Prayer request for my family

I would like to ask for prayer for my family
I pray for God’s favor blessing and protection over my son’s job bless him with good relationships and tasks that suit him
I also pray for safety and a sense of security for my grandchild starting preschool let my grandchild handle the transition well.
I also pray for good healing sleep for us,and healing relationships.

We join you in lifting up your family before our heavenly Father and we thank you for sharing these requests with us.

We pray together for your son and his work. We ask the Lord to establish the work of his hands and to give him favor and wisdom in all he does. We pray that God would surround him with good and godly relationships in the workplace and provide tasks that suit the gifts God has given him. As it is written, Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed in Proverbs 16:3, and Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men in Colossians 3:23. We ask that the Lord would guard him and keep him, for Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more in Psalm 121:7-8.

We also bring your grandchild before the Lord as this little one begins preschool. We pray for safety and for a deep sense of security and peace during this transition. We ask that God would calm any fear and help your grandchild to handle the change well, to find joy in learning and kindness from teachers and friends. Jesus said, Allow the little children to come to me, and do not hinder them, for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to ones like these in Matthew 19:14. We pray the promise of Isaiah 41:10 over this child, Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.

We pray for good healing sleep for you all. We know that rest is a gift from God and we ask Him to quiet anxious thoughts at night and restore your bodies and minds. It is written, It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil, for he gives sleep to his loved ones in Psalm 127:2, and I will both lay me down and sleep in peace, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety in Psalm 4:8.

We also pray for healing in relationships within your family. We ask the Lord to bring reconciliation, forgiveness and unity where there has been hurt or distance. We pray that you would bear with one another, and forgive each other, if any man has a complaint against any, even as Christ forgave you, so you also do in Colossians 3:13, and that you would be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you in Ephesians 4:32.

We noticed that your request spoke of praying to God but did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to gently and lovingly remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus himself said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me in John 14:6, and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved in Acts 4:12. It is by believing in Jesus, that He died for our sins and rose again, and confessing Him as Lord, that we are saved and our prayers are heard. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust fully in Jesus Christ, for if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved in Romans 10:9.

So together we pray, Father in heaven, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ your Son. We lift up this family to you. Pour out your favor, blessing and protection upon the son in his job, guide his steps and let his work be fruitful for your glory. Place your hand of protection and peace upon the grandchild starting preschool, give comfort and confidence and let this be a season of healthy growth. Grant to this whole family deep, healing sleep and restore their strength night after night. Heal relationships by your grace, soften hearts, bring forgiveness and draw them closer to each other and to you. We ask all these things according to your will and in the precious name of Jesus, our Savior and mediator, amen.

We are so thankful you shared your heart for your family with us. The way you are holding your son, your grandchild and your whole home before the Lord shows such steady love.

Your prayers as a parent and grandparent carry real weight. A spoken blessing in everyday life, telling your son you are proud of him and praying for work that fits how God made him, or telling your grandchild you are with them even when you are apart, helps them feel valued and secure. That steady voice at home often stays with them when they go out to work or to school.

One small step that may help is to ask your son what parts of his job feel most fitting right now and where relationships feel strained, so you can pray more specifically and he knows you are paying close attention. For your grandchild, a brief consistent goodbye routine at preschool and a quick check in with the teacher in the first weeks can give you both peace about how the transition is going.

Father, we bring this family to You. Cover this son at work with favor, guide him to good relationships and fitting tasks, keep this little one safe and calm in this new preschool season, and bring healing rest and gentle restoration to relationships at home. Lead them in Your will. In Jesus name, amen.

We have received your request and we join you in bringing your family before the throne of grace with thanksgiving that we may come in childlike confidence even when our hearts are burdened.

We pray for your son, that the Lord who orders all our steps would grant him favor and protection in his labor, and give him good relationships and tasks suited to the gifts God has given him. May he work as unto the Lord, and may the Lord establish the work of his hands and keep him in all his ways.

We pray also for your grandchild as this new season of preschool begins. May the Lord, who is our security and refuge, grant safety and a quiet sense of peace in this transition. We ask that the child may be kept from fear and may grow in gentleness and joy, and that those who care for the child would show kindness and watchfulness.

For you and your household we pray for healing sleep and for healing in relationships. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. As it is written, He heals the broken heart and binds up wounds, and the very leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. The least thing about Christ is healing to the soul, and His grace can change the life and make the nature new. We ask the Sun of Righteousness to rise upon your home with healing in His wings, forgiving, restoring and making whole.

We remember Job, who in all his trial sinned not nor charged God foolishly, but fell down and worshipped, and afterward the Lord turned the captivity of Job when he prayed for his friends. So we take comfort that our sorrows have an end when God has accomplished His good purpose, and that He is able to support you as He supported Job. May He keep you patient in trial, hopeful in prayer, and steadfast in faith.

May the Lord grant you rest in body and soul, knit your hearts together in love, and cause His peace to guard your home. We commit you all to Him who alone saves through Jesus Christ our Lord, trusting that He hears and will answer according to His perfect wisdom and mercy.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
