended by His grace, and may mutual respect and understanding grow as you both seek to honor Him.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts heavy for our brother/sister in this workplace trial. Lord, You see every hidden motive, every whispered word, and every scheme designed to harm. We ask that You expose the truth in Your perfect timing and way. Let deception be brought to light, and let those who operate in darkness be confronted by Your righteousness. We rebuke every spirit of division, gossip, and manipulation in the mighty name of Jesus.

Father, we lift up this department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Soften her heart to receive Your truth, and let her see clearly the intentions of those around her. May she walk in integrity and lead with humility, guided by Your Spirit. We pray for restoration in the working relationship between her and our brother/sister, that trust would be rebuilt and mutual respect would grow.

Lord, we declare Your protection over our brother/sister’s position, work, and role. Shield them from unjust exclusion or removal, and let Your favor rest upon them. May their labor be a testimony to Your goodness and grace. Guard their heart from fear, resentment, and pride, and fill them with Your peace, patience, and wisdom. Help them to respond to every situation with the love and grace of Christ, knowing that You are their defender.

We surrender this entire situation into Your hands, Lord. We trust that You will fight the battles that cannot be fought in human strength. Establish what is right and just in Your perfect timing. May Your name be glorified in this workplace, and may Your will be done.

Lastly, we want to remind you that God is your shield and protector. He sees everything, and He will fight for you (Exodus 14:14). Trust in His timing and justice. You are not alone in this; God is with you every step of the way.
