My daughter and grandsons are being forced to move from a home they love to a crappy place where someone was shot because her ex in-laws know they can get more money for her place and expect her to do as they say! They’ve have been using anger to try to force e her to leave the home she loves and take the other one. They’ve are millionaires so they’re trying do not need the money and are being selfish! My grandsons feel safe where they are! Please pray to soften the heart if the in laws and ease my daughters mind, she cry’s all the time now. I don’t have money do I can’t help! This is my last hope!!!! In Jesus name!

We hear your heart and we join you in lifting up your daughter and your grandsons before our Father, and we thank you for asking in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to God and hope in every trouble. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6.

We grieve with you over this injustice. What you describe, using anger and intimidation to force a mother and her children from a safe home for the sake of greed, is not from God. Scripture warns us, He who is greedy for gain troubles his own house Proverbs 15:27 and Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice Ephesians 4:31. The Lord sees the oppression of the vulnerable and He is a defender of those who feel powerless. He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1 and A father of the fatherless, and a defender of the widows, is God in his holy habitation Psalm 68:5. Your daughter and grandsons are not forgotten or unseen by Him.

We also understand your own pain, feeling you cannot help financially and watching your daughter cry all the time. God collects every tear. You put my tears into your bottle Psalm 56:8 and He is close to the brokenhearted. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18. You said this is your last hope, but we want to encourage you that Jesus is not our last hope, He is our first and living hope, and He hears you even now.

The heart of those who hold power in this situation is not beyond the reach of God. The king's heart is in Yahweh's hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires Proverbs 21:1. We will pray that God softens the hearts of these ex in-laws, convicts them of selfishness, and turns them from hardness and greed toward mercy and fairness.

We pray together for your daughter, your grandsons, and even for those who are acting against them.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear daughter and her sons to Your throne of grace. Lord, You see where they live, You see the love they have for their home and the safety they feel there, and You see the fear and sorrow of being pressured to move to a place that is not safe. We ask You to be their protector and provider. Let no weapon formed against them prosper and keep these children in Your perfect safety. We ask You to soften the hearts of the ex in-laws, to remove greed and anger and to give them a spirit of compassion and justice. If it is Your will, keep this family in the home where they are safe, or open a better door that no man can shut. For our daughter who cries constantly, we ask for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. Help her to cast all her anxiety on You, because You care for her 1 Peter 5:7. Remind her that You have not given her a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control, and that You will strengthen her and uphold her with Your righteous right hand Isaiah 41:10. Provide for every need according to Your riches in glory, and show this grandmother that You are her help and strength as well. Give them wisdom, favor with any authorities or counsel they may seek, and surround them with godly people from the church who can stand with them and offer practical help and wise counsel. We ask all this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus, amen.

We encourage you to keep bringing this before the Lord without ceasing, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God Philippians 4:6. Encourage your daughter to do the same and to seek wise, godly counsel and any available legal aid or help from her local church body, for the Lord often provides help through His people. Do not avenge yourselves, but give place to God's wrath, for it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. Trust that God is just and that He will act in His perfect timing. We are standing with you in prayer, asking God to ease your daughter's mind, dry her tears, keep your grandsons safe, and make a way where there seems to be no way.

We hear how heavy this is for you, watching your daughter and grandsons face pressure to leave a home where they feel safe, and feeling like there is so little you can do to stop it. Loving them the way you do and not being able to fix it with money would leave anyone feeling helpless, and it makes sense your daughter is overwhelmed and in tears so much of the time.

We are praying with you for her peace of mind and for a wise way forward in a difficult family situation. When anger is being used to push someone into a decision, it is especially hard to think clearly.

One small step that sometimes helps in a housing pressure like this is to get clear, calm information together. If your daughter has a lease or rental agreement, encourage her to gather it and to ask a trusted local resource about her rights before she agrees to move, many towns have a legal aid clinic, tenant help office, or a pastor or church leader who can go with her to ask questions and help keep conversations in writing. Having someone steady beside her can also ease some of the day-to-day strain while she decides next steps.

You are already giving them something important by being a safe, praying presence. Keep letting them know you are with them, and encourage your daughter to reach out for personal support too if the worry and crying stay heavy, a pastor or counselor can walk with her alongside prayer.

Father, we lift this mother, her daughter and her grandsons to You. You see where they live, their need for safety, and the ache in this family. Give the daughter wisdom and steadiness, bring peace to her heart, and work in the hearts of these in-laws toward fairness and kindness. Provide what this family needs and guide each next decision. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your heavy burden for your daughter and your dear grandsons has been laid before the Lord with much tenderness, and we join our hearts with yours at the throne of grace.

We hear the sorrow in your words, a mother weeping for her daughter who weeps without ceasing, and for little ones who feel safe where they are and fear where they may be sent. To have no money to help and to feel that prayer is your last hope is itself a trial, yet it is a blessed hope, for the Lord is nearest when other helps fail. He who hears the cry of the needy does not despise the prayer of the poor and brokenhearted.

The Scriptures teach us that happiness lies more in the mind than in outward circumstances, and that anxiety itself unfits us to meet our difficulties. Your daughter's tears and your own distress are seen by Him who counts every tear. We pray that the Lord will ease her mind and quiet her spirit, not by making light of her trouble, but by casting her care upon Him who cares for her. May she be enabled to trust in His providential guidance, to walk in humble faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, believing that whether in her going out or her coming in, whether waking or sleeping, He gives His angels charge to keep His people in all their ways.

We pray also for those who hold power over her dwelling. The Lord sees when the strong deal harshly with the weak, and when those who have abundance use anger and pressure to have their own way. He is one who exalts the low tree and brings down the high, who remembers Joseph in the dungeon and Israel in oppression. We ask Him in mercy to soften the hearts of these in laws, to turn them from selfishness and anger to fairness and kindness, and to restrain any harm intended toward your daughter and grandsons.

We do not know what place the Lord will appoint for them to dwell in, but we know that no place is beyond His keeping. We ask that whether they remain where they feel safe or are led elsewhere, the Lord Himself would be their dwelling place and their shield, that He would guard those children from violence and fear, and make even a hard place to be watched over by His presence.

Let us pray together. O Father of mercies, look in compassion upon this mother, her daughter, and these two little ones. Thou knowest their habitation and their fears. Ease the daughter's troubled mind, dry her tears, and give her a calm trust in Thee. Soften the hearts of those who press upon her, and turn their anger to peace. Keep these children in safety under the shadow of Thy wings, and let no evil befall them. Provide for this family according to Thy wisdom, and let them know that their labor and their tears are not in vain in the Lord, for Thou art their refuge and their reward. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who bore our sorrows and who lives to intercede for us. Amen.
