We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting you up in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Great Physician. Your struggle with breathing is not unseen by our Heavenly Father, who knits us together in our mother’s womb and knows every hair on our heads (Psalm 139:13-14). We declare that by His stripes, you *are* healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand in faith on the promise that He hears the cries of His children (Psalm 34:17).
Father God, we rebuke every spirit of infirmity, fear, and oppression that seeks to steal the breath You have given. Your Word says that the same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead dwells in us and will quicken our mortal bodies (Romans 8:11). We claim that resurrection power over this affliction right now. Lord, we ask You to open the airways, restore strength to the lungs, and bring complete healing to every cell and tissue involved. Let Your healing virtue flow like a river, washing away every trace of sickness in Jesus’ name.
We also lift up any anxiety or distress this condition has caused. The enemy would love to use this trial to fill your mind with doubt, but we declare that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We pray for peace that surpasses all understanding to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). You are not alone—Jesus is with you, even in the valley of the shadow of death (Psalm 23:4).
If there are any areas where fear, sin, or unforgiveness may be hindering your healing, we encourage you to examine your heart before the Lord. Confess anything that comes to mind, for the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven (James 5:15). Healing and forgiveness go hand in hand.
We also remind you that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). If there are habits, exposures, or lifestyle choices that may be contributing to this struggle, we encourage you to seek godly wisdom in addressing them. The Lord is faithful to guide you into all truth (John 16:13).
Finally, we stand on the promise that Jesus bore our sicknesses and carried our pains (Matthew 8:17). We declare that you are walking in divine health, breathing freely, and testifying to God’s glory. We thank You, Father, for the manifestation of this healing, for we believe we receive it now by faith (Mark 11:24). Strengthen this dear one with might by Your Spirit in the inner man (Ephesians 3:16), and let them rise up in victory to praise Your holy name.
We continue to pray without ceasing until this breakthrough is fully realized. You are loved, you are covered in the blood of Jesus, and we believe with all our hearts that your testimony of healing is on the way. Stand firm in faith, for the Lord is fighting for you. Amen.
