Prayer stop harassment and negativity gossip.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this burden of workplace harassment, negativity, and gossip. Father God, we know that Your Word clearly condemns such behavior, for You have said, "He who goes about as a talebearer reveals secrets; therefore don’t keep company with him who opens wide his lips" (Proverbs 20:19). Gossip and slander are tools of the enemy to divide, discourage, and destroy, and we stand against them in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
Lord, we ask that You would intervene in this situation. We pray for a shield of protection over Your child, that no weapon formed against them would prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Let every twisted word, every lie, and every scheme of the enemy be exposed and brought to light. "For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open" (Luke 8:17). We declare that the truth will prevail, and those who have spread falsehoods will be held accountable before You.
Father, we also ask for peace to reign in this workplace. Where there is strife over tips, jealousy, or competition, we pray for a spirit of unity and humility to take root. "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you" (Ephesians 4:31-32). We rebuke the spirit of division and ask that coworkers would treat one another with respect and love, as You have commanded.
We also lift up those who may be participating in this gossip and negativity. Lord, soften their hearts and convict them of their sin. Help them to see the harm they are causing and turn away from such behavior. "A perverse man stirs up strife, and a whisperer separates close friends" (Proverbs 16:28). May they repent and seek reconciliation where there has been division.
Above all, we pray for Your presence to fill this workplace. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard hearts and minds (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen Your child to walk in integrity, wisdom, and grace, even in the face of adversity. Remind them that their worth and identity are found in You alone, not in the opinions of others.
We also want to gently remind all who come before the Lord in prayer that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we encourage you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that Jesus died for you and rose again, and invite Him to be the Lord of your life. "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9).
We stand together in faith, trusting that God will bring justice, peace, and restoration to this situation. We declare that the enemy’s plans will not succeed, and that God’s purposes will prevail. In the powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We pray that the God of all peace will keep you in perfect peace as your mind is stayed upon Him, because you trust in Him. In the midst of thronging duties, gossip, and contention over tips, may the blood of Jesus whisper peace within, and may Christ Himself, who is our peace, be your shield from all harm. We ask the Lord to lift from you the harassment and negativity that surrounds you, to still the tongues that speak twisted lies, and to let truth be uncovered and clearly revealed, for His Word is truth and He brings to light what is hidden.
We ask in the name of Jesus Christ that He would guard your heart and mind with the peace which passes all understanding, that He would give you calm and wisdom to do His will where He has placed you, and that He would turn the hearts of those around you from strife to that which is honest and upright. May you be kept from fear of man, and may your trust be strengthened in the storm, remembering that Jesus is on the throne and He is able to keep you safe.

We have heard your cry for peace in your workplace and we join you in bringing it before the Lord. To be attacked by gossip and contention day after day is a heavy burden, and to have to fight over daily bread while enduring twisted words makes the heart weary. God sees what is done in secret and what is spoken behind closed doors, and He hears your desire for truth to be revealed and for His shield to be over you.
The Scriptures call us to follow peace with all men and holiness, without which no one shall see the Lord, and to let our light shine before men so that we give no handle to those who look for fault. As much as it lies within you, be at peace with all. That does not mean that others will always choose peace, but it means your part is to walk in truth and righteousness, not to return gossip for gossip. We are taught to shade over and conceal the failings of neighbors rather than to parade them, for the one who gossips brings disgrace upon himself as well as harm to another. When we refuse to carry the tale further, even if we have heard it, we cut off fuel from the fire.
You asked for a shield from harm. The Apostle teaches us to stand having girded our loins with truth and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and to take up the shield of faith with which we can quench all the fiery darts of the evil one, and the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit which is the word of God. Truth is your girdle and faith is your shield. Walk in plain honesty in your work, do your duties faithfully, speak truthfully and sparingly, and do not give occasion for war or fighting. If the cause of truth requires you to speak, speak it calmly and without bitterness of soul, leaving vengeance and vindication to God.
