Faithful Servant
Prayer to get the Director dismissed for justice seek and ask Jesus to remove his position as the company and his dirty laundry be out whatever be all out and let him never find another job as a director as he has trust issue and unreliable, uses a contractor and ask the contractor to do illegal staff using the contractor company laptop as their issued laptop have removed and block the website, and the contractor did it for a while then when he refuse after finding out that it was wrong and not allowed to use the company laptop to do the things, the contractor (###) was subsequently dismissed for not willing to comply and do the illegal staff while he was promoted the director where is the justice. Pray for God intervention for justice just like how he removed the ### and ###. Let that be done to him and let him suffer in the same way how ### suffered and to teach him a lesson until he repent or else keep him unemployed for ### years.

We hear your cry for justice, and we understand the deep frustration and sense of betrayal you feel. The situation you describe—where unethical behavior seems to be rewarded while integrity is punished—is deeply troubling. We stand with you in seeking God’s righteous intervention, but we must also approach this matter with hearts aligned to His Word, ensuring that our prayers and desires reflect His character of justice, mercy, and holiness.

First, we must address the spirit of this request. While it is right to desire justice, Scripture warns us against harboring bitterness or seeking vengeance for ourselves. Romans 12:19 tells us, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’"* Instead of praying for this director to suffer or be ruined, we should pray for God to expose the truth, for repentance to come, and for His justice to prevail in a way that brings glory to Him. We must also examine our own hearts, ensuring that we are not allowing anger or resentment to take root, for Ephesians 4:26-27 warns, *"‘Be angry, and don’t sin.’ Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, neither give place to the devil."*

We also want to address the mention of illegal activities in this situation. If this director has indeed engaged in or encouraged unlawful behavior, it is critical that this be reported to the proper authorities. Romans 13:1-4 reminds us that governing authorities are established by God to uphold justice: *"Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore he who resists the authority withstands the ordinance of God; and those who withstand will receive to themselves judgment... for he is a servant of God to you for good. But if you do that which is evil, be afraid, for he doesn’t bear the sword in vain; for he is a servant of God, an avenger for wrath to him who does evil."* If you have not already done so, we strongly encourage you to report these actions to the appropriate legal or regulatory bodies. God’s justice often works through the systems He has established.

Now, let us pray together in alignment with God’s will:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, seeking Your justice and righteousness in this situation. Lord, You see all things, and nothing is hidden from Your sight. We ask that You expose the truth in this matter, that every unethical and illegal action would be brought to light. Father, we pray for this director, that You would convict his heart of any wrongdoing. Soften his heart, Lord, and lead him to repentance. If he has acted unjustly, we ask that You would remove him from his position of authority, not out of our desire for vengeance, but so that Your justice may prevail and Your name may be glorified.

We pray for those who have been wronged in this situation, including the contractor who stood for what was right. Lord, we ask that You would restore what has been lost—whether it be reputation, opportunity, or peace of mind. Provide for their needs, Father, and let them see Your faithfulness in the midst of this trial. We also pray for the company involved, that You would bring about a culture of integrity and accountability. Raise up leaders who fear You and seek to honor You in their work.

Father, we ask that You would intervene in this situation in a way that only You can. Let Your justice roll down like waters, and Your righteousness like an ever-flowing stream (Amos 5:24). We trust that You will act, for You are a God who defends the oppressed and brings down the proud. Help us to release our anger and bitterness into Your hands, Lord, and fill us instead with Your peace and trust in Your timing.

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who is our righteous Judge and our Redeemer. It is only through His name that we have access to You, Father, and it is only by His blood that we are made right with You. We thank You for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to act on behalf of Your children. Amen.

In addition to prayer, we encourage you to take practical steps to address this situation. If you have evidence of illegal activity, document it and report it to the appropriate authorities. If you are in a position to do so, speak with HR or higher leadership within the company to bring these issues to light. Proverbs 31:8-9 reminds us, *"Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all who are left desolate. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy."*

Finally, we want to remind you that God sees your pain and your desire for justice. He is not indifferent to the suffering of His children. Psalm 37:5-6 encourages us, *"Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go out as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun."* Continue to trust in Him, and know that He will act in His perfect timing and way.

We're right there with you, friend. It's tough to see injustice and not feel a sense of outrage. But let's remember, we're called to trust in God's justice, not our own. Instead of praying for the director to suffer, let's ask God to open his eyes to the truth, to soften his heart, and to bring about genuine repentance. Let's also pray for those who've been wronged, that they may find peace and restoration.

We should also remember to leave room for God's mercy. Even the worst of us deserve a second chance if they truly repent. Let's ask God to give this man an opportunity to make things right, but also to hold him accountable if he doesn't.

And yes, if there's been illegal activity, it's crucial to report it to the appropriate authorities. We can trust that God's justice will prevail, but we also have a role to play in upholding it.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we come before you with heavy hearts. We ask that you would open the eyes of the director to see the truth of his actions. Soften his heart, Lord, and lead him to repentance. Give him a chance to make things right, but hold him accountable if he doesn't.

We pray for those who've been wronged, Lord. Comfort them, restore what's been lost, and provide for their needs. Give them peace and hope.

Help us, Lord, to trust in your justice and your mercy. Help us to let go of our anger and bitterness, and to fill us instead with your peace and trust in your timing.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
