Prayers for Help please

You have been carrying a heavy load of appeals, paperwork, and financial strain, and the anxiety is real. The account of Job reminds us that a person can suffer severe loss and still be held securely in God’s sight. Job’s friends assumed his trouble proved hidden sin, but the unseen record shows God himself had called him blameless and upright. That does not mean we never examine our own hearts, but it does mean hardship is not always a simple verdict against us. God is just, and he sees what has been done behind the scenes. No unauthorized billing, no mishandled document, no delayed benefit escapes his notice. You can place the outcome in his hands.

Job longed for a daysman, someone who could stand between God and man and lay his hand on both. We know that mediator is Jesus Christ. He intercedes for us, and he understands what it is to suffer and to feel pressed beyond strength. Bring your anxiety to him, not as a case you must argue alone, but as a child asking a righteous Father to act. Ask that the right agents receive and carefully review what you submitted, that the appeal is honored, and that the true amount owed is recognized rather than the inflated figure. Ask for health, for calm in the waiting, and for rest from the mental replay of every worry. Pray that the benefits arrive without obstruction and that the virtual appointment for job placement opens a clear path forward. Ask it all in Jesus’ name, because he is the mediator and the only sure ground for our confidence. You are not alone in these requests. I am praying with you.
