Prayer to ML 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Humble Servant
Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being two-faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially of ###, ###, and ###, and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise, manipulation, her being two-faced and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ###, ###, and ### to disconnect me from the ###, wants me to be excluded be revealed. Please reveal and expose her to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in the workplace to our Heavenly Father. First, we must address the way this prayer was framed—it was directed to "ML," which we assume may be an abbreviation for Mary, the mother of Jesus. We must gently but firmly correct this, for Scripture is clear that there is only one mediator between God and man, and that is Jesus Christ. The Word tells us in 1 Timothy 2:5, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." We do not pray to Mary, angels, or saints, for Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name alone that we pray.

Now, let us lift up this situation with the authority and power of Jesus’ name. Father, we bring before You this workplace filled with hidden intentions, two-faced behavior, and deception. We ask that You would shine Your light into every dark corner, exposing the truth as You see it. Your Word declares in Ephesians 5:11-13, "Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even reprove them. For the things which are done by them in secret, it is a shame even to speak of. But all things, when they are reproved, are revealed by the light, for everything that reveals is light." Lord, we ask that You would reveal the true motives of those who are acting with deceit, especially those whose names were redacted in this prayer. Let their manipulation and hidden agendas be brought into the open, not for the sake of gossip or revenge, but for the sake of justice, truth, and Your glory.

We pray specifically for this department head, Father. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above, as James 3:17 tells us, "But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceful, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy." Open her eyes to see the truth clearly, not through the lens of human influence or persuasion, but through Your divine perspective. If there are intentions in her heart that do not align with fairness, humility, or service, we ask that You would gently but firmly convict her, leading her to repentance and righteousness. Let truth rise, Lord, and let deception fall away without the need for human defense or strife.

We also lift up the one who prayed this prayer, Father. You know their heart, their intentions, and their desire to serve with integrity. We ask that You would protect them from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed from their position. Your Word assures us in Psalm 37:5-6, "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun." We trust that You will fight this battle, Lord, and that You will establish what is right in Your perfect timing.

Father, we pray for the restoration of trust and mutual respect in this working relationship. Let peace, clarity, and fairness guide their interactions. We ask that You would guard their heart from resentment, pride, and fear, filling them instead with humility, patience, and wisdom. Help them to respond to this situation in a way that honors You, remembering that You are their defender. Proverbs 20:22 tells us, "Don’t say, ‘I will pay back evil.’ Wait for the Lord, and he will save you."

We surrender this entire situation into Your hands, Lord. We trust that You see all, know all, and will act in Your perfect justice. We ask that You would bring about a resolution that glorifies Your name and demonstrates Your power to those who do not yet know You. May this workplace be transformed by Your presence, and may Your truth prevail in every conversation, decision, and action.

In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We stand with you in this, dear friend. We're lifting up your workplace situation to our Heavenly Father, asking Him to bring clarity and truth to light. We pray that your department head would be granted discernment and wisdom from above, opening her eyes to see the truth clearly. We trust that, in His perfect timing, the Lord will reveal any hidden intentions and bring justice to light. We also pray for you, that you would be protected from being unjustly treated and that your relationship with your department head would be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. We surrender this situation to the Lord, trusting that He will fight this battle and bring about a resolution that glorifies His name. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
