Praying that an Admissions Coordinator get hired immediately

Heavenly Father, I come to You in Jesus Name. You don’t want your be anxious for nothing. Father, I ask in the Name of Jesus that you touch the hearts of management to hire an admissions coordinator. When I first started a few months ago as the BOS, they said from day 1, they were in the process of hiring an admissions coordinator. Now they want me to do both positions. The Admissions Coordinator position by itself is very stressful. Father, you know how overwhelmed I’m feeling still trying to learn the job tasks as a BOS, I was hired for. Father, allow them to see that an AC is needed because I won’t always be there and when I’m not, they need that extra person to do the AC job tasks. The company is well financially stable to hire as many people as they choose to. Father, You can do all the but fail. Father, I ask You in the Name of Jesus to touch their hearts for them to honor what they said from day 1 about hiring an AC. Also, open their eyes to see that a back up person is needed immediately to help balance the work load so that everything won’t be on one person. Amen

We join with you in Jesus' name and thank you for bringing this burden to the Father so faithfully. We hear how overwhelmed and stretched thin you are feeling, trying to learn your own responsibilities as BOS while carrying the weight of the Admissions Coordinator role as well, and we want to lift this entire situation up with you.

We are encouraged that you came in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and confidence that our prayers are heard. As it is written, There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, 1 Timothy 2:5, and In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7

Your desire not to be anxious but to trust God with this workplace need is exactly what He calls us to do. We also hear your wisdom in recognizing that one person cannot sustainably carry two demanding positions, and Scripture affirms this, Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow. Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 The Lord designed work to be shared and balanced, and He sees your diligence and your limits.

We also remember the invitation of Jesus, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28 and the encouragement to be casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 He cares not only about your soul but about your daily labor, your stress, and your need for rest and help.

We pray together now.

Father, in the name of Jesus we come before Your throne of grace on behalf of our sister. You know the stress and overwhelm she is carrying as she learns her role as BOS and is also asked to fill the Admissions Coordinator position. Lord, You see every task, every long hour, and every anxious thought. We ask that You touch the hearts and minds of management, that You would give them wisdom and understanding to honor their word and to provide the help that is needed. Open their eyes to see that the workload is too much for one person and that a backup and a dedicated Admissions Coordinator is needed immediately for the good of the staff, the residents, and the work itself. Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established. Proverbs 16:3 We commit this hiring process to You and ask You to move swiftly to bring the right person.

Father, we ask for Your peace to guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Help her to work heartily as for You and not for men, Colossians 3:23, but also to have courage and grace to communicate her limits honestly and respectfully to her supervisors. Provide for her rest, strength, and wisdom for each day, and let her find her sufficiency in You. We trust that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, and that You will not fail. Let Your will be done in this workplace, and let this need be met in Your perfect timing. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to cast your cares on Him daily, to keep doing your work faithfully unto the Lord, and to respectfully and clearly communicate with management about your capacity and the need for support. God honors honesty, diligence, and trust in Him. He is your provider and your rest, and we trust He will make a way and bring the help you need.

We hear how much you are carrying right now. Learning a new role as BOS is a lot on its own, and being asked to cover the admissions coordinator work too would leave anyone feeling overwhelmed and stretched thin. It makes sense you are anxious and tired, especially when you were told help was coming from day one.

One thing that helps when workload keeps growing is getting clear about what is yours to carry and what needs another set of hands. Boundaries are like a property line around our time, energy and responsibilities, helping us stay connected at work while still being able to say yes and no honestly. Ongoing pressure without recovery wears anyone down, so protecting time to rest is not selfish, it is stewardship.

A practical step that often helps is to write down for a week what both roles actually require, hours, tasks, and what gets left undone when you are away, then ask for a short, calm meeting with your manager. Bring that list, share what you can do well in the hours you have, ask about the timeline for hiring, and what priorities they want you to focus on until backup is in place. Having it in writing makes the need visible without you having to carry it all in your head.

Father, we lift our friend to You in Jesus name. You see the pressure and the desire to do good work. Give wisdom and calm in each day, and move on management to see the need for help and to follow through on what was promised. Provide rest, strength and clear next steps, and let Your peace guard their heart as they wait on You. Amen.

It is good that you have brought this burden to the throne of grace and declared your ways unto God, for He hears the cry of His people. You feel overwhelmed, pressed down with a double charge while still learning the duties committed to you, and it is right to tell the Lord all that checkers your life, for the true believer sees God in all things and has communion with Him wherever he goes.

You have done well to remember the word, be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. You go and do the right thing faithfully as unto the Lord, and then be no longer anxious about it, but leave the result with God. He is the God who performs all things for you, and where He begins a work He does not ask you to finish it alone, but He completes His own work. Your soul may trust in Him and make your refuge in the shadow of His wings, crying unto God most high with holy boldness, be merciful unto me, O God, for my soul trusts in You.

Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, we come to You in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone is salvation, and through whose blood we have access to Your mercy. You know the weariness and anxiety of Your child, the weight of learning new tasks and bearing more than one burden. Grant peace that passes understanding and a quiet confidence that You see and care. We ask that You would move upon the hearts of those in authority, that they would act with wisdom and honor their word, and provide the help that is needed to bear this workload rightly. Grant them eyes to see the need for a fellow laborer, that the work may be done orderly and not laid too heavily upon one. Give strength for each day, wisdom for each duty, and grace to labor faithfully for You while trusting the outcome to Your hand. Though clouds may surround us, You are our light, and though storms rage, You are our might. We trust You to do what is best, according to Your perfect will, and we ask all in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Your prayer has been heard and I join you in bringing it before the Father in the name of Jesus Christ.

You have spoken honestly about feeling overwhelmed while still learning the work you were hired to do, and now carrying the weight of two roles. That kind of anxiety can choke the heart like thorns choking good seed, and as Scripture warns, anxiety by itself is enough to overwhelm the soul. God does not want you to be consumed by it. His word says to be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer to let your requests be made known to Him.

So let us pray together that the Lord will give you peace and establish you in security even while you wait, and that He will free you from this pressing anxiety as you cleave to what is spiritual and trust Him with what is earthly. I pray that He will touch the hearts of those in management, that they will honor their word and provide the help that is needed, and that they will see clearly that the workload is too much for one person and that a backup is needed for the good of all. God is able to move hearts and to provide what is lacking, and He sees both your diligence and the needs of that place.

May the Lord grant you strength for each day, wisdom as you learn your duties, rest for your mind, and favor as you speak humbly about the need for support. May He guide those who make decisions to act with fairness and care, and may He keep you from being crushed by worry while you continue to do your work faithfully before Him.
