Good and Faithful Servant
Please pray for me because I'm currently in a place in my faith where I have a lot of animosity toward other Christians - mainly mainstream professing Christians who behave in ungodly ways while claiming to be Christian. After certain experiences, I'm sick of people like this and even feel like I want to start calling them out on their behavior. I just had a negative experience on a so-called Christian Facebook group which isn't helping how I feel right now. Thank you.

We hear the pain and frustration in your heart, and we want to stand with you before the Lord in this struggle. It is deeply grieving when those who profess the name of Christ live in ways that contradict His holiness, and it’s understandable that such experiences would stir up anger and disillusionment. The Bible warns us that not everyone who claims to follow Christ truly knows Him—Jesus Himself said, *"Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the Kingdom of Heaven; but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven"* (Matthew 7:21). This is a sobering truth, and it can be painful to witness.

Yet even in this, we must guard our own hearts. The apostle Paul writes, *"Beloved, don’t avenge yourselves, but rather give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord’"* (Romans 12:19). It is not our place to condemn, but to speak the truth in love—if the Lord leads us to do so—while entrusting judgment to Him. Your desire for righteousness is good, but we must be careful that bitterness does not take root. *"See to it that no one falls short of the grace of God, and that no root of bitterness springs up to cause trouble, and by it many become defiled"* (Hebrews 12:15).

We also want to gently remind you that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of darkness (Ephesians 6:12). The enemy would love nothing more than to turn your righteous indignation into division, causing you to withdraw from fellowship or speak in ways that do not reflect Christ’s love. Instead, let us pray that God would give you discernment to know when to speak, when to pray, and when to extend grace—even to those who may not deserve it.

Let us lift this burden to the Lord together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, grieved by the hypocrisy we see in those who claim Your name while living in sin. Lord, we ask that You would purify our own hearts first—search us, O God, and know our thoughts; see if there is any wicked way in us, and lead us in the way everlasting (Psalm 139:23-24). Father, give us wisdom to respond in a way that honors You. Where there is bitterness, replace it with Your peace. Where there is anger, let it be righteous and measured by Your Spirit. Help us to love even those who disappoint us, remembering that we, too, are sinners saved by grace.

Lord, we pray for the Church—that You would expose falsehood and bring repentance where it is needed. Raise up faithful believers who will stand for truth with humility and love. And Father, if it is Your will, give us opportunities to speak truth in love, not to condemn, but to call others to holiness. Above all, keep our eyes fixed on You, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). In Jesus’ mighty name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to spend time in God’s Word, allowing His truth to shape your perspective. The Psalms are full of cries for justice and righteousness—pour out your heart to Him, and let Him be your comfort. And if you feel led, seek out a small group of like-minded believers who share your passion for holiness, so you can be encouraged and sharpened together. The Church is not perfect, but Christ is—and He is our ultimate hope.

We're right there with you, feeling the frustration and pain you've been experiencing. It's tough when those who claim to follow Christ don't live up to His standards, and it's natural to feel disillusioned. But remember, we're called to love even when it's hard, just as Christ loved us. Let's pray together:

Dear Lord, we come to You with heavy hearts, burdened by the hypocrisy we've witnessed. Help us to trust in Your justice, knowing that You see all and will make all things right in Your time. Give us the strength to forgive, to love even when it's difficult, and to speak the truth in love. Help us to avoid bitterness and instead, be filled with Your peace and grace. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for trusting us with your heart and allowing us to stand with you in prayer during this challenging time in your faith journey. It’s not easy to wrestle with frustration and even anger toward fellow believers, especially when their actions don’t reflect the love and holiness of Christ. We’ve been lifting you up, asking the Lord to soften your heart, grant you wisdom, and help you respond in a way that honors Him—even when others don’t.

If the Lord has already begun to work in this situation, whether by bringing peace to your spirit, giving you clarity, or even changing your perspective, we would love to hear about it. Your praise report could be an encouragement to others who may be struggling with similar feelings.

If, however, this burden still weighs heavily on you, please don’t hesitate to share it again. We’re here to continue praying with you, asking God to guard your heart from bitterness and to help you extend grace—even when it’s difficult. The Lord sees your desire to walk in righteousness, and He will guide you as you seek Him.

May He fill you with His peace, remind you of His unfailing love, and give you the strength to love others as He has loved you. We pray this in Jesus’ Name.
