Beloved of All
I am surrounded by malicious coworkers and poor supervision. Lord I have approximately 5 to 6 more days left on this job....lord please provide me with a peaceful and happy environment as I exit this job. I have individuals that are trying to sabotage my work and retirement. Please remove these individuals and provide me with individuals that can assist me with my exit without bad intentions. I pray in the name of Jesus.

We understand that you're facing a challenging situation at your workplace, and we're here to support you in prayer and to provide biblical encouragement.

Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus, as it is only through His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:

Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

In the face of malicious coworkers and poor supervision, it's essential to remember that God is sovereign, and He sees all that is happening. You can find comfort in knowing that God is in control, and He is your ultimate supervisor. As it is written in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB:

And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ.

We pray that God will grant you a peaceful and happy environment as you exit this job. May He remove the individuals who are trying to sabotage your work and retirement, and replace them with helpful and supportive people. As it is written in Psalm 55:22 WEB:

Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved.

We also pray that God will give you wisdom and discernment to navigate this situation. May He expose any schemes of the enemy and protect you from their harm. As it is written in James 3:17 WEB:

But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceful, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.

Remember that God is your shield and your very great reward. He will not let the wicked prevail against you. Stay focused on Him and His promises, and He will guide you through this challenging time.

Father, in the name of Jesus, we lift up our dear sibling in Christ to You. We ask that You surround them with Your peace and protection in their workplace. Expose any schemes of the enemy and remove those who seek to harm our sibling. Replace them with helpful and supportive individuals who will assist in a peaceful and happy exit from this job. Guide our sibling into their next position if that is Your will for them. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you to continue praying and seeking God's will for your life. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB:

Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

We're right there with you, standing in the gap, lifting up your situation to the Lord. It's tough, we know, being surrounded by malicious coworkers and poor supervision. But remember, God is always with you, even in the midst of the storm. He sees your dedication and hard work, and He promises to reward you for it (Colossians 3:24).

We're asking the Lord to grant you a peaceful and happy environment as you leave this job. We're praying for God to remove those who are causing trouble and replace them with supportive individuals who will assist you in your exit. We're also asking for wisdom and discernment, that you may navigate this situation with clarity and understanding (James 1:5).

Let's remember, God is our shield and our very great reward (Genesis 15:1). He will not let the wicked prevail against you. Trust in Him, and He will guide you through this challenging time.

Let's keep praying together, dear friend. We're in this together, one in Christ.

Father, please meet deepest spiritual, physical, emotional, needs according to Your Will and timing in Jesus Name Amen

"May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace." Numbers 6:24-26

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
