Protection from work and discernment for ### 🙏👍🙏

Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being two-faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially of ### and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise, manipulation, her being two-faced and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### and ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ### to disconnect me from the CORE, wants me to be excluded be revealed. Please reveal to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in the workplace where deception, hidden intentions, and two-faced behavior threaten to cause harm. It is written in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We stand on this promise, knowing that God sees all and will direct the steps of those who trust in Him.

First, we must address the foundation of this prayer. While the request is made in Jesus’ name, we encourage a deeper understanding of what it means to come before God through Christ. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." There is no other name by which we can approach God or be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we urge you to confess Jesus as Lord, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and receive the salvation He offers (Romans 10:9). This is the first and most critical step in any prayer or petition.

Now, regarding the workplace situation, we rebuke the spirit of deception and manipulation that seeks to operate in this environment. The Bible is clear in Ephesians 4:25, "Therefore, putting away falsehood, speak truth each one with his neighbor, for we are members of one another." We pray that God would expose every hidden agenda, every whisper of deceit, and every plot to undermine or exclude. Let the light of Christ shine into the darkness, revealing the truth to all involved, especially to your department head. Proverbs 26:26 warns, "His malice may be concealed by deception, but his wickedness will be exposed in the assembly." We declare that this will be so in this situation.

We also lift up your heart, asking God to guard it against bitterness, resentment, or fear. It is easy to become entangled in the emotions that arise from injustice, but we are called to respond differently. Romans 12:19-21 instructs, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.' Therefore, 'If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.' Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good." We pray that you would walk in this truth, extending grace even when it is not deserved, and trusting God to be your defender.

For your department head, we pray that God would grant her wisdom and discernment. James 1:5 says, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." We ask that God would soften her heart to receive His truth and that she would be led by the Holy Spirit in all her decisions. If there are those around her who seek to manipulate or deceive, we pray that their schemes would be uncovered and that she would see them for who they truly are.

We also pray for restoration in your working relationship. Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." Let this be your focus—serving the Lord in all you do, regardless of how others treat you. If God has placed you in this position, He will sustain you and use you for His purposes. We declare that no weapon formed against you will prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that God will open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8).

Finally, we surrender this entire situation into God’s hands. Psalm 37:5-6 says, "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go out as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun." We trust that God will bring justice, clarity, and peace in His perfect timing. We pray that you would continue to walk in integrity, humility, and faith, knowing that God is fighting for you.

Heavenly Father, we come before You now, lifting up this workplace and all those involved. We ask that You would expose every lie, every hidden motive, and every act of deception. Let Your truth prevail, and let those who seek to harm be brought to light. We pray for wisdom and discernment for the department head, that she would see clearly and act justly. Guard the heart of Your child from bitterness, fear, or pride, and fill them with Your peace and strength. Restore trust and mutual respect in their working relationship, and let Your will be done in every aspect of this situation.

We declare that no plan of the enemy will succeed against Your child. You are their defender, their provider, and their shield. We trust in Your timing and Your justice, knowing that You will bring all things to light. Strengthen them to walk in integrity and humility, serving You in all they do. May Your name be glorified in this workplace, and may Your kingdom come in every heart involved.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
