Prayer request

Beloved of All
Dear Lord, I thank you for your goodness. I pray for good rest and for baby ### for healing and for ### for favor and a new ###

We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of gratitude for God’s goodness and mercy. Father, we lift up this precious request, trusting in Your perfect will and timing. First, we thank You for the gift of rest, true rest that comes only from You, for You have promised, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). We pray for deep, rejuvenating rest for this dear one, that their body, mind, and spirit would be refreshed in You.

Lord, we lift up the little one, baby , with tender hearts, asking for Your healing touch. You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your power to restore. We declare over this child the words of Psalm 103:2-3: "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." May Your healing virtue flow through every part of this little one’s body, and may their family feel Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

Father, we also pray for , asking for Your favor to surround them like a shield. You have said in Proverbs 3:4, "So you will find favor, and good understanding in the sight of God and man." We ask that doors of opportunity, provision, and blessing would open before them, and that they would walk in the confidence of Your love and purpose for their life.

Lastly, Lord, we pray for this new, whether it be a new season, a new job, a new home, or even a new relationship, we ask that it would be aligned with Your will. If this is a desire for a spouse, we pray that You would prepare a godly man or woman who loves You above all else, and that their union would honor You as the foundation of marriage. Remind them that marriage is a sacred covenant, designed by You to reflect Christ’s love for the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). If this is not about marriage, we still ask that whatever "new" thing You are doing in their life would bring glory to Your name and draw them closer to You.

Father, we also want to gently remind this dear one that true access to You comes only through the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If they have not yet surrendered their life to Jesus, we pray that today would be the day they confess Him as Lord and Savior, believing in their heart that You raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). May they experience the fullness of Your love, grace, and salvation.

We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or weariness that may be trying to steal their peace. We declare that the Lord is their strength and their shield, and they will not be shaken (Psalm 28:7). We stand in agreement with this prayer, believing that God is working all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).

Heavenly Father, we commit this request into Your hands, trusting that You hear us and will answer according to Your perfect will. May Your name be glorified in every detail of this situation. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We’re grateful with you for God’s goodness, and we join you in holding up these needs with hope. It’s clear your heart is full of love for those you’re naming, and even a simple prayer like this tells us you carry a lot right now, your own need for rest, a little one who needs healing, and someone close to you who’s waiting on favor and something new. That’s a lot, and it’s okay to feel the weight.

Getting good rest can feel elusive when we’re heavy-hearted, but we can ask God to calm our minds and bodies even in the middle of the unknown. Sleep isn’t just a break from worry; it’s a place where God tends us quietly, and we can trust him to do that. We’ll pray for that kind of deep restoration for you.

For the baby, we pray tenderly for full healing. If you haven’t already, it’s wise to also walk alongside good medical care, God often uses the hands of doctors and nurses to bring the mending we’re asking for, and there’s no contradiction between praying boldly and taking practical steps.

And for the other person you’ve lifted up, whoever they are and whatever the new thing is, we ask for wisdom, open doors, and a sense of God’s leading that brings peace, not pressure. Sometimes favor comes in unexpected ways, and we can hold that hope together.

Here’s our prayer for you all:

Lord Jesus, thank you for your goodness that stays steady, even when our circumstances feel shaky. We ask for your gift of rest for this dear friend, quiet their mind, ease their tiredness, and let them wake refreshed. Touch the baby with your healing power and give wisdom to every person caring for that little one. For the one seeking favor and a new beginning, direct their steps and surround them with your kindness. Hold this whole circle in your love, and remind them they are not alone. In your name, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The cry of the heart for rest, for healing, for favor, and for new provision rises like incense before the throne. The very fact that you have turned your petition heavenward with thanksgiving first is a sweet savor of rest, a sign that the Spirit has taught you that access to mercy begins with gratitude.

You seek good rest. Know then that there is a present rest, a rest to be possessed now, not merely in the life to come. It is the rest given when we come to Jesus, given there and then, perfect and complete. Yet many who have entered this rest by casting their deadly burden at the foot of the cross still cry out for a further rest. This is the rest of the soul that has taken Christ’s yoke and learned of Him; it is the rest of service, the rest of a garden, not the rest of a task. When His easy yoke replaces the galling one, and His light burden takes the place of the crushing weight, the soul discovers a repose even in labor, like birds that sleep upon the wing. The rest you crave is found in drawing nearer still to the Master’s side. Rest in His finished work, and then find the deeper rest of active, trusting fellowship with Him. There remaineth yet a fuller rest, but even now, beneath you are the everlasting arms. The God of mercy goes before you to prepare the land Beulah for your weary frame.

You plead for the healing of that little one. Take heart: the tree of life bears not only nourishing fruit but also leaves for the healing of the nations. The very leaves, the least things about Christ, are charged with healing virtue. When the Sun of Righteousness arises, His wings bring healing without fail. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus; His blood is the sovereign balm, and the new life He imparts conquers every distemper. When pardon is applied, healing enters the soul and often flows upon the body. That same voice which said, "Son, be of good cheer; thy sins are forgiven thee," spoke instant wholeness into palsied limbs. Bring the infant in the arms of your faith to the great Physician. His healing power is as conspicuously present today as when He taught in Galilee, and it often attends the hearing of His Word.

As for favor and a new door to open, rest assured that before you arrive at your future, the God of your mercy has gone ahead of you. He that prevented you with the blessings of goodness will not fail to go before you now. His name cannot be made vain. In the spot where no child of God has stood before, new light shall break forth from His character. The mercy that has kept you thus far is the same mercy that will prepare the path ahead, and in it you shall find sweet rest from all corroding care. Trust and you shall rest! When you rest most in His finished work and in His providential care, you often work and receive the best. Therefore, continue to bring the sacrifice of thanksgiving, for the Lord smells a savor of rest in the offerings of a grateful, believing heart, and from that altar He dispenses covenant blessings.

You have done well to give thanks for God's goodness, for a grateful heart is the door through which His mercies enter. Do not think gratitude is a small offering; it is the very beginning of a life set right before Him.

As for the rest you seek, understand that the Lord knows your weariness before you even speak. He who said, "Come to me, all you who labor, and I will give you rest," does not ignore the needs of the body. But let your rest be more than sleep; let it be the repose of a soul that trusts entirely in His care. When you lie down, commit your cares to Him, and your sleep will be sweet.

Regarding the little one for whom you pray for healing, do not merely ask in a general way, but pour out your petition with faith and love. God's mercy goes far beyond releasing us from the punishment we deserve; it overflows into making us His own dear children and heirs. Therefore, approach Him with confidence, not as a beggar who fears a stern judge, but as a beloved child who knows the Father's tenderness. Yet join to your prayer a careful examination of your own life. As the poor man who receives your alms becomes a remedy for your sins, so your sincere and specific confession of your faults will make your prayer for this child rise like incense. Name your own wounds before the Physician, and then ask for the child's healing with boldness.

For the person who needs favor and a new beginning, recall that the favor of God is not like human favor, won by empty words or outward show. It comes to those who do not just hear the gospel but live it. Show hospitality, give cheerfully, and remember that when you serve the needy, you are lending to God Himself. The new thing you seek, whether a position, a provision, or an open door, will only be a true blessing if it is received with this disposition. Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all else will be added. Do not chase the wind of worldly advantage; instead, lay a foundation of humble obedience and active love. Then the new beginning you desire will not be a fleeting gain but a step deeper into the grace that exceeds all mercy.

Thank you for bringing these requests before the Lord. Your gratitude for His goodness is the perfect place to start, because a heart that remembers His kindness is already learning what it means to rest.

When you pray for good rest, you’re touching something far deeper than a quiet night. God has promised His people a genuine, lasting rest, a peace that isn’t earned by how hard we try or how well we perform, but simply received through faith in His Son’s finished work. Too often we exhaust ourselves striving, as if we must somehow convince God to be gracious. But Jesus has already won that peace for us. The only way into this rest is to stop trusting in our own efforts and believe that He is sufficient. Unbelief kept a whole generation in the wilderness, wandering within sight of the promise, yet never entering. Don’t let that happen with the rest God offers you now. Lay your worries down each night knowing you are held by a Savior who has done everything needed.

For the baby you’re lifting up, we can ask boldly for healing. God is able to restore and renew in ways we can’t imagine; nothing is impossible for Him. Yet I would gently remind you that the greatest miracle any of us can ever receive is not the mending of our bodies, but the forgiveness of our sins and the new life Christ gives. That’s the foundation that holds steady no matter what happens with our physical health. Pray earnestly, trust completely, and rest in the assurance that the One who gave His Son for that little one will do what is truly good.

Regarding favor and something new, be careful not to think of favor as something we must chase after from people or manipulate circumstances to obtain. The favor that matters flows from God’s grace and rests on those who humbly depend on Him. If He is opening a door for something new, it won’t be an old garment with a fresh patch tacked on, it will be a genuine work of His Spirit, fresh and whole. When God brings new life, whether in a tiny baby or in a fresh season, it is sacred and wonderful. Receive it with open hands and faith.

May you enter into that deep, settled rest that is yours in Christ, and may every prayer you’ve lifted find its answer in His perfect love.
