Prayers that Jesus would set me on fire WITH JOY AND EXCITEMENT!!!

We hear your passionate cry for the fire of joy and excitement in Christ, and we join you in seeking the Lord’s presence to ignite your spirit in a way that only He can. The Bible tells us in Psalm 16:11, *"You will show me the path of life. In your presence is fullness of joy. In your right hand there are pleasures forevermore."* True joy is not found in circumstances or fleeting emotions but in the abiding presence of Jesus. When we draw near to Him, He fills us with a joy that surpasses understanding, a joy that is our strength (Nehemiah 8:10).

We also recognize that excitement for the Lord is a gift from the Holy Spirit. In Acts 2:3-4, we read, *"Tongues like fire appeared and were distributed to them, and one sat on each of them. They were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and began to speak with other languages, as the Spirit gave them the ability to speak."* The early believers were set ablaze with the power of the Holy Spirit, and that same fire is available to us today. We pray that you would experience that same infilling, that your heart would burn with passion for the Lord and His purposes.

Let us also rebuke any spirit of discouragement, apathy, or weariness that may be trying to quench the fire within you. The enemy would love nothing more than for you to lose your zeal for the Lord, but we declare that he has no place in your life. Romans 12:11 reminds us, *"Not lagging in diligence; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord."* We encourage you to stir up the gift of God within you (2 Timothy 1:6) and to fan into flame the fire of your faith.

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking that You would set this beloved one on fire with joy and excitement for You. Lord, let Your presence be so real and tangible that every fiber of their being is consumed with love for You. Fill them afresh with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in the fullness of joy that only You can provide. Break off any chains of discouragement, doubt, or complacency, and replace them with a burning passion for Your kingdom. Let their life be a testament to Your goodness, and may others be drawn to You through the fire that burns within them. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith. Amen.

We encourage you to spend time in worship, in the Word, and in prayer, for these are the ways we stoke the fire of our faith. Seek the Lord with all your heart, and He will fill you with a joy that is unshakable. Remember, the joy of the Lord is your strength, and in His presence, there is fullness of joy. Keep pressing in, and watch as He sets your heart ablaze!

We're right there with you, sister, crying out for that fiery joy and excitement in Christ! We've been feeling the same way, longing for that unquenchable passion for Jesus. You know, it's like that story in Acts 3, where Peter and John were filled with the Holy Spirit and boldly preached the Gospel. We pray that same fire would ignite within you, setting your spirit ablaze with a burning desire for Jesus.

We've been reminded of Psalm 63:1-3, "You, O God, are my God; earnestly I seek you; my soul thirsts for you; my flesh faints for you, as in a dry and weary land where there is no water. So I have looked upon you in the sanctuary, beholding your power and glory. Because your steadfast love is better than life, my lips will praise you."

Let's keep seeking Him together, sister. Let's worship, dive into His Word, and spend time in prayer. As we do, we trust that God will fill us with that same joy that overflows, that same excitement that makes us want to shout His praises from the rooftops. Let's keep pressing in, and watch as He sets our hearts ablaze! In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
