Beloved of All
Dear Lord, thank you for your goodness. I pray for good rest, for ###’s health, for my ###, for healing for my ###, and against lustful thoughts

We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of compassion and concern for your needs, lifting them up in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We are so grateful that you acknowledge the goodness of the Lord, for His mercies endure forever (Psalm 136:1).

First, we join you in praying for good rest. The Lord gives His beloved sleep (Psalm 127:2), and we ask that He grant you peaceful and rejuvenating rest, free from anxiety and worry. May your body, mind, and spirit be refreshed as you trust in Him.

For ’s health, we pray for complete healing and restoration. The Lord is our healer (Exodus 15:26), and we ask that He touch with His healing hand. Strengthen their body, renew their energy, and grant them wisdom to care for their health in a way that honors Him.

For your , we lift them up, asking the Lord to draw near to them. May they experience the peace of God that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). If there are struggles or burdens they are carrying, we pray that the Lord would lighten their load and fill them with His joy and hope.

For the healing of your , we stand on the promise that by His stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We pray for physical, emotional, and spiritual healing, trusting that the Lord is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). May His healing power flow through every part of their being.

Regarding the struggle with lustful thoughts, we must address this with truth and grace. The Bible is clear that lust is a sin that defiles the heart and leads us away from God’s best (Matthew 5:28). We rebuke these thoughts in the name of Jesus and ask that the Lord would renew your mind and strengthen you to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5). Flee from sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18) and fill your mind with whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and admirable (Philippians 4:8). We pray that the Lord would give you a holy desire to honor Him with your body, which is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your goodness and mercy, which follow us all the days of our lives. Lord, we ask for rest for this dear one, rest that refreshes their body, soul, and spirit. Grant them peaceful sleep and renew their strength.

We lift up to You, asking for healing and restoration in every area of their life. Touch them with Your healing hand, Lord, and make them whole. For their , we pray that You would draw near, comfort them, and fill them with Your peace. Strengthen their faith and help them to trust in You.

For the healing of their , we stand on Your promise of healing. We ask that You would restore them completely, Lord, and let Your healing power flow through every part of their being. We declare that by Your stripes, they are healed.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of lust that seeks to ensnare this dear one. Cleanse their mind and heart, Lord, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. Give them the strength to resist temptation and the wisdom to flee from every appearance of evil. Renew their mind with Your Word and help them to honor You in all they do.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.

We encourage you to meditate on God’s Word daily, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). Surround yourself with fellow believers who can support and encourage you in your walk with Christ. Remember, the Lord is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear (1 Corinthians 10:13). Stand firm in your faith, and He will strengthen and protect you.

Thank you for letting us carry these burdens with you. We are praying for good rest, for the health and healing of the people you love, and for strength in the struggle against lustful thoughts you named. That is a lot to hold at once, and you do not have to hold it alone.

When lustful thoughts press in, a simple plan can help. Turn your attention elsewhere quickly, ask the Lord to redirect your mind, and be honest with a mature Christian friend you trust. Regular check-ins with that person can make the battle feel far less isolated. For rest, try handing each concern to the Lord by name before you lie down, then let the day close there.

Father, thank You for Your goodness. We ask for deep and peaceful sleep, for Your healing touch on the ones this person is caring about, and for steady strength and a renewed mind in the fight against lust. Surround them with trustworthy support and make Your presence very near. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

You have asked for rest, for health, for healing, and for victory over lustful thoughts, and you have thanked God for His goodness. It is well. Bring every one of these before God through Jesus Christ alone. There is no other name under heaven whereby we must be saved, and no other fountain opened for sin and for uncleanness.

Rest first. Do not seek rest merely in sleep, or in the absence of trouble, or in a quiet circumstance. True rest is rest in Christ, given now and not only after death. It is rest found in taking His yoke, not casting it off. Learn of Him, and you shall find rest unto your soul. Even in service the believer rests; there is rest on the wing, rest in motion. Pray then for this deeper rest, and trust your body and your nights to the same Lord. He who gives His beloved sleep knows your frame.

For the health and healing you desire for others, bring them to the one great Physician. There grows no healing herb but the one plant of renown. There is one sacred fountain opened on Calvary. Pray for their bodies, yes, but pray still more for their souls, for pardon and healing go together. The Lord can make even the leaves of His tree to be for the healing of the nations, and He is able to restore according to His will. Rest the case in His hands, and do not murmur if His answer is not what you have prescribed. His thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are His ways your ways.

You also mention certain persons whose names you have not written out, one you call your own and another for whom you seek healing. Whatever those hidden names represent, bring every relation under the law of Christ. Do not ask God to bless anything that runs against His holy law. Salvation is in Jesus Christ alone. Marriage is the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and the marriage bed is pure only within that covenant. No union of a man and woman is blessed while they live together or lie together outside it. If your request concerns a lawful relation, you may freely bring it to the Lord. If it concerns any bond, desire, or situation contrary to Scripture, the prayer God hears is not "Bless it" but "Forgive me, cleanse me, and deliver me from it." Purity is the great open separator of Christians from the world. Let no affection be placed where God has forbidden it.

Last, against lustful thoughts. Do not only pray against them; fight against them. Bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ. God's thoughts are not your thoughts, and your thoughts must be conformed to His, or you cannot walk with Him. The moment the thought knocks, do not parley with it. Carry it to the cross and ask the Lord to wash your feet from any spots of the world. Christ is able to give you a clean heart and a right spirit. His grace can keep the mind when the body is weary and the night is long. Charity and purity are the two garments of Christianity. Ask the Lord to clothe you with both, and to make you jealous over your heart with a holy jealousy.

Pray, trust, and watch. You shall not have perfect rest here, but there remains a rest for the people of God. The Lord will bring you safely through every battle if you rest on Jesus.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Thank you for sharing your prayer request and for beginning with thanksgiving for the goodness of God. That grateful heart is itself a gift from Him and a good foundation for all prayer.

We join you in prayer before the Lord for what you have asked.

We pray for good rest for you. Scripture teaches that there remains a rest for the people of God, and that our hope is laid up in heaven. We are not to seek our final rest here, but to set our hope on what God has prepared for those who love Him. At the same time we can ask Him for daily renewal, for quiet sleep and for strength to labor to enter that true rest without hardening our hearts.

We pray also for health and for healing for you and for those you love whom you mentioned. God knows each name and each need even where it was withheld here, and He is the source of all healing and life. We ask Him to show mercy, to restore strength according to His will, and to give patience and comfort in affliction.

We pray with you especially against lustful thoughts. These desires belong to the care of this world and the deceitfulness that chokes the word, and hearing alone is not sufficient for salvation. We must act and watch and turn away. Be encouraged that no temptation has taken you except what is common to man, and God is faithful. He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able to bear, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, so that you may be able to endure it. When those thoughts come, turn quickly to prayer, to Scripture, and to pure and needful work, and ask God to provide that way out. He gives patience and brings release.

May the Lord keep you, strengthen you to do what you hear from His word, guard your mind, and grant you rest, health, and holiness as you walk with Him. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have salvation and access to the Father. Amen.

Thank you for sharing this honest prayer request and for beginning with thanksgiving. Gratitude honors God and sets our hearts in the right place to bring every other need to Him.

I join you in praying for good rest. God presents sleep as a gift to His people, and He is able to quiet an anxious heart and grant peaceful rest as you trust Him. It also helps to steward the body He has given you with simple faithfulness in daily habits, regular rhythms, and care for your health, asking Him to bless those means and to restore strength.

I also pray with you for health and for healing. Scripture shows that God cares about our bodies and that He is compassionate toward the sick. He is able to heal, and He invites us to ask Him for healing while we also walk wisely in caring for the body through cleanliness, moderation, and sound choices. At the same time, healing rests in His perfect will and timing, so we bring these needs to Him with trust, asking for His mercy and for patience as we wait on Him, knowing that waiting itself can shape patience and deepen faith.

Regarding lustful thoughts, be encouraged that temptation itself is not sin. Even Jesus was tempted, yet without sin. Temptation is common to everyone, and God does not solicit anyone to evil. That solicitation comes from the enemy and from our own desires. The sin comes when desire is allowed to conceive and we choose to follow it instead of God's path. Temptation often whispers that you can have immediate fulfillment if you step off God's way, but that path leads to sin and sin in the end brings death.

So in each temptation there is a decision, whether to walk according to the flesh or according to the Spirit. Lust is not satisfied by feeding it, it is only starved to death as you turn from it and feed the Spirit instead. The most powerful help God has given is His Word hidden in the heart. When Jesus was tempted in the areas of the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, He answered with Scripture, and that is our pattern too. Much of what the world calls love outside of God's design for marriage between one man and one woman is in truth lust seeking to use rather than to love, and it fades because the world and its desires are passing away. God's way remains.

So bring the thought immediately to Him in prayer, turn your eyes away, do not linger on the image or fantasy, and replace it with Scripture and with prayer. Memorize verses that speak directly to purity and to walking in the Spirit, and quote them when the thought comes. Ask God to renew your mind and to help you choose the Spirit's way in that moment.

Let me pray for you. Father, thank You for Your goodness and for hearing us through Jesus Christ alone. I ask You to grant peaceful, restorative rest and to guard this heart and mind in Christ. I ask for Your hand upon health and for healing according to Your will, giving wisdom to steward the body well and faith to trust You. And I ask for victory over lustful thoughts, for strength to turn away, to starve what is of the flesh and to walk by Your Spirit, with Your Word ready on the lips and in the heart. Fill this life with Your peace and keep it close to Jesus. Amen.
