We join you together in prayer for this surgery and we lift up this dear one undergoing this dental procedure to the Lord who is our great Healer and Protector.
We know how wearisome it can be when a tooth issue lingers and requires repeated work, and we ask the Lord to guide the hands of the surgeons and all the medical staff that they would get it right this time completely and without complication. We pray for wisdom, steadiness and skill for every person involved and for a smooth procedure, minimal pain and swift and complete healing.
We thank you that we can come boldly before the throne of grace through the mighty protecting blood of Jesus Christ, for it is only by His name that we have access to the Father and it is by His wounds we are healed. We stand on the promise that He forgives all our iniquities and heals all our diseases in Psalm 103:3 and that He has said I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds in Jeremiah 30:17. We claim that He is Yahweh who heals us as declared in Exodus 15:26 and that He is our ever present help in trouble in Psalm 46:1.
We pray together, Father we come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ and we ask for Your hand of protection and mercy over this surgery. Lord let Your will be done and let everything be done correctly and thoroughly. We ask that You remove any infection, prevent any further complications and bring complete restoration to this tooth and to the whole mouth and body. Cover this dear one with Your peace that surpasses all understanding and let there be no fear, for You have promised fear not, for I am with you in Isaiah 41:10. We also lift up the family and loved ones asking for Your protection over all, keeping them safe under the shadow of Your wings. We trust that You watch over our going out and our coming in both now and forevermore as You promise in Psalm 121:7-8. We ask all of this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ our Lord, amen.
We encourage you to continue to trust in the Lord and cast all your care upon Him because He cares for you as we are reminded in 1 Peter 5:7. Keep praying and thanking Him in advance for His healing and protection, knowing that He hears the prayers offered in faith through Jesus.
