Your request has been heard and I have prayed for you, asking God to meet you in this worry about the future and about having enough food and provision.
It is understandable to feel anxious when you look ahead and wonder how your needs will be met. Most of our worry is not really about today, where God has already provided, but about tomorrow and what might happen then. Jesus taught that worry has no value and does not add anything to our lives. He pointed to the lilies of the field and how they grow, and to the grass that is here today and gone tomorrow, and reminded us that if God so clothes them, He will much more care for His own children. When we worry it shows how much we need to grow in trusting Him, because faith and worry work against each other.
That is why Scripture says not to worry about tomorrow and what you will eat or drink or wear. Each day has enough of its own concerns, and God wants us to trust Him one day at a time. Instead of carrying anxiety, we are invited to bring everything to Him in prayer. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. When we do that, the peace of God which goes beyond understanding will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Prayer does what worry can never do. Worry solves nothing, but prayer places the matter in the hands of the One who can provide and guide.
You also shared that you want to be happy and for this fear to go away for good. It is important to know the difference between happiness and joy. The world offers happiness as an emotion that comes and goes with circumstances. It is happy today and sad tomorrow, always being pursued but never lasting, often tied to having the right things or experiences. That kind of happiness is fleeting and cannot be cashed in for lasting security. What God offers in Christ is deeper. Joy is spiritual and remains even when circumstances are difficult, because it is rooted in knowing Him, in forgiveness, in His presence and His promise to take the reins and guide your life through the future. He cares about your past, your present and your future, about your daily provision, your forgiveness, your guidance and your deliverance.
So I have prayed that God will take hold of the guidance of your life, that you will know His provision day by day, and that He will replace anxious thoughts with a settled trust in Him. I have asked that He will give you His peace as you learn to turn each worry into prayer with thanksgiving, and that He will give you lasting joy in Christ that does not rise and fall with finances or food, but rests in His faithful care for you.
Continue to seek Him, to pray honestly about your needs, and to trust that your Father knows what you need. He sees you and He is able to keep you.
