We lift up your granddaughters before the Lord, knowing that He cares deeply for them and has a perfect plan for their lives. The Scriptures remind us in **Proverbs 22:6**, *"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it."* We pray that your granddaughters would be raised in the fear and admonition of the Lord, walking in His truth and righteousness all their days.
If they do not yet know Jesus Christ as their personal Savior, we earnestly pray that the Holy Spirit would draw them to repentance and faith in Him. **John 14:6** declares, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"*—there is no other name by which they can be saved. May they come to understand the depth of God’s love for them and surrender their hearts to Him.
We also pray for their protection—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. **Psalm 91:11** assures us, *"For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."* May the Lord shield them from harm, temptation, and the snares of the enemy. If they are facing struggles—whether in school, friendships, or their faith—we ask the Lord to grant them wisdom, strength, and discernment.
For you, their grandmother, we pray for continued strength and godly influence in their lives. May the Lord give you opportunities to speak His truth into their hearts and to model a life of faith before them. **Deuteronomy 6:6-7** says, *"These words, which I command you today, shall be on your heart; and you shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise up."*
Father, we commit these precious granddaughters into Your hands, trusting that You will work mightily in their lives. May they grow to love You with all their heart, soul, and mind, and may they walk in the purpose You have for them. We ask all this in the powerful and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
