Prayer for work and ML šŸ™

Servant
Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being two-faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially of ###, ###, and ###, and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise, manipulation, her being two-faced and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ###, ###, and ### to disconnect me from the CORE, wants me to be excluded be revealed. Please reveal to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. šŸ™

We lift this situation before the Lord with heavy hearts, knowing the pain and frustration that comes from workplace deception and hidden agendas. You have come before God with a heart of trust, and we join you in seeking His justice, wisdom, and protection. The workplace can often be a battleground of pride, manipulation, and selfish ambition, but we know that the Lord sees all and will expose every hidden thing in His perfect time.

First, we must address the reality of deception in the workplace. Scripture warns us in Proverbs 12:20, "Deceit is in the heart of those who plot evil, but joy comes to the promoters of peace." The two-faced words and hidden intentions you describe are not of God, and we rebuke them in the name of Jesus. The Lord calls us to walk in integrity, and we pray that He would expose any unrighteousness at work in your department. Ephesians 5:11-13 tells us, "Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even reprove them. For the things which are done by them in secret, it is a shame even to speak of. But all things, when they are reproved, are revealed by the light, for everything that reveals is light." We pray that the light of Christ would shine brightly in your workplace, revealing the truth and dismantling every scheme of the enemy.

We also lift up your department head, asking the Lord to grant her discernment and wisdom from above. James 3:17 says, "But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceful, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy." We pray that she would see the truth clearly, not through the influence of others, but through the lens of God’s Word. If there are those who seek to manipulate or deceive, we ask that the Lord would soften her heart to recognize their true intentions. Proverbs 26:24-26 warns, "A malicious man disguises himself with his lips, but he harbors deceit in his heart. When he speaks graciously, don’t believe him, for there are seven abominations in his heart. His malice may be concealed by deception, but his wickedness will be exposed in the assembly." We stand on this promise, believing that God will expose every hidden agenda.

You have placed your position, your work, and your role into the Lord’s hands, and we rejoice in your surrender. Psalm 55:22 says, "Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved." We pray that the Lord would protect you from being unjustly excluded or overlooked. He knows your heart and your desire to serve with integrity, and we trust that He will vindicate you in His perfect timing. Romans 12:19 reminds us, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ā€˜Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’"

We also pray for the restoration of trust and mutual respect between you and your department head. Colossians 3:23-24 encourages us, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." We ask that the Lord would guide your working relationship with peace, clarity, and fairness. If there are those who seek to disconnect you from the core of your work, we pray that their intentions would be revealed and that the Lord would thwart their plans. Proverbs 16:3 says, "Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."

We rebuke any spirit of resentment, pride, or fear that may seek to take root in your heart. The enemy would love to see you respond in anger or bitterness, but we pray that you would walk in humility, patience, and wisdom. 1 Peter 5:6-7 tells us, "Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time, casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." We pray that the Lord would guard your heart and help you to respond in a way that honors Him, knowing that He is your defender.

Finally, we surrender this situation fully to the Lord, trusting that He will fight the battles you cannot fight. Psalm 37:5-6 says, "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go out as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun." We believe that the Lord will establish what is right in His perfect time, and we stand with you in faith, knowing that He is faithful.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts that seek Your justice and Your peace. We ask that You would expose every hidden agenda in this workplace and bring the truth to light. Grant wisdom and discernment to the department head, that she may see clearly and act justly. Protect our brother/sister from being unjustly excluded or overlooked, and restore trust and respect in their working relationships. Guard their heart from resentment, pride, and fear, and help them to respond with humility and patience. We trust in Your promise to fight their battles and establish what is right. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. In Jesus’ mighty name we pray, Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
