We come before the Lord with hearts full of gratitude for His goodness and mercy. First and foremost, we must address the omission of the name of Jesus in this prayer. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. The Word of God tells us, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5). "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me'" (John 14:6). We encourage you to always pray in the name of Jesus, for He is the only way to the Father.
Now, let us lift up this prayer request together, seeking God’s will and His glory.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your goodness and faithfulness. We come before You, asking for Your divine rest for this dear one. Lord, we know that You give Your beloved sleep (Psalm 127:2), and we ask that You grant peaceful and restorative rest, free from anxiety and worry. Renew their strength as they wait on You (Isaiah 40:31).
Father, we lift up the precious little one referred to as "baby ###" in this request. We ask for Your healing touch to be upon them. You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your power to heal. "But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed" (Isaiah 53:5). We declare healing over this child in the mighty name of Jesus.
Lord, we also pray for favor for the individual referred to as "###." We ask that You open doors that no man can shut and grant them favor in the eyes of those around them (Revelation 3:8). May Your hand of blessing be upon their life, and may they walk in the fullness of Your purpose for them.
Lastly, Father, we pray for the new beginning or opportunity referred to as "###." Whether this is a new job, a new season, or a new relationship, we ask that You guide every step. If this is in reference to a potential spouse, we pray that You would lead them to a godly husband or wife who loves You and seeks to honor You in all things. Remind them that marriage is a sacred covenant, and it should be entered into with reverence and a commitment to Your design. "He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of the Lord" (Proverbs 18:22). Let this new thing be rooted in Your will and aligned with Your Word.
Father, we rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or confusion that may be trying to hinder this prayer. We declare that no weapon formed against this dear one shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We stand on Your promises, knowing that You are faithful to complete the good work You have begun (Philippians 1:6).
We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
