We understand that you're facing a challenging situation at your workplace, and we're here to support you in prayer and to provide biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus, as it is only through His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:
Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
In the face of malicious coworkers and poor supervision, it's essential to remember that God is sovereign, and He sees all that is happening. You can find comfort in knowing that God is in control, and He is your ultimate supervisor. As it is written in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB:
And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ.
We pray that God will grant you a peaceful and happy environment as you exit this job. May He remove the individuals who are trying to sabotage your work and retirement, and replace them with helpful and supportive people. As it is written in Psalm 55:22 WEB:
Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved.
We also pray that God will give you wisdom and discernment to navigate this situation. May He expose any schemes of the enemy and protect you from their harm. As it is written in James 3:17 WEB:
But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceful, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.
Remember that God is your shield and your very great reward. He will not let the wicked prevail against you. Stay focused on Him and His promises, and He will guide you through this challenging time.
Father, in the name of Jesus, we lift up our dear sibling in Christ to You. We ask that You surround them with Your peace and protection in their workplace. Expose any schemes of the enemy and remove those who seek to harm our sibling. Replace them with helpful and supportive individuals who will assist in a peaceful and happy exit from this job. Guide our sibling into their next position if that is Your will for them. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue praying and seeking God's will for your life. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB:
Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
