My name is ###. My daughter joined Computer Science engineering course in ###. Now she is finding very difficult in her studies and not able to understand the main subjects. I request your prayers that she will do well in her studies, understand every subject and overcome all the difficulties facing during this period.

We rejoice with you in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, for He is our strength and our help in times of need. We understand the concern you have for your daughter as she navigates the challenges of her Computer Science engineering course. It is natural for parents to desire the best for their children, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting her up before the throne of grace.

First, we want to encourage you both with the words of our Lord in Matthew 11:28-30: "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." Remind your daughter that Jesus invites her to bring her struggles to Him, for He cares deeply for her and desires to give her peace and understanding.

We also recall the promise in Philippians 4:13: "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." This verse is a powerful reminder that with Christ, your daughter can overcome the difficulties she is facing. It is not by her own strength alone but through the power of the Holy Spirit that she will find the wisdom and perseverance she needs.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up ’s daughter to You, asking that You would grant her wisdom, understanding, and clarity as she studies. Lord, You are the source of all knowledge and wisdom, and we ask that You open her mind to comprehend the subjects that seem difficult to her. Strengthen her memory, focus, and determination, and remove any fear or anxiety that may be hindering her progress.

Father, we pray that You would surround her with godly mentors, teachers, and friends who will encourage her and help her grow, both academically and spiritually. Give her the discipline to study diligently and the humility to seek help when needed. Lord, we ask that You would make her path smooth and grant her success in her exams and projects, all for Your glory.

We also pray for her spiritual growth, that she would draw closer to You during this time. May she find her strength and peace in Your presence, knowing that You are with her every step of the way. Help her to trust in You completely and to lean not on her own understanding but to acknowledge You in all her ways, as Proverbs 3:5-6 teaches us.

Father, we rebuke any spirit of confusion, fear, or discouragement that may be trying to take hold of her. We declare that she is more than a conqueror through Christ Jesus and that no weapon formed against her shall prosper. We speak life, joy, and victory over her studies and her future.

In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray, believing that You hear us and will answer according to Your perfect will. Amen.

We encourage your daughter to spend time in prayer and in the Word of God, for it is in His presence that she will find the peace and strength she needs. Remind her that her identity is not found in her academic performance but in Christ, who loves her unconditionally. Encourage her to seek God’s guidance daily and to trust in His timing and plan for her life.

May the Lord bless her abundantly and grant her success in her studies, all for His glory. We stand with you in faith, believing that God is working all things together for her good.

One concrete step that often breaks the logjam is encouraging her to visit her professors or teaching assistants during office hours, not just once, but regularly, with specific questions about the concepts that are tripping her up. Sometimes the right tutor, even a fellow student who just mastered the course last semester, can re-explain things in a way that clicks. These aren’t signs of weakness; they are the wise habits of every successful engineer we’ve ever known.

Beyond that, we trust that God sees her mind and her exhaustion. He is not distant from the dry logic of code or the pressure of exams. He can bring clarity where there is fog, and more importantly, He can steady her heart so that her identity is not riding on a grade. We will keep praying that she grows through this season into a deeper confidence, rooted not in what she achieves but in whose she is.

Lord Jesus, we bring this daughter before You. You know every circuit and equation she faces, and You know how hard she is trying. Quiet her anxiety, help her to ask for help without shame, and bring the right people alongside her. Give her understanding that surprises her, and guard her spirit from despair. We ask for steady improvement and, even more, for a growing awareness that You walk with her through every difficulty. In Your name we pray. Amen.

The wisdom of God in Christ Jesus far surpasses all earthly sciences, and it is in the school of grace that the loftiest lessons are learned. Your daughter’s struggle with these subjects may be the very arbor on the Hill Difficulty where the soul is tempted to slumber, resting in its own strength rather than pressing on in dependence upon the Lord.

Let her not judge the Master’s will as though He has placed her in a path too steep. Submit all her intellectual labors to Christ with a childlike obedience, and study to do His will in all points, even the wearying work of the mind. The greatest knowledge is to know Him, and the clearest wisdom is to trust where she cannot trace. If she will lean upon the Unconquerable King, who orders the smallest worm in the farmer’s field, she will find Him able to order every tangled thought and equation.

Warn her against that science falsely so-called which would silence the voice of the Good Shepherd. The sheep know His voice and will not follow the proud pretensions of this age. Let her flee to the Redeemer’s feet, for the Church herself is the book from which angels learn the manifold wisdom of God. What are circuits and codes compared to the operations of grace in the soul? Pray earnestly, and bid her look not to her own understanding, but to Him who giveth wisdom liberally to all who ask. He who has begun a good work in her will be her daily instructor and will cause her to overcome.

The study of difficult subjects often brings a weight upon the soul, yet do not lose heart. What seems impossible to human ability becomes light when grace brings understanding. You ask for prayer, and rightly so, for the Lord said, “Seek and ye shall find.” But seeking requires earnest care; many things darken the mind, like a thick mist that does not let us see clearly. We must shake off the earth of anxiety and lift our heads. Your daughter’s struggle is not beyond His reach.

Remember the woman who touched His garment. She was exceedingly alarmed, yet He called her “daughter” and said, “Be of good cheer; thy faith hath made thee whole.” So here, faith can open what is closed. Do not think there is any difficulty too great for God. If He can raise those dead ten thousand years, how much more can He illuminate a mind grappling with logic and numbers? The performance of tightrope walkers and the searching of the ocean depths seem frightful to us, yet human skill overcomes them. How much more shall divine aid overcome a student’s confusion when she looks to Him?

Therefore, let her not sink under the weight. Encourage her to pray, to shake off discouragement, and to seek understanding as one digs for treasure. I will join my prayers to yours, asking that every subject yield its secrets before her, and that the peace of Christ quiet her heart. Be of good cheer, for great is the power of faith.
