Your prayer for your son has been heard, and the pain and urgency in it is clear. God sees harm done to the vulnerable. When the first blood was shed, Scripture says the blood cried out from the ground and God confronted what had been done. He does not overlook violence or abuse. He hears, He knows, and He judges rightly.
The wisdom of Scripture speaks directly to this kind of danger. It warns not to walk in the path of those whose feet run to evil and who hurry to hurt others, but to turn away and remove your feet from that way. It calls us to keep sound wisdom and discretion, to look straight ahead, to think carefully about the path we take, and to put away crooked and harmful speech. The promise joined to that wisdom is that when we walk in God's way we can walk safely, and when we lie down we need not be afraid, but can be quiet and free from the fear of evil. For your son that means praying for a clear way out of harm and for practical protection, distance from those who do harm, and a safe place to rest without fear.
As a parent you know the deep love a father or mother has for a son. Scripture uses that very love to help us understand God's love. Abraham was told to take his son, his only son whom he loved, and the anguish of that shows us something of the Father's heart. God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son. At the baptism of Jesus the Father spoke from heaven saying this is His beloved Son in whom He is well pleased. That same Father understands your love for your son and His heart is moved with compassion toward him. Mercy and peace come from God the Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and in love.
There is also comfort in knowing who Jesus is. God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. The one who has the Son has life. To believe in Jesus as the Son of God is to be brought into God's family, not as a servant but as an adopted child and an heir through Christ. Your son is seen and valued by God, and you can entrust him to the One who shed His blood to cleanse and to save and who continues to keep those who trust Him.
I am praying for you and for your son now. Lord Jesus, please intervene. Place your hand of protection around this son and around all others who are being harmed. Stop the abuse. Expose what is done in secret, restrain those whose feet run to evil, and make a safe way where there seems to be no way. Give wisdom and discretion to know what steps to take, courage to turn away from evil and to seek help from trustworthy and safe people, and provision for protection and care. Grant quietness from fear and the ability to lie down without dread. Let truth be walked in, let your commandments be kept because they are not burdensome but life giving, and let your mercy and peace guard this family. Bring healing where there has been wounding, and let this son know he is loved and kept. In the name of Jesus, who is the Son of God and our only hope of life, amen.
Please do not remain alone with this burden. Along with prayer, reach out for safe, wise help from trusted family, pastoral counsel, and where needed from those whose calling is to protect the vulnerable, so that practical steps for safety can be taken quickly. Keep your eyes looking straight ahead on the path God shows, keep His words close, and continue to bring your son before the Lord who loves him and is able to keep him.
