Prayer for a car

We hear your heartfelt request for a car to meet your transportation needs, and we join you in bringing this before our Heavenly Father. The Lord knows your needs even before you ask Him, as Matthew 6:8 reminds us, "Your Father knows what things you need before you ask him." Still, He invites us to come boldly to His throne of grace, that we may find mercy and help in our time of need (Hebrews 4:16).
Father God, we come before You today lifting up this need for reliable transportation. You are Jehovah-Jireh, our Provider, and we trust in Your perfect timing and provision. Lord, we ask that You open doors of opportunity for a vehicle that is safe, dependable, and within the means You have ordained. Remove any obstacles that may stand in the way, and grant wisdom to make sound decisions regarding this purchase. We pray that this car would not only serve practical needs but also be a blessing that draws this dear one closer to You, reminding them of Your faithfulness. May it be used for Your glory—whether to get to work, serve others, or attend church. We rebuke any spirit of lack or anxiety that would seek to steal peace, and we declare that Your provision is on the way. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
