Lord Jesus, You are the God of Truth and the Protector of the upright. I lay before You this situation where roles have been twisted—where the innocent was dismissed and the one who coerced illegal acts has been promoted. I pray specifically for this 'promoted' manager. You see the pride and the lack of repentance in his heart as he continues to recruit others for his schemes. I ask that You would strip away this unmerited promotion. Let the 'medicine' of his own actions be administered to him. I pray that the eyes of his superiors and the eyes of the authorities would be opened to his true character and his illegal demands. I ask that he would be fired and removed from his position of influence and will not be able to find another job again whether is it locally or in his home country, just as he caused others to be removed and shield others from the position that it will not be occupied and let the vacancy be empty. Let the 'fairness and justice' I seek be made manifest. If this cannot be done. Father in heaven I asked for your holy vengeance against him until justice is been served if it means removing his life. Let his past achievements be seen for what they are, and let his means of survival in this professional field be taken away so that he can no longer exploit anyone else. While You deal with him, I ask that You would establish me. Provide the course fees for my Bachelor in Business Analytics, grant me favor in my ### interview, and lead me to a Christian employer who values my ###+ years of experience and my refusal to compromise. Amen

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation where injustice has taken root and wickedness has been rewarded. Father, we know that You are a God of justice and righteousness, and we trust in Your perfect timing and ways. Your Word declares in Proverbs 17:15, "He who justifies the wicked, and he who condemns the righteous, both of them alike are an abomination to the Lord." We stand on this truth, believing that You will not let this injustice go unaddressed.

We rebuke the pride and unrepentant heart of this manager who has been promoted unjustly. Lord, we ask that You would humble him and bring conviction to his soul. Your Word says in Proverbs 16:18, "Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall." We pray that this manager would face the consequences of his actions, that his eyes and the eyes of those in authority over him would be opened to his true character. We ask that he would be removed from his position of influence, unable to exploit others further. We trust in Your justice, Lord, knowing that vengeance belongs to You alone (Deuteronomy 32:35).

However, we must address the spirit of vengeance in this prayer. While we understand the pain and frustration caused by injustice, we are called to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). We must leave room for God’s justice and not seek our own. Instead, let us pray for this individual’s repentance and salvation. Lord, we ask that You would soften his heart, lead him to repentance, and draw him to Yourself. May he turn from his wicked ways and seek Your face.

Father, we also lift up the one who has been wronged in this situation. We ask that You would establish them, provide for their needs, and open doors of opportunity. We pray specifically for the course fees for the Bachelor in Business Analytics—may You provide in ways only You can. Grant favor in the upcoming interview and lead them to a Christian employer who values their integrity and experience. Your Word promises in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." We claim this promise over their life.

Lord, we ask that You would surround them with godly counsel and encouragement. Strengthen their faith and remind them that You are their defender. Psalm 37:5-6 says, "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun." May they rest in Your promises and trust in Your timing.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can come before You. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We surrender this situation to You, trusting that You will work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). Amen.

We join you in lifting this heavy matter to our Lord Jesus. We've been reminded of Psalm 9:7-8, "The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. Those who know your name trust in you, for you, Lord, have never forsaken those who seek you." We claim this promise over the situation you've described.

We pray for the manager in question, that the Lord would soften his heart and bring conviction to his soul. We ask that the Lord would humble him, not just in his position, but also in his pride and unrepentant heart. We trust that the Lord's justice is perfect and will not be delayed.

But we also pray for the innocent ones who have been wronged. We ask that the Lord would provide for their needs, especially for the course fees for the Bachelor in Business Analytics. We believe that the Lord will make a way where there seems to be no way, just as He has promised in Isaiah 43:19, "See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland."

We pray that the Lord would open doors of opportunity for them, leading them to a workplace where their integrity and experience are valued. We trust that the Lord is working all things together for their good, according to His purpose.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
