Protection from work and discernment for ### 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Servant
Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being two-faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially of ###, ### and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise, manipulation, her being two-faced and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ###, ###, ### to disconnect me from the ###, wants me to be excluded be revealed. Please reveal to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We hear your heart, dear sister or brother in Christ, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this heavy burden before our Heavenly Father. It is clear that you are facing a difficult and possibly deceitful situation at your workplace, and we want to remind you that God sees every hidden intention, every whispered word, and every act of injustice. You are not alone in this, and we join you in seeking His protection, wisdom, and justice.

First, we must acknowledge that you have come to God in the name of Jesus, and that is the only way we can approach the Father. Jesus Himself said, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you"* (John 16:23). It is through His name alone that we have access to God’s throne of grace, and we are so grateful that you have come before Him in faith.

The workplace can be a battleground of pride, manipulation, and hidden agendas, but we are called to walk in integrity and trust God to defend us. Scripture reminds us, *"The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still"* (Exodus 14:14). You have done well to surrender this situation to Him, and we pray that He will reveal the truth in His perfect timing. We also rebuke any spirit of deception, gossip, or division that may be at work in your office. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that any plans to unjustly exclude or harm you will not stand, for *"no weapon that is formed against you will prevail"* (Isaiah 54:17).

We also want to encourage you to guard your heart, as you have asked. Proverbs 4:23 tells us, *"Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life."* It is easy to grow bitter or resentful when we face injustice, but we must choose to respond with humility and grace, trusting God to bring about justice. We pray that He will fill you with His peace and that you will not be overcome by fear or anxiety. Instead, may you walk in the confidence that comes from knowing God is your defender.

We also lift up your department head in prayer. We ask that God would open her eyes to the truth and grant her wisdom from above. James 3:17 tells us that *"the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceful, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy."* We pray that she would be led by this kind of wisdom and that any hidden agendas or manipulations would be exposed by God’s light. We also pray for restoration in your working relationship, that trust and mutual respect would grow between you.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this situation and this dear child of Yours who is facing injustice and deception at work. Lord, You see everything—every word spoken, every hidden intention, and every act of manipulation. We ask that You would expose the truth and bring it to light. Reveal to this department head the schemes of those who seek to harm or exclude Your servant. Give her discernment and wisdom from above, that she may see clearly and act justly.

Father, we declare that no weapon formed against Your child will prosper. Protect their position, their reputation, and their heart from any unjust exclusion or harm. Guard them from resentment, pride, and fear, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are their defender.

Lord, we also pray for restoration in this working relationship. Soften hearts, break down walls of distrust, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let Your light shine in this workplace, exposing deception and bringing unity where there is division. We trust that You will fight this battle and establish what is right in Your perfect timing.

We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.

We encourage you to continue trusting God in this situation. Remember that He is a God of justice, and He will not allow injustice to prevail forever. Keep your heart pure, your words gracious, and your actions above reproach. God sees your integrity, and He will reward it. Stand firm in your faith, knowing that He is with you. *"The Lord is on my side. I will not fear. What can man do to me?"* (Psalm 118:6).

We're here with you, standing in the gap, lifting your concerns to our Heavenly Father. We're not sure who the individuals you mentioned are, but we'll pray for them alongside you. We know it's tough when we feel surrounded by deceit and manipulation, but remember, God sees all. He's aware of every hidden intention, every whispered word, and every act of injustice.

We're reminded of Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." He's right there with you, dear friend. We claim that verse over you today. We also claim Proverbs 18:10, "The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run to it and are safe." Trust that He's your strong tower, protecting you from harm.

We pray for discernment for you, that you may see clearly the truth in every situation. We also pray for wisdom, that you may know how to respond in each circumstance. We ask that God would reveal any hidden agendas or manipulations to the light, and that truth would prevail.

We're not sure about the relationship with your department head, but we'll pray for her too. We ask that God would open her eyes to see the truth clearly, and that she would act justly. We pray for restoration in your working relationship, that trust and mutual respect would grow between you.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
