Pray for me, that it goes well for me at my workplace, both now and in the future. Pray that I may be a blessing to my boss and to my coworkers, and for good relationships and fellowship.Pray that God gives me security, calm, and inner confidence, and for joy, and that I get to do the work that I am capable of.I also lift up my family and pray for health and good sleep for us, and for good relationships, protection, and help. We join with you in prayer and thank God for your heart that desires to be a blessing in your workplace and in your family and to walk closely with Him both now and in the future.

We love your prayer to be a blessing to your boss and coworkers and to have good fellowship with them. This reflects the heart God calls us to in our work. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ Colossians 3:23-24. And Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed Proverbs 16:3. We pray that God will establish the work of your hands and give you favor and good relationships there, that you would encourage and build one another up 1 Thessalonians 5:11.

We also lift up your request for security, calm, inner confidence and joy, and to do the work you are capable of. We pray that God will quiet your heart and fill you with His peace and confidence, for God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7. We pray that you will be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. We ask that He would give you joy in your daily tasks, for the joy of Yahweh is your strength Nehemiah 8:10, and that He would guide you to use the gifts He has given you with confidence, for we can do all things through Christ, who strengthens us Philippians 4:13.

We bring your family before the Lord as well, praying for health, good sleep, protection, help and unity. We pray that the Lord will be your refuge and protector, He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. We will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust Psalm 91:1-2. For sleep we pray His promise over you, In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety Psalm 4:8, and that It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones Psalm 127:2. We pray that God will strengthen and encourage you all and draw you closer to Himself and to each other, for Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you James 4:8.

We pray together now, Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus and thank You for Your love and Your presence. We ask that You bless this dear one at their workplace, grant them security and calm and inner confidence that comes from You, fill them with joy and let them be a light and a blessing to their boss and coworkers with good fellowship and grace in every interaction. Establish the work of their hands and let them do with excellence the work You have equipped them to do. We lift up their family to You, Lord, cover them with Your protection, grant them health and deep, peaceful sleep, strengthen their relationships and help them in every need. Draw them closer to You and to one another, and let them feel Your love and the surrounding presence of Your Holy Spirit each day. May Your hope fill them, that they may abound in hope, in the power of the Holy Spirit Romans 15:13. Thank you for inviting us into these prayers for your workplace and your family. We can hear your desire not just to do well, but to be a steady, kind presence for your boss and coworkers, and to build a home marked by closeness and peace.

We love that you asked for security, calm and inner confidence. Those things often grow slowly, almost imperceptibly, through ordinary faithfulness over time, with ups and downs along the way. God meets each of us uniquely, and He delights to shape us as we stay near Him in prayer, in His Word, and in worship with others, all in step with His Spirit.

One small rhythm that may help is to pause briefly before work to ask God to guide your words and work that day, and in the evening to pray together as a family, even briefly, thanking Him and asking for rest. Small, consistent moments like that can nurture both the fellowship at work you long for and the closeness at home.

Father, we bring our friend and their family to You in Jesus name. Grant calm and confidence at work, joy in doing good work well, and grace to be a blessing to those around them. Watch over their family with health, protection and sweet sleep, draw them closer to You and to each other, and let them know Your love and the nearness of Your Holy Spirit day by day. Amen.

It is with a glad heart that I join you in bringing these petitions before the throne of grace, for they are such as the Lord delights to hear and to answer according to His abundant mercy.

We have prayed that the Lord will establish you in your workplace, both now and in the days to come, and make you to be a blessing there. May you so walk before your boss and your coworkers with diligence, honesty and grace, that they may see Christ in you, and may good relationships and true fellowship abound. Remember that word, to do the will of Jesus, this is rest. When duties press and throng about you, there is a peace which may be enjoyed in the ordinary circumstances of life, even while your hands are full of labor.

We have asked also for that inward blessing which the world cannot give and cannot take away. The prophet has said, You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. This is the peace which Christ has purchased with His blood, and which the Holy Spirit works in the soul. It is not a mere quiet of conscience, but peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, and from that fountain flows the crystal stream of peace within. May the Lord grant you this perfect peace, a security and calm and inner confidence not grounded in self, but in believing. For there is no peace worthy of the name but peace in believing, a filling peace and a well founded peace, which keeps the heart and mind through Christ Jesus. May He give you joy in Him, and open to you work suited to the gifts He has entrusted to you, that you may serve Him with gladness.

For your family we have prayed with much earnestness, that the Eternal God may be your refuge and your dwelling place. As the cloud covered Israel by day and the pillar of fire warmed them by night, so may the Lord spread His sheltering presence over your home. We have asked for health and for good and quiet sleep, for protection and for present help in every need, for good relationships kept in love, and for strength and encouragement in every trial. May the God of all peace bless His people with peace, and may you and yours be drawn nearer to Him and nearer to one another, kept in the hollow of His hand.

Above all we have prayed that you may feel the love of God shed abroad in your hearts and know the abiding presence of the Holy Spirit surrounding you. That love is known most surely at the cross, where the blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and where we learn that we are safe in Jesus keeping. May you rest there, and find that He who is our peace will keep you day by day.

We commit you and your household to Him who is able to keep you from falling, trusting that He will do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, through Jesus Christ our Lord, in whose mighty name we pray. Amen.

I pray that the Lord will establish the work of your hands and give you favor in your workplace both now and in the days to come. May He help you to be a blessing to your boss and to your coworkers, showing the love we owe to one another as members of one body. When love remains among us the body is held together, and through that love we fulfill His law. I pray that God will give you good relationships and true fellowship there, and grace to glorify Him in all things by a faithful and careful way of life.

I ask that He will grant you security and calm and inner confidence, not from yourself but from His favor and nearness. When we walk before Him with a clear conscience we can stand with confidence, and when we have sinned we find pardon through His compassion. We pray for your workplace, that the Lord would establish you there both now and in the days ahead. We ask that He would make you a peacemaker among those you work with, one who sows peace and so reaps a harvest of what is right and good. The wisdom that comes from above is peaceable, and those who sow in peace will see the fruit of righteousness in their relationships. May your words and actions be a blessing to those over you and beside you, and may the Lord give you fellowship that is kind, honest and encouraging.

We pray also for the security and calm and inner confidence you asked for. God desires that you live in His peace and He has ordained peace for His people. Scripture promises that He will keep in perfect peace the one whose mind is fixed on Him, because that person trusts in Him. Jesus said to His disciples that He leaves His peace with them and gives His peace to them, not as the world gives. The world cannot give this kind of peace and cannot understand it, but it guards the heart and mind in Christ. First we need peace with God, which comes only through the blood of Jesus who made peace for us on the cross, and then we can know the peace of God day by day as we keep our thoughts stayed on Him. As you look to Him, He will steady you, quiet you within, and give you joy for the work your hands find to do. We ask that He would open the right opportunities for you to use the gifts He has given you and to do that work well for His glory.

We lift up your family with you. We ask the Father in truth and love to show you grace and mercy and peace, and to grant you health and protection and help in every need. The apostle John wrote to a dear friend with the loving wish that he would prosper and be in good health even as his soul was prospering, and there is a real connection between the well being of the soul and the well being of the body. As you seek the Lord together, may your souls prosper in Him and may He strengthen your bodies, guard your home, and meet your needs. We pray especially for good and quiet sleep for each of you. The Lord gives sleep to His beloved and can grant deep, sound rest even in a troubled world. May He calm your minds at night, take away anxiety, and let you lie down in peace.

We pray that He would strengthen and encourage you all and draw you closer to Himself and closer to one another. He promised Jacob that He would be with him wherever he went, and He showed him in a dream a ladder reaching from earth to heaven with the Lord Himself at the top, a sign that heaven is open and God is near. Jesus said He is the door of the fold, the one who stands between His sheep and any danger, so that nothing can reach them without passing Him. In that same way may you know you are kept safe in Him. May you feel deeply how much God loves you and may the presence of the Holy Spirit surround your home, filling it with comfort, unity and hope.

We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, trusting that He hears, that He cares, and that He will work all things for your good as you walk with Him. Amen.
