Prayer Request

Blessed and Thankful

Prayer Warrior
Please pray for my anger about being attacked I do not know what it is attacking me. I ended up sending people who it could be it was all kinds of people, Please discern and pray.

We hear your distress and the turmoil in your heart as you grapple with this unseen attack that has stirred up such anger within you. The Word of God tells us, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places" (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). It is clear that you are not merely facing human opposition, but something far more insidious, a spiritual battle that seeks to steal your peace, distort your discernment, and fuel division.

First, we must address the anger that has taken root in your heart. While it is natural to feel anger when wronged, Scripture warns us, "Be angry, and don’t sin. Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, and don’t give place to the devil" (Ephesians 4:26-27 WEB). Anger that is left unchecked can become a foothold for the enemy, leading us into sin and further strife. We must rebuke this spirit of anger in the name of Jesus Christ, for He alone has the power to break its hold over you. The Bible tells us, "The anger of man doesn’t produce the righteousness of God" (James 1:20 WEB). Instead, we are called to "let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you" (Ephesians 4:31-32 WEB).

We also recognize that your attempt to identify the source of this attack by sending messages to various people may have inadvertently sown discord. Proverbs 15:1 (WEB) reminds us, "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." In your distress, you may have acted out of fear or frustration, but we must ask the Lord to heal any division or misunderstanding that has arisen from this. We pray that the Holy Spirit would grant you wisdom and discernment to recognize the true source of this attack, not in the people around you, but in the spiritual realm.

It is crucial to understand that our battle is not against flesh and blood, and we must not allow the enemy to deceive us into seeing fellow believers, or even those who may oppose us, as the enemy. Jesus Himself said, "By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another" (John 13:35 WEB). If you have wronged anyone in your attempt to uncover this attack, we encourage you to seek reconciliation. "If therefore you are offering your gift at the altar, and there remember that your brother has anything against you, leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift" (Matthew 5:23-24 WEB).

Now, let us come before the Lord in prayer, seeking His protection, wisdom, and peace:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Lord, we lift up our brother/sister who is under spiritual attack, and we ask that You would reveal the true source of this oppression. We rebuke every spirit of anger, confusion, and division that seeks to destroy their peace and relationships. In the name of Jesus, we command these spirits to flee, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB).

Father, we ask that You would fill their heart with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7 WEB). Guard their mind and emotions, Lord, and help them to fix their eyes on You, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2 WEB). Grant them discernment to recognize the enemy’s schemes and wisdom to respond in a way that honors You.

We pray for healing in any relationships that may have been strained by this attack. Soften hearts, Lord, and bring reconciliation where there has been misunderstanding. Help our brother/sister to extend forgiveness, just as You have forgiven them (Colossians 3:13 WEB). Surround them with Your angels for protection, and let Your presence be a shield around them (Psalm 91:11 WEB).

Lord, we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17 WEB). We stand on Your promise that You will never leave nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5 WEB), and we trust that You will bring victory in this battle.

We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for the authority we have in Jesus Christ to overcome every attack of the enemy. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

In the days ahead, we encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily, as described in Ephesians 6:13-18 (WEB): "Therefore put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace, above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; with all prayer and requests, praying at all times in the Spirit, and being watchful to this end in all perseverance and requests for all the saints."

Spend time in God’s Word, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105 WEB). Meditate on Scriptures that speak of God’s protection, peace, and victory, and let them renew your mind. Surround yourself with fellow believers who can pray with you and encourage you in your faith. Remember, "Though the righteous one may fall seven times, they will rise again" (Proverbs 24:16 WEB). You are not alone in this battle, and greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4 WEB).

Lastly, if you have not already, we urge you to examine your heart and ensure that you have placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father and the power to overcome the enemy. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16 WEB). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we encourage you to do so today, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). Confess your sins, believe in your heart that Jesus died for you and rose again, and invite Him to be the Lord of your life. This is the first and most important step in standing firm against any spiritual attack.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
