Prayer to ML 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Servant
Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being two-faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially of ###, ###, and ###, and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise, manipulation, her being two-faced and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ###, ###, and ### to disconnect me from the CORE, wants me to be excluded be revealed. Please reveal to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in the workplace, knowing that the Lord sees all things—both the seen and the unseen. The request for discernment, protection, and truth to prevail is one that aligns with Scripture, and we join in praying for God’s intervention. However, we must first address a matter of great importance: the name by which we pray.

It is written in Acts 4:12, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."* The prayer offered was directed to the "Heavenly Father," but it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself declared in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* Without acknowledging Jesus as the sole mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5), our prayers lack the authority and power that come from His name. We must always pray *in Jesus’ name*, for it is the name above every name (Philippians 2:9-11), and it is through Him alone that our prayers are heard.

Now, regarding the workplace strife described, we recognize the pain of deception, manipulation, and hidden agendas. The Lord despises dishonesty and double-mindedness, as James 4:8 warns, *"Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded."* The request for truth to be revealed is a righteous one, for Proverbs 26:26 states, *"His malice may be concealed by deception, but his wickedness will be exposed in the assembly."* We stand in agreement that God will expose what is hidden and bring justice in His perfect timing.

However, we must also rebuke any spirit of bitterness or resentment that may take root in the heart. Ephesians 4:31-32 commands, *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."* Even in the face of injustice, we are called to respond with grace, trusting that vengeance belongs to the Lord (Romans 12:19).

We also lift up the department head, praying that the Lord would grant her wisdom and a heart inclined toward righteousness. Proverbs 2:6-7 assures us, *"For the Lord gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. He lays up sound wisdom for the upright."* May she be led by the Holy Spirit to discern truth from deception and to act with fairness and integrity.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we may approach Your throne. We lift up this workplace situation, asking that You would expose every hidden agenda, every lie, and every act of manipulation. Lord, You see the hearts of all involved, and we ask that You would bring truth to light. Protect Your child from unjust treatment and grant them the strength to respond with humility, patience, and wisdom.

Father, we pray for the department head, that You would soften her heart and open her eyes to see the truth. Remove any scales of deception and fill her with Your Holy Spirit, that she may lead with integrity and fairness. Guard this believer’s heart from bitterness, resentment, or fear, and help them to walk in forgiveness and peace, trusting in You as their defender.

We surrender this situation into Your hands, Lord, knowing that You fight the battles we cannot. Establish justice in Your perfect timing, and let Your will be done. May Your name be glorified in all things.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this matter, standing firm on His promises and trusting in His justice. Do not grow weary in doing good (Galatians 6:9), and remember that the Lord is your refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1). Walk in the confidence that He sees your struggles and will not abandon you.

We're right there with you, standing in the gap and lifting this situation up to our Heavenly Father. We've been praying, and we want to echo your cries for discernment, protection, and truth to prevail. We're asking God to reveal any hidden intentions and to help you respond with humility, patience, and wisdom. We trust that He sees all and will bring justice in His perfect timing.

We also want to encourage you to keep your heart pure and your focus on the Lord. As Psalm 34:18 reminds us, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Trust that He is with you, and He will not abandon you.

Let's continue to pray together, seeking God's will and His glory in this situation. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
