We join you together in the name of Jesus Christ and bring your workplace burden before the throne of grace, asking our Heavenly Father to bring peace where there is harassment, drama, and harmful gossip.

We understand how heavy it is when your workplace becomes a place of hounding and negative talk, especially when it affects tips from guests and hurts the business itself. God sees what is happening even when others do not, and He cares deeply about justice and your protection. His Word tells us that a perverse man stirs up strife, and a whisperer separates close friends Proverbs 16:28, and that we should not go around as a slanderer among our people Leviticus 19:16. The Lord calls us to let no corrupt speech proceed out of our mouth, but only what is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear Ephesians 4:29. We are also reminded to, if it is possible, as much as it is up to us, be at peace with all men Romans 12:18, and to not avenge ourselves, but give place to God's wrath, for it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19.

We encourage you to continue to do your work with excellence and integrity as unto the Lord and not to men Colossians 3:23, knowing that God honors diligence and a skillful hand will stand before kings Proverbs 22:29. While you trust God for justice and favor, we also encourage you to act wisely, document what is happening, seek godly counsel, and if needed use the proper authorities or leadership at work to address harassment in a calm and truthful way. Do not repay evil for evil, but overcome evil with good, and let your conduct remain above reproach so that no gossip has a true foothold.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and lift up our brother or sister who is facing harassment, drama, and negative gossip at work. Lord, You are our refuge and our fortress, our God in whom we trust Psalm 91:2, and You are a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1. We ask You to place a hedge of full protection around them at work, to silence every tongue that rises against them in judgment, for no weapon that is formed against You shall prosper Isaiah 54:17. Lord, bring justice and truth to light, for You will make Your righteousness shine as the light, and Your justice as the noonday Psalm 37:6. We ask You to rebuke the spirit of gossip and division, to convict those who are hounding and speaking negatively, and to bring peace and unity to that workplace.

Father, we pray You would protect their livelihood, their tips, and the business itself, and that You would restore what has been hurt by this drama. Grant them favor with guests, coworkers, and supervisors, and let their good work be seen and valued. We ask for Your promotion in Your perfect timing, according to Your will, and that You would give them wisdom, strength, and grace to respond with love and professionalism each day. Help them to cast all their anxiety on You, because You care for them 1 Peter 5:7. Let Your peace guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

We thank You, Lord, that You hear us when we pray in Jesus name, for there is no other name under heaven by which we are saved and have access to You Acts 4:12, John 14:6. We trust You to act for justice, to provide protection, and to pour out favor. We pray all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

A practical step that often helps in ongoing workplace strain is to keep a simple private record of what happens, when and where, with brief factual notes. If you have a safe and proper channel at work, like a supervisor or human resources person you trust, that record can help you share concerns clearly and calmly when the time is right. It can also help to have one wise, steady person outside work, perhaps a pastor or mentor, who knows your situation and can pray with you and give perspective week by week.

We are asking God to give you wisdom for each interaction, peace as you work, and guidance for next steps.

Father, we lift them to You and ask for Your protection over their work, for gossip and harassment to stop, and for justice and peace to replace drama. Give wisdom, favor, and strength for each day and open the right doors for their future. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your cry for deliverance from harassment and strife at your place of labor has been heard, and we have carried it before the throne of grace in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

To be hounded by gossip, to have your good name spoken against, and to see your livelihood made bitter by the drama of others is a sore trial. The Lord sees it. He is not blind to the tongue that wounds nor deaf to the whisper that seeks to injure. He who is slow to anger and just in all His ways will not overlook what is done in secret, for every attribute in Him is full and perfect, and justice never eclipses mercy, nor mercy justice.

We would remind you of two great comforts from the Word. First, there is protection for those who walk in the appointed ways of the Lord. He who travels on the King's highway is under the King's protection. Therefore keep to the path of integrity, truth and quiet faithfulness in your daily work. As for the truths God has taught you, grapple them to you, and walk in childlike trust in His providential guidance, waiting upon Him to know what you shall do and daring not to lean upon your own understanding. In such ways angelic keeping is promised, for He shall give His angels charge over thee to keep thee in all thy ways, and this protection is both personal and perpetual to those who abide in Christ.

Second, know that divine justice has been most gloriously displayed at the cross. When justice came forth to punish sin, it fell not upon you who trust in Christ, but upon the Saviour's heart. There the cloud of justice, charged with fiery hail, spent its fury upon Him who bore our sins. Justice once satisfied can never ask for more, and God can now be just and yet the justifier of him that believeth in Jesus. If you are in Christ, you stand accepted not for your own merit but for the sweet savor of His substitutionary sufferings and His vicarious obedience. From that place of acceptance you may plead with confidence, for God must be just according to His promise to hear the repenting and believing sinner.

We have prayed for you after this manner, that the Lord would cause this harassment and hounding to cease, that He would silence the mouth of gossip and restrain those who would hurt your work and your witness. We have asked that He would spread His hand over you for full protection in your labor, that He would vindicate you where you have been wronged, and that His justice would be made manifest in due season. We have also entreated Him for His favor to rest upon you, that if it be His will He would open doors for good and for promotion, not for vainglory but that you might serve Him with greater usefulness and provision. All favor and all lifting up cometh from the Lord, and He exalts in His own time those who humble themselves under His mighty hand.

Continue to commit your cause to Him who judgeth righteously. Do your work heartily as unto the Lord and not unto men, answer reviling with meekness, and overcome evil with good. Leave vengeance in His hands, for He has said He will repay, and trust that He who comes on the wings of the wind to display His favor toward the objects of His choice will not forsake you in this trial.

May the Lord keep you, establish your steps, and cause His peace which passeth understanding to guard your heart and mind through Christ Jesus.

Your request has been heard and I join you in bringing it before our Lord Jesus Christ, asking for His mercy and protection over you at work.

It is a heavy burden when the workplace is filled with harassment, drama, negative gossip and hounding, and when that strife spills over to guests and harms the business itself. Know that God sees what is happening. He loves righteousness and justice, and He does not overlook what is done. As Scripture teaches, the Lord loves righteousness and hates iniquity, and there is no place where justice is forgotten before Him. Even here on earth we see courts and judgments in every house and trade, and how much more does God, whose righteousness is as firm as mountains, care for justice.

I pray for you now in the name of Jesus Christ, that God would stop the harassment and silence the gossip, that He would place a guard over your work and give you full protection, that He would bring true justice where there has been wrong, and that He would grant you favor. May He guide your managers and coworkers to act fairly, without favoritism to rich or poor, and to seek what is right rather than what serves themselves.

At the same time I encourage you to walk in the way that pleases God while you wait for His answer. Do not repay gossip with gossip. We are taught not to parade the failings of our neighbors but to cover them, and not to become gossips ourselves even under the appearance of zeal. Do not pervert justice on your part, but preserve it pure in all you do, showing mercy even as you desire justice, and living for the common good and not only for yourself. Offer your work to God with diligence and excellence of soul, using whatever ability He has given you, whether in protection, in service, or in kindness to others. This is the talent He has entrusted to you.

I ask God to keep your conscience clear and your heart at peace, to deliver you from an evil conscience which itself is punishment, and to lead you in righteousness. If it is His will, may He open the door for promotion and establish the work of your hands, not for pride but for His glory and for the good of all.

May the grace and lovingkindness of our Lord Jesus Christ keep you, guard you from all harm, and lead you into His peace and Kingdom. Amen.

I am praying with you in the name of Jesus Christ for what you are facing at work. To be hounded, to have drama and negative talk spread about you, and to have it affect your income and the business itself is a heavy burden, and it is right to bring it to the Lord and ask for His help, His protection, and His justice.

God sees what is happening. His eyes are in every place, beholding the evil and the good. Nothing that is said or done in secret is hidden from Him. The Scriptures warn that gossip can destroy, that a person with a deceitful mouth can tear down a neighbor, and that harsh and perverse words break the spirit. At the same time we are taught that a gentle and soft answer can turn away wrath while harsh words stir up anger. Ask the Lord to help you to walk in wisdom there, to keep your own speech wholesome and truthful, which is like a tree of life to those around you, and to not return evil for evil.

The Lord is a God of justice and righteousness. He desires that we do what is right and fair, and that justice would prevail where we live and work. Human systems often fail at this. Judgment can be turned backward and true fairness can seem far off, and those who should defend what is right do not always do so. Yet God Himself loves justice and He has not abandoned that concern. He often takes up the cause of those who are oppressed and mistreated. Ultimately there is a true justice that will come from Him, even when people around us are unfair or seek to curry favor with others. Continue to do what is right before Him, to keep judgment and to do justice in your own conduct, because to do what is just and right is more acceptable to the Lord than mere outward observance. Trust Him to be the one who vindicates and who brings things to light in His time.

He is also your protection. As He placed coverings around the earth to shield it from harm, so He is able to cover you. Pray for His hand over your workplace, over your reputation, and over your livelihood. No scheme or lie can remove you from His care. Ask Him to be a shield about you and to guard you from harassment and from any attempt to harm you or your work.

And ask Him for favor. The Scriptures teach that a good name is to be chosen over great riches and that loving favor is better than silver and gold. Favor with God and favor with people comes as we walk in wisdom and faithfulness. A wise servant finds favor with those in authority. Pray that the Lord would give you favor where you work, that your integrity would be seen, and that if promotion is His will for you, He would open that door in His way and time. Promotion that comes from Him is grounded in character and truth.

Let me pray for you.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ I lift up this need to You. You see the harassment, the drama, the gossip and the pressure at work, and how it is affecting both life and livelihood. I ask that You would put a stop to what is harmful and unjust. Silence what is false, restrain what is harassing, and bring peace where there has been strife. Cover this workplace with Your protection and keep this dear one safe under Your hand. Let justice prevail and let truth come to light. Grant favor, both with You and with those in authority, and provide for every practical need, including tips and provision for daily work. Give wisdom to respond with grace and truth, to answer softly and to walk uprightly, and give strength to endure while trusting You.
