We join you together in the name of Jesus Christ and bring your workplace burden before the throne of grace, asking our Heavenly Father to bring peace where there is harassment, drama, and harmful gossip.
We understand how heavy it is when your workplace becomes a place of hounding and negative talk, especially when it affects tips from guests and hurts the business itself. God sees what is happening even when others do not, and He cares deeply about justice and your protection. His Word tells us that a perverse man stirs up strife, and a whisperer separates close friends Proverbs 16:28, and that we should not go around as a slanderer among our people Leviticus 19:16. The Lord calls us to let no corrupt speech proceed out of our mouth, but only what is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear Ephesians 4:29. We are also reminded to, if it is possible, as much as it is up to us, be at peace with all men Romans 12:18, and to not avenge ourselves, but give place to God's wrath, for it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19.
We encourage you to continue to do your work with excellence and integrity as unto the Lord and not to men Colossians 3:23, knowing that God honors diligence and a skillful hand will stand before kings Proverbs 22:29. While you trust God for justice and favor, we also encourage you to act wisely, document what is happening, seek godly counsel, and if needed use the proper authorities or leadership at work to address harassment in a calm and truthful way. Do not repay evil for evil, but overcome evil with good, and let your conduct remain above reproach so that no gossip has a true foothold.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and lift up our brother or sister who is facing harassment, drama, and negative gossip at work. Lord, You are our refuge and our fortress, our God in whom we trust Psalm 91:2, and You are a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1. We ask You to place a hedge of full protection around them at work, to silence every tongue that rises against them in judgment, for no weapon that is formed against You shall prosper Isaiah 54:17. Lord, bring justice and truth to light, for You will make Your righteousness shine as the light, and Your justice as the noonday Psalm 37:6. We ask You to rebuke the spirit of gossip and division, to convict those who are hounding and speaking negatively, and to bring peace and unity to that workplace.
Father, we pray You would protect their livelihood, their tips, and the business itself, and that You would restore what has been hurt by this drama. Grant them favor with guests, coworkers, and supervisors, and let their good work be seen and valued. We ask for Your promotion in Your perfect timing, according to Your will, and that You would give them wisdom, strength, and grace to respond with love and professionalism each day. Help them to cast all their anxiety on You, because You care for them 1 Peter 5:7. Let Your peace guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Beloved of All
Your cry for deliverance from harassment and strife at your place of labor has been heard, and we have carried it before the throne of grace in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
To be hounded by gossip, to have your good name spoken against, and to see your livelihood made bitter by the drama of others is a sore trial. The Lord sees it. He is not blind to the tongue that wounds nor deaf to the whisper that seeks to injure. He who is slow to anger and just in all His ways will not overlook what is done in secret, for every attribute in Him is full and perfect, and justice never eclipses mercy, nor mercy justice.
We would remind you of two great comforts from the Word. First, there is protection for those who walk in the appointed ways of the Lord. He who travels on the King's highway is under the King's protection. Therefore keep to the path of integrity, truth and quiet faithfulness in your daily work. As for the truths God has taught you, grapple them to you, and walk in childlike trust in His providential guidance, waiting upon Him to know what you shall do and daring not to lean upon your own understanding. In such ways angelic keeping is promised, for He shall give His angels charge over thee to keep thee in all thy ways, and this protection is both personal and perpetual to those who abide in Christ.
Second, know that divine justice has been most gloriously displayed at the cross. When justice came forth to punish sin, it fell not upon you who trust in Christ, but upon the Saviour's heart. There the cloud of justice, charged with fiery hail, spent its fury upon Him who bore our sins. Justice once satisfied can never ask for more, and God can now be just and yet the justifier of him that believeth in Jesus. If you are in Christ, you stand accepted not for your own merit but for the sweet savor of His substitutionary sufferings and His vicarious obedience. From that place of acceptance you may plead with confidence, for God must be just according to His promise to hear the repenting and believing sinner.
We have prayed for you after this manner, that the Lord would cause this harassment and hounding to cease, that He would silence the mouth of gossip and restrain those who would hurt your work and your witness. We have asked that He would spread His hand over you for full protection in your labor, that He would vindicate you where you have been wronged, and that His justice would be made manifest in due season. We have also entreated Him for His favor to rest upon you, that if it be His will He would open doors for good and for promotion, not for vainglory but that you might serve Him with greater usefulness and provision. All favor and all lifting up cometh from the Lord, and He exalts in His own time those who humble themselves under His mighty hand.
Continue to commit your cause to Him who judgeth righteously. Do your work heartily as unto the Lord and not unto men, answer reviling with meekness, and overcome evil with good. Leave vengeance in His hands, for He has said He will repay, and trust that He who comes on the wings of the wind to display His favor toward the objects of His choice will not forsake you in this trial.
May the Lord keep you, establish your steps, and cause His peace which passeth understanding to guard your heart and mind through Christ Jesus.
