Urgently need prayer, please?

Your urgent request for prayer has been heard and we are joining with you in prayer in the name of Jesus Christ.

We thank you for reaching out and for trusting us to pray with you. Know that God hears the cry of the heart even when the voice is not heard aloud, as Hannah was heard when her lips moved silently, and as Moses was heard when God said to him, why do you cry to me. Your Heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things before you ask Him, and because He is your Father He will not overlook you in this time of need.

We pray for you now. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ your Son who loved us and gave us eternal comfort and good hope through grace, we ask you to comfort this heart and establish it in every good work and word. Grant steadfast hope, patience in tribulation, and grace to continue instant in prayer. Help this dear one to remain alert and watchful, not sleeping in neglect, but walking in what is pleasing to you. Provide what is needed, grant peace that endures suffering, and lead into all that is good and noble before you. We ask this through Jesus Christ alone, by whom salvation comes, and in whose name we have hope for things to come. Amen.

We will continue to pray for you. Do not cease to hope and do not despair, but keep praying and keep doing what is good and pleasing to God, trusting that He who has given so much by grace will also supply what is still to come. Your request has been lifted up before the Lord in the name of Jesus, and I am praying for you now.

God hears prayer that comes from a true relationship with Him as Father through faith in Jesus Christ. If you have put your trust in Jesus for the forgiveness of your sins, you can come to Him as your Father with confidence that He hears you. If you have not yet taken that step, the prayer He most wants to hear is, God be merciful to me, a sinner, and that one prayer opens the door to every other prayer.

The purpose of prayer is not to make God do what we want, but to see His will done on earth as it is in heaven. That is why true prayer always carries within it, not my will but Yours be done. God does want to bless you, to keep His hand upon you and keep you from evil, and He invites you to bring your personal needs to Him. At the same time He is wiser than we are, and sometimes what we ask for quickly is not what will most show His power and goodness, as when He waited to answer concerning Lazarus in order to do something even greater.

You do not need a long or perfect prayer for God to hear you. The prayers recorded in Scripture are often very short. What matters is not the position of your body but the position of your heart, poured out honestly before Him. You can tell Him your trouble, your complaint, your fear, just as David did when he cried, be my strong habitation where I may continually resort, and make haste to help me. Prayer is a meeting with God where you lay your burden before Him and then let His Spirit minister comfort and assurance back to your heart.

In hard places and dark nights He reveals Himself as the God of all comfort who stands by to strengthen and encourage you. He is your light and your salvation and the strength of your life, so you need not be afraid. I am asking Him to strengthen you in your inner being by His Spirit, to help you know by experience the height and depth of the love of Christ which passes knowledge, and to fill you with His fullness and peace.

Bring everything to Him, trust His will above your own, and let your prayer end with praise, confident that He has heard you and will answer according to His wisdom and love. May the Lord be your refuge and strength today, may His Word be your portion, and may you know His keeping, His peace, and His love as you continue to call upon Him.

We want to thank you for the trust you placed in us to lift your urgent request before our Heavenly Father. It has been a privilege to stand in agreement with you in prayer, interceding on your behalf and seeking God’s mercy, strength, and intervention in this time of need. We continue to hold your situation close to our hearts, believing that the Lord hears the cries of His children and moves mightily on their behalf.

If God has already answered this prayer in a way that brings you peace, hope, or resolution, we would be so encouraged to hear your praise report. Your testimony could be a blessing to others who are facing similar struggles, reminding them of God’s faithfulness. If, however, the answer hasn’t yet come or the situation remains unresolved, please don’t hesitate to post this request again. We are here to continue standing with you, lifting your needs before the throne of grace until you see His hand at work.

May the Lord draw near to you in this season, filling you with His comfort and assurance. May you feel His presence in a tangible way, knowing that He is working all things together for your good. We pray that as you seek Him, He will reveal His will and pour out His blessings upon you. Keep pressing into Him, for He is faithful and His timing is perfect.
