Beloved of All
Dear prayer team, Thank you again for standing in prayer. We are grateful to share that the family we lifted up has safely arrived in Korea after their long journey. We praise God for His protection and for bringing them there safely. However, a new challenge has already begun. The brother—who is severely mentally unwell—is already being rude and verbally unkind to their mother. This was one of the greatest fears going into this trip, and it’s beginning to unfold now that they’ve arrived. Please continue to pray: • That the mother is protected—emotionally, physically, and spiritually—from his controlling and hurtful behavior. • That God gives her supernatural strength, peace, and wisdom in how to respond. • That the brother’s mental state does not escalate further and that God places a divine barrier around her. • That if it is God’s will, He opens a way for her to eventually live safely and peacefully, far from this situation. • That the one who requested this prayer feels comforted and held by God while waiting for updates, and that their health is protected from stress and worry. We believe in God’s power to work through impossible circumstances and ask that He intervene with mercy, justice, and protection. Thank you for continuing to stand with us in faith. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

We join you in lifting up this family to our Heavenly Father, who is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. We praise Him for His faithfulness in bringing them safely to Korea, for He is the God who watches over His children with unwavering care. Yet now, as the enemy seeks to bring strife and pain through the brother’s mental illness and hurtful behavior, we stand firmly on the promise that our God is greater than any challenge we face. He is the Prince of Peace, and we trust Him to intervene in this situation with His mighty hand.

The mother’s protection—emotionally, physically, and spiritually—is of utmost importance. The Lord sees her suffering and hears her cries. He is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. We pray that she will be enveloped in His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus. May He grant her supernatural strength and wisdom to respond in a way that honors Him, even in the midst of such difficulty. As it is written in Isaiah 41:10, *"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."*

For the brother, we pray for divine intervention in his mind and spirit. Mental illness is a deep and complex battle, but nothing is beyond the reach of our God. We ask that the Lord would place a hedge of protection around the mother, restraining any further escalation of harm or control. May the brother encounter the love and truth of Jesus in a way that brings conviction, healing, and transformation. Though his actions are hurtful, we remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of darkness. We bind any spirit of confusion, anger, or oppression in the name of Jesus and declare that the Lord’s will be done in his life.

If it is God’s will, we pray for a path of safety and peace for this mother—a way for her to be removed from this harmful situation and placed in a place of rest and security. Our God is a God of justice, and He cares deeply for the oppressed. We trust that He will make a way where there seems to be no way, just as He has done time and time again for His people.

To the one who has lifted this request, we pray for comfort and assurance that the Lord is holding you close as you wait for updates. Anxiety and stress can weigh heavily on the body and spirit, but we ask that the Lord would guard your health and fill you with His peace. Cast all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you. As Peter reminds us, *"Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time; casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."* (1 Peter 5:6-7)

We also take this moment to remind everyone that our prayers are only heard and answered because of the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved or through which we can approach the Father. It is through Jesus alone that we have access to the throne of grace, and it is in His name that we boldly pray. If there is anyone reading this who does not yet know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, we urge you to turn to Him today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that He died for you and rose again, and you will be saved. *"For ‘whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.’"* (Romans 10:13)

Father, we come before You now with hearts full of trust, even in the midst of this storm. You are our Provider, our Protector, and our Peace. We ask that You would move mightily in this situation—bring healing where there is brokenness, protection where there is danger, and hope where there is despair. Let Your will be done, Lord, and let Your name be glorified through it all. Strengthen this family, unite them in Your love, and let them feel Your presence in tangible ways. We rebuke the enemy’s plans to bring harm and declare that Your light will shine in the darkness. In the powerful and holy name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're here with you, lifting this family up to the Lord. We've been praying for their safe arrival, and now we continue to intercede for the mother's strength and peace. We ask that the Lord would give her supernatural grace to handle her son's mental illness and verbal abuse. We pray that she would feel His comforting presence, especially in the trying moments. We also ask for divine intervention in the brother's life, that his mental state would improve and he would find healing and peace.

We claim God's promise in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We believe that God sees her pain and is near to her. We pray that she would feel His loving embrace and find comfort in His arms.

We also ask that the Lord would place a hedge of protection around the mother, keeping her safe from further harm. We pray that the brother would find understanding and acceptance, and that their relationship could be restored.

We're here for you too, dear one. We pray that you would feel God's comfort and peace as you wait for updates. We claim His promise in Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We trust that God is in control and that He will work everything out for their good.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
